Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Very low watt lights, you hardy see them. Again we want everything as natural as possible.
How many videographers do you work with?
There are 8 FULL TIME editors/videographers at Lifetime. The last person hired here was 2003.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Yes!
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Depends on the package purchased.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
In one day, no. In a weekend, yes
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes, always and in writing.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, always and in writing.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
One, dinner break.
Do you charge overtime?
Our packages average 10 hours, which 95% of our clients feel is enough time. We can usually add a small amount of time over that if needed for no extra charge.
Do you give access to your raw footage?
Yes, quite a few couple like to see what wasn't included in the final production.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
We're the ONLY Cincinnati based wedding videographer to have our work featured on national television. Those couples LOVED it. But if you're a private couple and if you don't want to be featured we won't submit your wedding.
Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?

6-8 weeks in the winter months. 8-12 weeks all other months.
