A day to remember

We had our wedding at Villa Bianca this past Saturday August 14, 2021. We came to Greta in the height of covid after we had to cancel our original wedding plans. Over this past year Greta has been here every step of the way to ensure we had nothing to worry about when it came to wedding planning. Our wedding was more than we could have ever expected, from the grounds, to the food, the staff. Everyone treated us like family. We are still reminiscing as our day was beyond every expectation we could have ever had. Thank you Greta and Team for giving us a beautiful wedding day to remember!

Thank You for a Night We will Remember Forever

We didn't realize it when we booked the venue, but Villa Bianca exceeded all of our expectations!! The halls, grounds, and estate house caught our attention from the moment we stepped onto the premises and we knew that this is the reception venue that my husband and I wanted to celebrate our wedding in. From the start Greta was amazing at answering all of our questions and helping my husband and I plan the wedding of our dreams. She made the wedding planning process a breeze and was very supportive until the day we finalized all of the details. I can't write this review without raving about our maitre'd Tina. If it was not for Tina during our reception, I don't think my husband and I would have been able to attempt to eat something that night. Tina made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night, set up the hall absolutely perfectly, and even made sure we followed our timeline. Although it rained nonstop on the day of our wedding, Greta, Tina, and the entire staff made sure we had a night we are sure to remember forever.

WOW.. Amazing Wedding Weekend

WOW... What an Amazing Wedding Weekend at the Villa Bianca ! ... JUST WOW ! It was so perfect! It deserves 10 stars .. Let me start with Greta she was amazing and was so understanding to help us plan my daughter's wedding over this past year .. and believe me it wasn't easy .. but Greta kept us calm especially me .. who is very detailed oriented .. and a perfectionist ... I have to say that everything was done Perfectly ... The night before the wedding the bride and the girls stayed at the Penthouse which was absolutely beautiful and the Groom and the guys stayed at the mansion .. they had so much fun and it was a perfect way to start the wedding weekend. On the day of the wedding everything went according to plan and all mostly based on recommendations from Villa Biana.. whether it was the flowers which were absolutely beautiful and done by Flowers by Danielle, the Limos provided by Villa Bianca were right on time and the drivers Gilbert and Eddie .. were both terrific , the DJ was Mike from Music in Motion and the reception was over the Top... We had it outside in the Pavilion ... and our guest thought that they were in Italy it was so beautiful ! The food was so delicious, during the cocktail hour all the Hors d'oeuvre selections were absolutely amazing, with the carving stations and the mash potato bar .. everything was perfect ! .... including the bartenders and the drink selections. Our Maître d' Tina was great and very attentive to all our needs and made sure all the little details to make the reception perfect were provided. The meal during the reception from the salad, appetizer and the main courses .. were all delicious and cooked perfectly ! The prime rib was cooked to order and all our guests can't stop raving about how delicious the food was. The wedding cake was a cannoli cake provided by Del Prete Italian Bakery it was so delicious and again perfectly done !. Even after the reception was over , we had an after party in the Mansion .. and again everything was perfect .. the Mansion was beautiful and a terrific way to end our day of celebrating the wedding ! Several of our guests stayed at the Villa Bianca and were very happy and impressed with the accommodations ... I can't stop saying how perfect everything was at the Villa Bianca... and highly recommend this venue ! Thank you Greta and the Villa Bianca staff for making my daughter's wedding a huge success ! Our guests kept telling us that it was the best wedding they ever attended!

Getting married during a pandemic is not something that a couple wants to do. Unfortunately that was our situation. Thank you to Greta for doing everything possible to make this day special. The ceremony was everything I dreamt of. Special thanks to the Maitre D’s for all of their hard work and dedication. They made sure I didn’t stress about anything and were available at every moment! Thank you 😊

Beautiful venue

We got married Yesterday and I only have amazing things to say about Villa Bianca!! The outside of the venue was beautiful and Greta kept all the stress away from us on our big day!! We of course stressed a lot due to covid and everything that comes along with a wedding, but Greta was there for us no matter the time of day!! The staff and Maitre D were also amazing! The limo driver was amazing!! The food And drinks were Amazing!! Everyone made us feel comfortable and made sure we took in our night!! I can’t even believe how perfect everything was!!! Thank you so much!!

