How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Most venues charge for a block of time which is usually enough to accommodate setup, the event and breakdown. Extra time is available if needed.
Do you offer any special services?
Yes! We've done the leg work so you don't have to. We work exclusively with Critic's Choice for Catering and Event Production. Our custom services allow for simple to elaborate participation on our part. We maintain valuable relationships with our very favorite wonderful vendors who have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt. Our locations service continues to add new and exciting venues for all sorts of party needs.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?
Yes. Discounts are offered on additional events booked around the wedding celebration, ie:, showers, rehearsal dinner, farewll brunch.
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
For your one of a kind outdoor wedding, we can arrange for a wedding arch or Chuppah draped and decorated, seating, PA system, runners, heating, or parasols for those hot sunny days. All requests considered.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
Yes, absolutely! We work closely with our favorite vendors for all of these.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
Varies according to food service style; buffets, short plate bars; interactive dinner stations, full service sit down. cocktail parties.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No. To clarify, Locations By Kaycie uses Critic's Choice Catering exclusively, but we also offer our preferred list of exceptional vendors as needed.
