What formats can the final video be in?
Do you have liability insurance?

What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
I use Sony Vegas Pro and Adobe After Effects to polish up the final productions. Some effects include sepia tones, "dream" looks, old film looks and much more. If the client wants no effects added, that is also not a problem.
Describe any special editing services you offer:

Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
2 Sony HVR-Z5U cameras, 1 Panasonic HD camera, Multiple battery powered LED lights for dim lit situations (I always ask permission of bride and groom before using), Wireless microphones, Wired interview microphone, multiple light stands, multiple tripods, more than 50 hours of battery power. 15 hours of recording media, many support mounts, and lots of Gaffer tape!
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
I don't really take any scheduled breaks. Even if I sit down to eat and there is something to capture, I will do my best to do so.
Do you charge overtime?
Never! All my packages are all inclusive. I am there to serve the bride and groom and finish off what they ordered in their package, and am never on a time restraint.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes, and I can provide it on a Fireproof and waterproof external hard drive, perfect for backing up important digital information.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?
I do, but I also respect my clients if they absolutely do not want their video shared anywhere.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Usually within 2 weeks. Occasionally takes as long as 3 weeks depending on the current schedule and how many top packages I am doing at the moment.
Do you require a minimum number of hours to book?
