Aviva was amazing!

Working with Aviva was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first meeting, it was clear that she is not only incredibly organized and experienced, but also deeply passionate about creating beautiful, personalized, and truly unforgettable events.
What we didn't realize at the time was just how far above and beyond she would go to make our day absolutely perfect.
Aviva handled every detail with grace and precision - from the tiniest touches in our decor to the seamless coordination of vendors, guests, and timing. She anticipated needs before they even came up and took every ounce of stress off our shoulders. But what really set her apart was her heart. She genuinely cared about us, our story, and making sure our wedding felt like *us* in every way possible.
If unexpected weather threatened our outdoor ceremony, Aviva had a Plan B, C, and D in place before we even had time to worry. When a last-minute hiccup arose with our flowers, she handled it so smoothly we didn't even know there had been an issue until after the wedding was over. Every moment flowed effortlessly -and that was 100% thanks to her.
Beyond her professionalism, Aviva brought such warmth, joy, and calm energy to the entire process. She made what could have been a stressful time into something we'll always look back on with joy. Our wedding day was magic-and we owe so much of that magic to Aviva.

Simply the best

Aviva was a godsend. From the smallest details to the biggest ones, she really made sure that every single thing was covered… leaving us with no stress and a feeling of total confidence that our big day would go off without a hitch.

The result? Pure perfection. It was the best day of our lives and we got to simply dance, sing, and celebrate while leaving the planning and organizing to the best!

Choosing Kiss the Planner, led by the incredible Aviva, was undoubtedly one of the best decisions Eric and I made in our wedding planning journey. From the initial consultation to the last dance at our reception, every step was guided with professionalism, creativity, and genuine care.

Aviva has an incredible ability to turn dreams into reality. She listened attentively to our vision, offering valuable insights and creative suggestions that not only enhanced our ideas but also made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Recognizing the importance of incorporating my Filipino culture into the ceremony, she suggested the use of "Abaniko," a traditional Filipino hand fan. This thoughtful addition added a personal and cultural touch to the ceremony, making it even more meaningful for us and our guests. Aviva's ability to infuse cultural elements into the celebration demonstrated a deep understanding of my background and a commitment to making my wedding day a reflection of who we are.

As residents of Las Vegas, the idea of a destination wedding seemed like a distant dream. However, with Aviva's assistance, we were able to turn this dream into a reality by getting married in Florida. Aviva's expert budgeting skills and resourcefulness allowed us to afford a destination wedding while staying within our financial means.

While we acknowledge that weddings or events are not always perfect, we are grateful that ours came pretty close, thanks to Aviva and the team. Life will continue to throw hardships our way, but what's most important is how we react to them. Aviva exemplified the essence of embracing imperfections with a positive attitude. Her ability to navigate challenges seamlessly not only made our wedding day perfect but also served as a valuable life lesson.

Highly recommend this wonderful team!

Aviva and her team, Angie and Paige, are top quality planners that helped us create the wedding of my dreams! I highly recommend working with them- I wish we could do it over and over again. We had a backyard garden wedding that was beyond anything I could have imagined. Aviva helped us turn my parents backyard into an enchanted venue that exceeded all expectations. The Amazing Aviva!

Christina and I were married on October 23rd 2021. Since we were having a smaller wedding we thought we would be able to handle all the planning and and fine details on our own while still both working full time. Boy were we wrong!
We met with and hired Aviva in July 2021 as a planner month/day of coordinator. With many years of experience and a large network of vendors that she works with, you will get great value. In the month leading up to our wedding we had to find last minute replacements for our florist and groomsmen suit rentals, as the original vendors dropped out unceremoniously. Aviva set me up with a tux shop the same day, and got us a new florist within 36 hours!
Aviva is extremely patient with her clients and keeps them grounded when the stress levels start to rise. She was a complete pleasure to work with from start to finish- including the day of! She and her assistants made sure the entire day flowed seamlessly. Everyone who attended said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever attended. Thank you so much Aviva for all your help and support! We couldn't have done it without you.

Great Wedding Planner!

