WEDDING SERVICES

Brainstorming Service

Not sure where to start? Spend a full day together and brainstorm ideas for your event. We will provide you with cost saving tips, vendor contact information and creative ideas. We will also provide you with budget sheets, timelines, and checklists to make sure you are not forgetting any important elements. If after the consultation you decide to book one of our services, we will credit your fee in full toward the total cost of any package.

Design Only Consultation

With a bit of your direction and our vast event design knowledge, we can create that signature style that you are seeking. With a background in music, graphic and floral design, Event Couture Group has what it takes to make that happen! A custom story- board will be created with fabric swatches, photographs, recipes and/or samples. From invitations to favors and all the design elements in between, your tablescapes, menus, gift baskets and even your cocktails will have your personal signature attached.

Full Service Planning

For everything that happens between "Yes" and "I Do”. This is for the busy client that needs their planner to do all the legwork, so that they can sit back and just say yes or no. This service includes complete wedding design, invitation, favor, menu, seating card and music selection, dress consultation, vendor selection and contract negotiation, etiquette advisement, out-of-town guest logistics and registry consultation. We use every bit of our expertise to give you the perfect experience

Event Day Planning

Leave all the little, last minute tasks to us. We know how to handle all the surprises that may arise so that you, your friends, and family can just enjoy the day. We meet with you two weeks before your event. We will review your plans and timelines. We will help find any missing elements and offer advice to perfect your plans. Then, we run your rehearsal to make sure you and your bridal party are ready for the big day. Finally, on the day of your event, we will be there from beginning to end to direct the entire day and make sure everything from vendor arrivals, to the I do’s, to the clean up after the affair is done smoothly and correctly.

Partial Planning Assistance

Fall somewhere in between? This service is for the pro-active client that is in need of just the right amount of assistance through part of, or the entire wedding planning process. We can guide you through whatever needs you may have, as well as run the rehearsal and direct traffic on the big day.
