I am so grateful towards Jennifer Yount and her husband/partner Luke for their amazing photography skills! She brings the perfect balance of creativity, patience, kindness, and love of her craft, all while maintaining complete professionalism and being firm when necessary to keep everyone on time. Jennifer and Luke are amazing to work with; they made us feel so comfortable from the start of our engagement shoot through the end of our wedding. She is such an expert and so talented that you can place complete trust in her, follow her instructions, and know your photos will be spectacular.
It is obvious that she truly loves what she does. We had an initial meeting over happy hour to get to know each other and for her to learn our story. She was always so patient and supportive during our wedding planning process, even with rebooking the whole event twice due to COVID and an unexpected rainstorm on the wedding day.
I cannot emphasize enough how much of a stress relief it was to have Jennifer guiding us, our families, and our bridal party through the wedding day because we had complete trust in her expertise and skill. She was like an additional bridesmaid at times; running back to the bridal suite, bustling my gown to avoid puddles, fixing my hair in the wind. Luke also brings extra creativity to the pair; one minute he's next to you, and the next you look up and somehow he's climbed a tree to get a great shot. He was the one who encouraged us to walk out onto the jetty to get some of the most spectacular photos I have ever seen.
Jennifer's photos are truly a work of art and encompassed everything we had hoped for to remember our wedding day. She listens to you, follows your style, and makes sure to capture all of the highlights of the day. We got a wide variety of beautiful pictures including the bridal party, first look, more formal family portraits, candids throughout the evening, and many photos of our guests.
As with most weddings, the day went by in a flash and I am so thankful I have these amazing photos to remember it by. Jennifer also offers a wide range of high quality products (perfect for gifts!) so you can show off your beautiful day. I cannot thank Jennifer and Luke enough for their amazing work and all of their support throughout our crazy planning process. I can't wait to work with them again when we will be ready for our future family portraits.

Jennifer and her husband Luke are simply wonderful! Choosing a photographer for your wedding can be a bit stressful, but once my now husband and I Skyped with Jennifer and Luke many months before our wedding, we knew we had made a fantastic decision. They are professional, so very kind, and so easy to work with! We opted not to do engagement photos, so instead they attended our rehearsal and welcome party the night before, which was so great! Not only did we get to meet them in person before our big day, but it will be so wonderful to have those moments captured in photos as well. Our wedding day was HOT - it was about 104 degrees in Palm Desert when we started bridal portraits and first look photos, but you wouldn't have known that with Jennifer and Luke. All smiles, no complaints - total professionals, who made us laugh through it all! Jennifer came to my daughter's wedding shower to capture everything. I knew I didn't want to miss anything with having to worry if someone else got that picture. With Jennifer there, I knew I could enjoy the shower and she would get it all on camera! I was not disappointed! She was great and so worth having her there. As I was deciding on the perfect outdoor photographer to capture my son's personality for his senior portraits, it was quickly apparent that Jennifer Yount Photography was the right choice. Jennifer was prompt in answering my questions and concerns as well as making suggestions based on my preferences. She took the time to get to know my son (interests and comfort level) for the purpose of establishing a great client relationship. Jennifer exceeded my expectations. I will forever be grateful and cherish the moments Jennifer captured.

I cannot say enough great things about Jennifer! Whatever I write here will seriously not do her justice. She was absolutely amazing, super organized, friendly, professional, flexible....the list goes on! My husband and I had a great experience with her for our wedding photos and we received lots of compliments from our family and friends when we shared them. We were planning our Southern California wedding from out of state and Jennifer made us feel extremely comfortable and had great advice on every aspect we were uncertain of...I'd say having Jennifer as a photographer is kind of like having a second wedding planner/adviser! Working with Jennifer and Luke was an amazing experience. The two of them are really down to earth, incredibly accommodating, and provide incredible quality photos.