Aviva was a great wedding planner! She went above and beyond to listen to all of our requests as well as help manage the flow of the wedding. Month of Planner

Aviva was amazing! We knew from going to our hotel we wanted to hire someone to handle all the things the day of. Aviva and Paige did everything and beyond. We were able to make a time line ahead of time and went through it to keep adjusting to have the most perfect day. She did everything from contacting vendors, being at the hotel when vendors arrived, helped the photographer/videographer with the shot list, attended to myself and husband as well as our parents. It was so smooth , we could not recommend Aviva and her team more!!!! Thank you Aviva for such a stress free day!!!

Hire Aviva!

Hiring Aviva and her team was the second best decision I made when it came to our wedding (Best decision was to marry the love of my life).

We had a non-traditional venue of a restaurant/ brewery who had never done a wedding before. From my first conversation with Aviva, we clicked. She got me and my relaxed but formal vision. She helped me think of small details ahead of time that made a huge difference on our day. If you can believe it, three weeks before our wedding date we did not have a florist. Aviva called in her contacts and was able to secure an awesome florist just two weeks before the wedding!

On the day of, I could relax because I knew she had all the moving parts under control. Her team was absolutely amazing with the reception venue. The manager of the venue told me “Whatever you paid for Aviva, it wasn’t enough! We couldn’t have executed the wedding without her”. I cannot say enough amazing things about her!

If you’re thinking about a wedding planner- the answer should always be YES, but specifically, Aviva!

Sublime Perfect Wedding - Thanks to Our Wedding Planner who really does deserve the "Kiss:

I wasn't sure what to expect with the name "Kiss the Planner",
I had just realized that "it" was not going to happen without some serious help.
My at that time future husband, lived in the states & me in a far away land, and both, with really crazy work schedules.
After some surfing I came upon a planner that seemed interesting, it was a Sunday evening and I called, left a message and within an hour, Aviva called me back. Now that's a positive point, I like reactivity.
We chatted. went over the important points, then I spoke with my fiance, and we set up a conference call. And that was it. Never looked back.
AND I AM SO GRATEFUL THAT WE CHOOSE AVIVA. I admit, I am not always easy to work with a bit of a perfectionist (and somewhat demanding.....), I had a very specific "Feeling" of what I wanted, yet had no idea how to translate it to a vision....
We wanted something Elegant, understated, with a chic old world opulence feel, all without breaking the piggy bank or trading in a future home......
Aviva is like a Fairy Godmother...she managed to capture it and translate it into reality.
Between an Alpha Male & an Alpha Female, both used to controlling everything, she guided us, when needed and accompanied us through all the stages, while supporting us at every step of the way and then stepping in and taking control when our work schedules kept us far away and unavailable.
She truly was a God send, especially as most of the time I was not in the states and had to delegate to someone trustworthy.
Oh and I forgot to mention that we started planning in June for a February wedding...not much time !!! Aviva, delivered FAR ABOVE OUR WILDEST EXPECTATIONS....
I recently was thinking what other celebration we could hire her for in the future....
(shhhh don't tell my husband!!)

Wonderful!

My husband and I had an idea of what we wanted for our wedding and we thought in order to get what we wanted we just needed to plan it ourselves. It was after we sent out invitations to the wedding without a date that we realized we needed help. In my search for event and "day-of" planners I stumbled upon Kiss the Planner and in my first phone call with Aviva she put all my fears to ease and I knew we needed to hire her. I cannot say enough about Aviva and her staff. They were professional, accommodating, and patient. Every detail was attended to and Aviva truly brought our vision to life. Our wedding was spectacular and everything we could have asked for. I didn't have to worry about a single thing that day except for waking up and getting ready. She laid out a timeline, she coordinated with the caterers and DJ we chose, and made everything absolutely perfect. Look no further for your event planning needs!

The best wedding planner!

Aviva was the best wedding planner I could have ever imagined working with. She is extremely professional, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. She worked tirelessly to make my wedding a dream come true. She has a very artistic and creative mind that will blow you away. Two nights before my wedding, I realized that I still hadn't come up with a backdrop for our photobooth. She went to the craft store and made the most perfect backdrop with our logo on it, and made it seem like no big deal. We unfortunately had bad weather the day of the wedding and Aviva stayed out in the rain bringing all 200 guests umbrellas to their cars while getting soaked in the process. I still have guests tell me how smoothly every aspect of the wedding was and how "on top of it my wedding planner was." She thinks of every possible thing and has a backup plan for the backup plan. Couldn't recommend her more!

