LoftSEVEN is a unique Private Penthouse and Rooftop in Historic Downtown Los Angeles that is available for Special Events and Filming. It spans over 16,000 sq ft. across the two levels and holds as many as 500 Guests. It also has a main-level showcase kitchen and a satellite rooftop catering kitchen. LoftSEVEN's touch-screen controlled AV system is state-of-the-art and features six unique sound zones, three LCD screens, two DLP projectors, and infinite LED lighting combinations. To top it all off, LoftSEVEN has a 15-person Jacuzzi mounted on top of the old helipad.
