Michael's Cookie Jar is a Houston-based cookie bakery.  We make a full-line of Americana cookies, Fancy European style cookies, biscotti and bar cookies. All our products are made with butter, sugar, fresh eggs, soft flour and natural flavorings. We pride ourselves on making beautiful cookies with a taste that exceeds your expectations. What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment?
We've received as little as a week's notice for 250 cookie favors and as much as a year and a half! It's always best to place your order as early as possible to reserve your date.
 
Are you able to meet clients in person to showcase your product?
We are happy to do a "coookie tasting." We meet clients at our production kitchen (NW Houston near Willowbrook Mall), our bridal office in Montrose or any mutually convenient location like a coffee shop or your office.

All our cookies are made by hand with pure butter, sugar, eggs, flour and natural flavorings.  Our cookies are beautiful to look at, but the taste will exceed your expectations!

What types of cookies do you offer for weddings?
We offer cookie buffets, cookie wedding cakes, cookie favors and cookie gift boxes (suitable for shipping).  We have a large variety of cookies to choose from, which include traditional Americana cookies to fancy European style shortbreads.  Our decorated cookies make great favors and your guests will appreciate the originality!

The Cookie Wedding Cake is truly an original in Houston.  Based on Sothern Italian weddings, the Cookie Cake is a masterpiece of design and flavors.  And since you get to choose the flavors and size of the cake, it is truly original to your special day.