Birthday party

Aviva was great! Although she is known for weddings I had a 75th birthday party. Her staff was fantastic. Everyone was on time and professional. She followed up with my vendors and kept in touch with me frequently. The party went offf without a hitch. Aviva called. E the next day to follow up. I would highly recommend her for any event you are planning.

A Dream Wedding Come True

We presented and trusted Aviva with the challenge of planning our wedding at the Breakers Luxury Palm Beach Resort in Florida while my husband and I were working/living in Atlanta, Georgia. Oh man, did she pull it off!! Despite our crazy work hours/schedule, she was incredibly patient, easily accessible and accommodating. She is such a sweet person, making it very easy for her to work alongside some of the best vendors in the business. It is nearing 1 year since our wedding festivities, and our guests are still raving about that weekend. Everything went off without a hitch - seriously. Aviva was totally awesome! She helped me with my son's bar mitzvah, and everything went perfectly, from start to finish. I was really nervous, but Aviva stayed calm and collected, and made me realize I did not have anything at all to worry about. Aviva knows weddings, brides, and mothers. She is kind, understanding, and knowledgable - she listens, she cares, and she executes. Aviva at Kiss the Planner was beyond amazing when planning my destination wedding in Jamaica. From the moment I first spoke with her over the phone, I knew she would create the wedding my husband and I imagined. Living in NJ, all of our “meetings” were over the phone. I at first thought it was going to be tough, but we were both flexible and understanding of each other’s schedules. Aviva helped with every single detail whether big or small. She knew the ins and outs ranging from floral arrangements to arranging the timing and scheduling of the wedding day. At times, my resort was difficult with pricing or even contractual wording and if it weren’t for Aviva I would’ve been lost. She truly made my destination wedding experience easy and enjoyable, so much so I sometimes think about becoming a planner myself. My now husband and I were BEYOND grateful for her expertise and help to make our wedding absolutely perfect!

Aviva Samuels was absolutely marvelous! She helped relieve much anxiety for me as the mother of the bride. Simply put, working with Aviva was one of our favorite parts of our wedding. We had so much fun and it was such an incredible pleasure to work with her, brainstorm and put everything together and the result was beyond beautiful thanks to her and her team. We hired Aviva for full wedding planning services and from the moment we hired her, until even after the wedding she was extremely caring, professional, creative, attentive, kind, flexible, understanding, patient and always on top of things. Our wedding was particularly challeging as our guests spoke 3 different languages and travelled from all over the world, our reception took place until 2am, we had to plan almost everything through email or skype because my husband and I are based in Europe, we had a set budget, and my husband and I are very detailed oriented and had a particular vision in mind and I wanted to be as involved as possible. None of these factors were a challenge for Aviva. She was able to handle everything gracefully and help us find a solution whenever even the tiniest problem arrived. Aviva makes sure you and your wedding are her priority at all times. She has amazing taste, decoration skills, experience and contacts in the industry to make the planning process easy and fun at all times. She is always available via email or phone or text and she lets you be as involved or as uninvolved in the weddig planning process as you want. She never pushes her agenda or taste but guides you and provides you advice as desired. Although Aviva couldn't make it for our wedding day as she had another wedding scheduled (which she let us know beforehand) she took care of everything until the last second, and her assistant (Kristen) and another planner (Jean) took care of everything flawlessly. Aviva even made it to our wedding towards the end after the other wedding was over to make sure everything went smoothly. We can never thank her and her team enough and recommend them wholeheartedly and 100%!

Aviva was a complete lifesaver. My destination wedding involved language barriers, measurement barriers, etc., and I was completely overwhelmed when I contacted Kiss The Planner. She went above and beyond on short notice to help bring the vision of my ceremony and reception to life; solving problems I had yet to foresee! Aviva gets 5/5 from me! Aviva put her heart and soul into our wedding and I know she will do the same for you. I communicated a lot with her through email and Skype (as I was planning my wedding from Australia) and she was so accommodating and available. She has an amazing ability to take your ideas and use her creativity to transform your dream wedding into a reality! Aviva has the knowledge, experience and contacts in the industry to make the day perfect.

