Villa Bianca offers a number of event spaces for couples hosting their special day. The venue’s three spacious, elegant ballrooms create a fairytale setting for any event. The Regency Ballroom features large windows and an elegant grand staircase and can seat up to 150 people. The Crystal Ballroom features a Victorian staircase, Roman columns, and crystal chandeliers, while the Rose Ballroom provides a stunning view of the venue’s gardens. When combined, The Crystal and the Rose Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests in total. For interested couples, the property’s outdoor estate is available for a private outdoor ceremony. The Pavilion features a romantic garden, cobblestone walkways, water fountains, lush green lawns, and enough seating space for up to 500 guests. A rustic-style chapel is also available for smaller wedding ceremonies. After the festivities draw to a close, your loved ones can avail of any of the 13 rooms at the Villa on the River Inn. This hotel also contains a 1,800-square-foot penthouse suite, and an Italian-style villa mansion, all with stunning views of the Housatonic River. The penthouse suite offers a sauna, jacuzzi tub, spiral staircase, and private kitchen, for you and your partner to relax in. The Estate House includes a private garden, gazebo, pond, sunroom, balcony, and patio along with a master suite and two queen-size bedrooms.

All of your decor needs can be supplied, including centerpieces, chair covers, dance floors, and lighting. Full-service, professional limousines are also available on-site. Parking is complimentary for all of your guests. Wedding packages are tiered, ranging from Gold, Emerald, Diamond, and Platinum, to the luxurious Ultimate Reception package. Depending on your selected package, a wedding party waiting room, DJ entertainment, and a wedding photographer can be provided. All packages feature color-coordinated linens, tables, chairs, accent lighting, and door service personnel.

Cuisine

While outside caterers are always welcome, the venue’s culinary team is happy to craft a unique menu customized to your taste. The Ultimate Reception package provides five hours of open bar service, a cocktail hour, a champagne toast, a three-course meal, and a personalized wedding cake. Flexible to your needs, dinner can be served plated or buffet-style.
