Joe and his team was excellent to work with for our wedding. I loved the highlight video and so did my husband! He said it was worth every penny and it took me a while to convince him that we should hire a videographer. Joe has amazing communication skills and is so easy to talk with. He responded quickly to every email and text and answered all my questions. The day of he and his team worked seamlessly with my photographer. He even worked perfectly with my brother in law and the technology for the evening as my brother in law was our MC/DJ with our pre-made playlist. I felt so comfortable around him all day even with all of the pre-wedding jitters. The highlight video captures some of my favorite moments of the day and his song choice was perfect. Average Joe Films was such a great company to work with for our wedding video! Joe was very responsive to all inquiries and requests throughout the process. He is flexible to help you find the best package for yourself - I was wavering between two options until about a month before the big day and he was so accommodating to make sure I got everything I wanted when the day came! We had a video chat with Joe and the videographers that would be shooting our event to go over details a week before. Everyone involved was very professional and experienced - they gave great feedback and suggestions for what to do and how to move to get good shots. The final product is amazing; highlighting the best parts of the day and really capturing the true spirit of the occassion!

Joe was such a wonderful addition to our vendor team. We enjoyed every single planning meeting with him and were able to develop a very comfortable relationship with him before filming, which helped us just have fun and relax. He has a great way of working with the photographer so that you don't feel like you have a million shots that you have to get.
For our highlight video, we chose one song and he picked out the perfect second song. The editing on it is amazing. I have personally watched it at least 10 times since our wedding a month ago, and we have had three different viewing parties with our friends and family. It really helps me relive the day and fills me with happiness. I never get bored with it.
Joe was really great at communicating promptly over email as well, which is weirdly hard to find in the wedding world. He was transparent and fair with pricing for his services and any extras. My final note is that as a queer couple, we had an extra challenge finding vendors that we could work with, and that Joe made us feel comfortable at every point in the process.

I have so much I could say about joe! He stepped up after our original videographer bailed. He put our minds at ease from the second he stepped foot into the building.