Aviva picked the perfect name for her company because after working with I wanted nothing more than to kiss the planner for all her hard work and effort at making our wedding the best it could be. She was just wonderful! Aviva has multiple options for her services, so whatever you are looking for she can help out. She has great prices too, compared to other people in the area.

I don't live in the palm beach area so having Aviva there was a life saver. She met with vendors for me when I couldn't get be there and had lists of vendors for me to choose from since I did' have the time to go looking for them on my few days there. She also made monthly to weekly Skype appointments so we can pow wow and make sure everything was staying on track.

And if you have a very nervous mother like mine, Aviva is basically a therapist! She helped ease my mom's tensions at every turn of the wedding, even met with her personally when my mom was needing help with everything. They would have lunches together and everything. My mom LOVED Aviva. She made all the difference!

Day of I was cool as a cucumber. All the vendors kept commenting how extremely calm I was and it was all thanks to Aviva. I knew there wasn't a single thing I would need to worry about because she would take care of it. Besides my groom, Aviva was the best decision I made for our wedding. I can't recommend her enough.

We are finally getting back into the groove of things and just wanted to take a moment and say thank you again for making our dream wedding come true!! We know that we can be very particular, but you did a great job executing all of the ideas we asked for. We recognize that there is a lot of behind-the-scenes action that occurred on our wedding day and we know it wouldn't have been possible without you and your team! Great wedding planner to work with. Knows all of the vendors in Boca so she has established relationships with them already and knows each vendor's style and personality. Really helpful, especially leading up to and on the wedding day. A wedding planner is a must!

Aviva is amazing! We hired her for month-of wedding coordination and because of her, I was able to be completely calm in the weeks leading up to the wedding (I'm a total stress case normally, so this is saying something). She and her assistant took care of everything for us (managing vendors, dealing with any minor emergencies that came up, fixing my hair and dress when they fell apart because of my steller dance moves, etc) so that we could just enjoy the party. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Aviva for your wedding! Thank you for everything, Aviva!!

My husband and I were married last October and hiring Aviva Samuels was the first thing on my list. I needed some help with the planning so I hired her for 'Day Of' service. But in fact, she helped me through the entire planning process! I had tons of questions, most of which were probably silly, but she was always there for me no matter what I needed!!The day of my wedding, I didn't worry about anything because I knew she was there to take care of it all and our day was perfect! Aviva (and her assistant) were wonderful. They went above and beyond on the day of my wedding taking care of me and my family. I always felt I was in great hands. They even helped decorate my hotel room so that when we came back to my room after the wedding, our room had rose petals, champagne and some of our decorations as well! I highly recommend!

Hiring Aviva as our day of coordinator was the best decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning process! Her and her assistant Kayleigh (spelling?) were so helpful and sweet and made me feel SO at ease on the wedding day, and days leading up to it. The timeline helped me envision how the day would go which helped me tremendously since I am a type A personality. Aviva dealt with all the vendors to ensure that they would execute the contracts exactly as planned, and to make sure they would have ample time to set up. Kayleigh was so sweet and cool and helpful, anytime I had a little hiccup she was there to fix it (ie my hair started to fall a bit and she had bobby pins to fix it....a groomsman never received his boutineer from the florist so she quickly made one from a flower in a centerpiece until we could find his). So many little things come up (even though you plan it to be perfect) and it was so nice to have a team to deal with it so that I could enjoy everything with my guests! I would hire Kiss the Planner again in a heartbeat! Also, I felt that her prices were excellent for everything she provided...we had to rip them beyond the 20% because their work was so phenomenal! Thanks Aviva and Kayleigh!!!

Aviva did a wonderful job helping my wife and I plan our wedding from long distance. She had good relationships with vendors that helped our wedding be very special. For example, the person she found to do the hair of the bridal party also ended up being our Italian translator for the weekend (my wife's parents speak only Italian). Another example, the person she found to do our chairs also was able to build a platform on the beach that allowed my grandmother and uncle to fully participate in our beach ceremony without difficulty. Aviva was sensitive to our interfaith ceremony and had a good understanding of our budget. She understood what we were trying to achieve for our wedding and was invaluable in helping us do so. I highly recommend her as a wedding planner.

