We were very happy with our experience at Jackie J’s. Our bridal party purchased dresses as well as rented tuxes from here. The staff dedicated their time with helping our bridesmaids pick out their own unique style dress. They treat you with kindness, excitement, and professionalism from start to finish. They have a great reputation for a reason! We would highly recommend!

We used Jackie J's for bridesmaid's dresses and guy's formal wear. They were super helpful!! Super easy to contact and also give you a call promptly when things come in.

My experience at Jackie Js was wonderful! They squeezed me in on a Saturday morning and it was the first place I went to try on dresses. I loved the first one I tried on (and ended up getting that one) but they encouraged me to try on about 7 other styles to make sure I was certain. They then let us browse the bridesmaid dresses where we picked one right away! They got all the measurements and we payed for everything within about 4 hours! When my dress came in, it fit perfectly with only a bustle needed. My mom found her dress, shoes, and I got all my accessories there as well. We had such friendly service every time and they made me feel like I was the only one they were working with that day, even when they were super busy.

Jackie and the gals were great! They were very willing to help me find a dress in my price range. I was able to find one off the rack and they gave me a great discount! She carries a huge variety of dresses, shoes, jewelry, etc in a wide price range. I got my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, shoes, and tuxes from her. Thanks Jackie!!

This is my 2nd daughter's wedding and again, simply a fabulous job! I wouldn't go anywhere else. They know what works for a bride and what does not simply by looking at them or listening to what they are looking for in a dress. Both of my daughter's choose the 1st dress they tried on as their dress. The 2nd daughter altered hers a little to get the vision that she wanted. It turned out amazing! All bridesmaids dresses were chosen here as well and turned out beautiful, the exact look and colors and style my daughter was going for. My dress, again, 2nd time around from here, perfect, made me look amazing according to everyone else. Also the first ones I tried on! Prices are excellent as well! I got my dress, my flower girl dress, my bridesmaid dresses, and my shoes here. They are amazing! So helpful and nice! I plan to get tuxes through them too. I would recommend them to everyone.

Jackie J's was the first place I had went to try on dresses (on somewhat of a whim with my Mom and Sisters, over fourth of July weekend). It was an absolute ball. I really had no idea what type of dress I was looking for so Jackie pulled a handful of different styles and then found more based on what I had started to gravitate towards.

By the end of my appointment I had probably tried on nearly 40 gowns (which felt like 20...) but I had the time of my life and was so happy with the experience. Because it was the first place I had tried on gowns, I had told Jackie that I was not ready to purchase something that day but wanted to look in the cities at a few places and then make my decision. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever. My other experiences made me really thankful for Jackie. At other salons I felt pressure to buy and uncomfortable. In the end, I ended up purchasing from Jackie and I am so glad I did! Thanks to you I KNOW I made the best decision and I will look amazing on my wedding day!
