Michelle is the absolute best. She is a dedicated professional who is extremely creative and collaborative in her vision. If something wasn't working such as background or lighting, she would change it and make sure the picture was just perfect. During our outdoor photos, it started to rain and Michelle never missed a beat. She worked to find a dry location that still offered a stunning setting for our pictures. During the reception, Michelle expertly walked the fine line of staying close by in order to not miss a picture opportunity while staying out of sight so that my husband and I could socialize with our guests. Finally, when I made a mistake with our picture order, Michelle went above and beyond to track down the order and have it resent even though the mistake was entirely my fault. We received our photos today and they are breathtaking. Michelle was amazing in every aspect of our wedding. I would recommend her to anyone for any special occasion.

I found Michelle on Wedding Wire actually. I think lol. I knew she was the photographer for us immediately based on her work. And I'm an indecisive bride but I just knew. We communicated via email and she was always very prompt to respond. Come wedding day she was on time or early (I can't remember b/c I was spazzing out so hard lol) And she put me at ease. Her and Elliot were a dream to work with. I don't know how else to describe it. She was there when I wanted her there and other than that I didn't see her... but she was still there and got all the shots. I don't know how they did that. Even my mom said she was so impressed how they got so many amazing shots but were never ever in the way. Ever. They were so great. I am so in love with my wedding photos and the published book she made for us is just beautiful. Thank you so much Michelle and Elliot! If I were to do it all over again I would 200% choose them again only this time I would pay for extra time :). Hire them. Trust me.

Michelle was AMAZING! Seriously - the photos were gorgeous, and she and Pablo made us feel so comfortable and natural. We had our wedding at the Comus Inn, and she did a fantastic job capturing the beauty of the landscape (right at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain). The photos were all so romantic, classical yet modern, and had intense color. She caught all of the emotion and excitement of the day - and even some fun stuff that my husband and I would have missed in all of the hub-bub, had she not been there and had such a keen eye! Her turn-around was great, and we've just had an all-around amazing experience. After going through the whole process of planning our wedding, my husband and I can reflect on it and say that having amazing pictures - our memories of that day, captured forever - was one of the most important decisions we made. We are so glad we went with Michelle.

We used Michelle VanTine for our engagement photos, and could not be happier!