I cannot say enough about Aviva! Kiss the Planner was the BEST decision we made in the wedding planning process. She took care of everything... from responding to crazy phone calls, emails, and texts during the planning process (even when she was overseas) - to making sure the rehearsal and the day of the wedding were perfect. I was planning my wedding in Florida from out of state, and Aviva made the process seamless. She literally takes all of the stress off of the bride and groom. From reviewing contracts to giving the best referrals for everything from hair and makeup to the cake... she does it all with class, kindness, and professionalism. She is alway honest and tactful, and she really made sure that we had a million dollar day on OUR budget.
I am VERY picky... and cannot possibly say enough about Aviva Samuels/Kiss the Planner. Just perfect!

I can't thank Aviva at Kiss the planner enough. I was not thinking about getting a planner until I started getting overwhelmed a month before the wedding. After talking to a few I was even more confussed. My florist J Morgan Flowers recommended I call Kiss the planner and they were right.

Aviva is not only sweet and knowledgable but she saved my sanity!

She took the time to get to know me, my likes and what really mattered to me and my husband and took over but not in an overbearing way.

I was referred to Aviva by my florist about four weeks before our wedding. I had originally planned on coordinating everything the day of with the help of the hotel, my mom and my bridesmaids, but as time drew closer I started to feel really anxious about it. A couple of my friends who were past brides highly highly recommended that I find someone to do day of coordinating for me. Needless to say, they were not wrong! On the day of I didn't have a lot of extra time outside of getting ready and I was so very thankful to have Aviva there! I could tell from the first phone conversation that we had that she was very organized and would be a perfect fit! I was very pleased with the way everything came together on the day of...especially since she only had four weeks to go over our vendor information and be ready! It's also worth mentioning that in that four weeks, she suggested changes in the decor to me that in the end really helped create the feel and ambiance that I wanted all along! She was super sweet to all of guests and vendors and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect!

Aviva was honestly THE BEST decision I made in our wedding planning process. From the moment we spoke, I knew she would have everything under control from start to finish--and she truly did! The weeks leading up to my wedding could have been seriously stressful if not for Aviva's amazing help. I had the most stress-free day possible! I literally did want to Kiss my Planner! Aviva did a phenomenal job with coordinating every aspect of my beautiful wedding. I had a lot of visitors from out of town with many needs involving communication, transportation that she handled flawlessly. She was always available when I needed her and everything was handled without me having to ask. She was running around so much, I barely even saw her as a blur of a busy planner flashed by! I don't know what I would have done without Aviva, not only was she great with referrals and offering to help with anything I needed, but she also managed my stress and talked me through all situations that arose.

Absolutely amazing! From the first minute of our conversation, Aviva able to put this very stressed bride at ease. We live in NY and while in Miami meeting with our venues, my amazing florist (J Morgan) recommended Aviva as our planner. The amazing Aviva drove to meet us in Miami with very short notice so we can meet in person. She was so sweet, organized, calming, and really was just able to put all the pieces together for us. I honestly don't know how I would have done it without her.
She helped me plan our Friday "welcome dinner party" for our 80 put of town guest and actually attended the party to make sure everything wet smooth Helped me get my color scheme together, input with flowers and worked very closely with he florist to get things perfect. She did my chairs, lighting, tables, helped with the invitation wording, and the list goes on. She proofed contracts for me, followed up with all venues, put together our timelines. She was the most caring, compassionate and hard working wedding planner I have ever met! If anyone is in need of a planner for ANY occassion, you must use Aviva hands down! I can't say enough good things about Aviva at Kiss The Planner. Being pretty thrifty, my family and I thought we would be able to cut some costs and do a lot ourselves. However, I underestimated all of the small details and just wedding "stuff" that needed to be done. My husband and I work full time and both families are out of state so it was very difficult finding the time to plan. Hiring Aviva was the best move we could have possibly made to make our wedding the perfect day that it was. She may be one of the most ORGANIZED people I have ever met and was more than helpful. Not only was she kind and patient, she is full of great ideas and working with her will literally alleviate all major stressors! I'm sure our wedding would have still been nice if we hadn't found her, but i'm glad we did because she made it SPECTACULAR! Thank you again :)

