How many photographers do you work with?
I primarily shoot by myself. However generally the rule of thumb is if there are more than 125 guests to have 2 photographers. I do have an associate who works with me on larger weddings or is available if the client requests a 2nd photographer.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes!.. unless an act of God occurs.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Absolutely not.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
yes!
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
yes!
Do you charge hourly or full day?
My pricing is based on the amount of hours you will need me for your day and of course the other items that you want in a package. Please visit my website for more info. Also, packages can always be tailored to your individual needs.
Do you charge for travel?
travel charges do apply if the wedding is incredibly far from my house.
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
usually 2-4 weeks.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Included with eack package are online proofs. However, other proof options are available.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
No. Each wedding I shoot I provide a copyrighted release CD/DVD with all the edited images for the couple.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
Yes.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
I offer standard coffee table books and high end flush mounted albums also.
When will the client get the final album?
The coffee table book will be ready 4-6 weeks after the wedding and the flush mounted album will bre ready 2-3 months after the wedding.