Aviva, with Kiss the Planner, created our breathtaking wedding and reception for 150+ guests on December 5, 2009. Many guests flew from Texas to South Florida for our special day. We were married in Miami Beach at St. Patrick's, and had a our reception at the Boca Raton Resort and Club. From Miami to Boca Raton, Aviva did such an incredible job with her key organization skills, patience, and talent! My husband and I would not have changed a thing! We were so blessed to have found Aviva! We recommend her to anyone..she is merely capable of anything you can imagine! She honestly makes dreams come true with ideas big or small! We can never thank you enough Aviva!!!!!!

There are no words to express how thankful Justin and I are to have hired Aviva with Kiss The Planner to help with our wedding. She was AMAZING! Kiss the planner is exactly who you want for your wedding or event! Aviva was the most amazing, punctual, organized, creative, PATIENT, proactive planner. We had very high expectations of our day and she exceeded all our expectations. It was very difficult for her because we live in California and our wedding was in Florida and she always made time for us no matter the time zone. The weeks before the wedding she contacted every single vendor and created the timeline and events for the entire weekend. The day of the wedding she was there by our side the entire day, everything ran ahead of schedule and I was completely care free because I knew she handled everything! If you want an amazing wedding day you have to call Aviva!!

I cannot thank Aviva enough for everything that she has done for my husband and I . Our wedding was timeleless and emotional . Aviva was able to bring forth all our request, and this came easy because of her skill, patience, and hard work.

Our St. Lucia wedding was so amazing , our wedding pictures ended up in a bridal magazine (Modern Luxury) . Our guests were trilled and excited to see the beautiful decor and was amazed by her stunning work.

It was so perfect, that we requested her services again for our one year anniversary in Jamaica. My husband and I love Aviva, as we love the Caribbean. So we give a warm thank you, with big hugs, and do plan to see you soon.

Aviva was great to work with! She helped my fiance and I by trying to select a venue for our destination wedding. In the end we decided against a destination wedding, but Aviva went above and beyond to find us the perfect place. She did all the things we weren't able to do, like going to do site visits of different venues.

Aviva was AMAZING!!! Not only was she always available, she listened to what we wanted and worked within our budget to give us the best day possible. And flexibility? Huh!! We had an outdoor evening wedding planned in beautiful South Florida. It just so happened that we were hit with the worst storm of the year that day with 40-50mph winds. Aviva didn't even bat an eye, she spoke to every vendor we had, figured out the back up plan, a made it work. It still ended up being the best, most beautiful day of our lives!! Thank you Aviva!!!

A must have!

Aviva was such a lifesaver when it came to planning our wedding. There were so many details to keep track of, and she made sure we talked over all of them. Aviva put together a specific timeline that helped everything stay on track and run smoothly, and she and her associates Paige and Vicky helped to make our wedding day super special and absolutely perfect.

I would seriously have gone nuts if I hadn’t hired Aviva during the planning process!

I highly recommend Kiss the Planner for your wedding needs. Do yourself a favor and contact Aviva as soon as you get engaged!

I never really dreamed about a fairy tale wedding but that's what I got thanks to Aviva! We needed a lot of hand holding given that we live in NYC and our wedding was in Palm Beach. I also totally lacked the bridal gene so I needed a lot of help with perfecting the details, which is where Aviva's design and floral experience came very handy. She handled everything for us- from helping with building the budget; to suggesting each of our vendors AND scheduling the appointments with them; to communicating our vision and ensuring everything was absolutely perfect with our florist, venue and design; to coordinating our (rather rowdy) rehearsal party. She even designed our wedding cake, and would not stop pushing until it was EXACTLY what we envisioned it to be! Aviva came with 2 assistants the day of the wedding, which was absolutely amazing because both my husband and I had a personal assistant, AND we had someone overseeing all the other vendors. Also, all three of them stayed from 10am until 2am the next day, when our after party ended. Aviva really loves what she does and it shows! Highly recommend her to anyone who wants a care free, gorgeous wedding!

Aviva and her team at Kiss The Planner (KTP) were fabulous. Hiring KTP is like taking out insurance on your engagment ring-- it assures that you won't have to worry about a thing. We hired Kiss The Planner as our "day of" planner but we received so much more. Leading up to the wedding, they were helpful organizing, giving creative suggestions, and coordinating with our vendors. On wedding day, KTP showed up on time, baring Starbucks coffee and smiles, and worked hard to ensure a picture perfect event. Onwedding day, my husband got smudged with someones makeup on his white collar just before pictures and KTP was there to help with an emergency kit to take care of the stain....all these little details that you don't want to worry about on your wedding day; rest assured if you hire KTP!

Very professional and helped us plan our honeymoon as well. We were looking for a day of coordinator, having planned most of the wedding on our own. I was so thankful to have Aviva there the day of the wedding. She along with her assistant took care of all the little things you don't want to have to worry about, even going to the store to get my grandmother new pantyhose! They were there when I needed them but never in the way. She was SO helpful with putting together the timeline of the day, and connected directly with my venue coordinator. A really great day of coordinator and very helpful

Aviva was great! She helped plan our miami wedding while we were living in NYC. Attention to detail was outstanding and really creative when it came to overall design and theme of our gatsby, Art Deco yacht wedding!

Do NOT use this planner for a big event with a lot of moving pieces!

We decided to hire Aviva due to us having an observant Jewish wedding and she had this same background so we thought this would be a person who understood how to help this wedding be successful while at a moderate price point. Unfortunately this couldn’t have been farther from the truth. We don’t know if Aviva was in over her head but too many things went wrong (her day of team was amazing though! Michelle, Paige, Angie and Oniki kept the day organized) We felt quite concerned in the middle of the process and Aviva assured me that based on her other good reviews, the rest of the planning process and the wedding day would be smooth. This did not end up being the case. Aviva did not bring our kippahs which were crucial to the religious ceremony and most importantly our Ketubah was completely missing when we opened the box the following morning. We spent the 2 days after the wedding sick to our stomachs only to find out it had been thrown in the garbage due to carelessness in Aviva’s coordination. To Aviva’s credit, once we realized it was missing she worked to find it including going through trash. It was never found and this is a foundational piece of our wedding that we will never get back. Aviva also was rude and short with multiple of my bridesmaids and brought my sister to tears. The day was stressful but I expect a paid vendor to be professional and not exhibit these behaviors. On a very basic level, Aviva helped us find a few of our great vendors and organize a loose schedule. However, it took a lot of prompting and following up on our end and she told us to stop micromanaging her each time. Even all the small things day of such as making sure we ate, had some water, or had a ride to change into the second look (+ a lot more) were just completely forgotten by Aviva. Aviva really tries and she has good intent but our planning process and her actions on our wedding day left a lot to be desired. Had she not forgotten the Ketubah, this review may have been slightly better but to let something so crucial get overlooked is absolutely inexcusable.

Not a wedding planner/coordinator!

We hired Aviva for our wedding last year. We selected Aviva due to the positive reviews on this site- but unfortunately did not experience anything that we had read about. As a wedding planning/coordinator, you would expect the individual to be organized and a strong communicator. In our experience, we worked with an individual that was neither of these qualities. She is unorganized, was slow to answer emails, was not tech-savvy, and really did not plan or coordinate anything for our wedding. Thank goodness everyone was hands-on and organized (our large wedding party, MOB, FOB, MOG, FOG), or our event would not have been a success. As I go through Aviva's contract I can confirm that almost every bullet was left incomplete. I contacted and communicated all information with the vendors. The week before our event, the vendors said they had not heard from our planner- so thankfully, we organized that huge part of the process ourselves. During the wedding- Aviva and her team did not offer the Bride and Groom a drink (water or champagne for that matter) at any point of the day or night, did not offer to carry the Brides dress for pictures, and the schedule that I had crafted was not followed accordingly (which is one of the main responsibilities of a hired wedding coordinator). Aviva is nice- but I do not think the wedding planning business is her industry- so please be careful when selecting this vital person for your wedding day!