Fabulous night

My husband and I had originally booked another venue for our wedding but were not happy with the our food during the tasting. We decided that we wanted to switch our location and chose the Villa Bianca. We booked this location 6 months before our wedding and they were so accommodating! They lowered their minimum headcount for the outdoor area as this was where wanted to have our reception held, which helped us save on costs! Greta was amazing to work with and was always so responsive and made sure our day was perfect. The food was phenomenal and the value was amazing. Their packages are fair priced, we got way more than we were going to get at our other venue for almost 1/2 the cost!

Pavilion wedding bliss!

If you’re looking for an outdoor venue we highly suggest Villa Bianca’a Pavillon. They were flexible with our unique requests and the staff was very detail-oriented. Have something specific and unique in mind? Just ask and they will work with you to the best of their ability! Dream wedding status for sure!

Amazing customer service

I sent an email on Sunday night and within an hour or so I received a call from Greta who was beyond helpful. She sensed my stress through the email and immediately called me. Her energy made me feel so good since I was having a bad day. She was kind, happy, professional and very accommodating. She called me the next day the way she said she would and replied to my emails almost instantly throughout the day. That’s what I call quality customer service. Thank you Greta!!!

Dream Come True

If you're looking for a place to host your wedding, or any other special event, I would absolutely recommend The Villa Bianca! Everyone at the Villa is very helpful, and worked together to make my wedding more than perfect. The communication was great, they were very organized, and just super nice and easy to work with. Every Bride worries about things that can go wrong on their day of the wedding, but I can't think of a single moment where I felt stressed or uneasy about something. The venue is beautiful, the decorations were set up even more perfect than I could have imagined, and the food is amazing. All our guests had the best time! My husband and I also spent the night at the Inn, and it was the best decision to do so. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you guys

Such an amazing experience

My wedding was finamonial. The experience I had the day of and months prior was beyond my imagination. My wedding took place at the villa Bianca pavillion and boy was it breath taking. The grounds were beautiful and the accommodations were more than what I could ask for. The staff especially Tina made this day so painless and stress free. I have now adopted her into my family that's how fantastic she was. The food was fresh and tasted amazing. I had many children in my wedding and the set up made it so easy for them to have their own Sector and enjoy their time. I highly reccomend this place 100%

Villa Bianca was more than accommodating!!! I just got married on May 31st 2018 actually. They made my whole process so much easier, they were so willing and happy to work with me!!! I will definitely recommend them to others. And the food was amazing & the price is super amazing !!! I loved, loved , loved everything about that place. And the coordinator Greta was such a sweetheart and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and more !!!

I am so glad that we picked this venue. From the moment I saw the outside ceremony space, I knew this was the place were I wanted to have my wedding. Greta is an amazing person she is ALWAYS available and very attentive to all your needs. She helped us every step of the way and answered every single question that we had. This venue is definitely the bang for your buck. The food is very good, better thank your typical wedding food. Villa Bianca puts together packages with everything you need so that you don't have to shop around for vendors. I felt that we got everything we needed with the package that we picked. The staff is amazing as well and very knowledgeable and professional. I have to give a big thank you to Tina, Carla and Debbie for their amazing customer service. Villa Bianca provides you with everything you need, there is no need to look further for a venue. You will not be disappointed!

They Villa Bianca is all around amazing! We got married on Thursday (6.22.17) outside on the estate and had our reception in the Regency Ballroom--and it was beautiful!!! Greta was so sweet and so helpful. She made the whole process of planning a wedding stress free (yes! It's possible.) Tina and Carla had everything set up for rehearsal night so we went to sleep with ease knowing everything was perfect!!! Our wedding day was perfect thanks to the amazing team at The Villa Bianca!!

I had looked at many venues to book my wedding, including the venues that overlooked the river nearby. I'm so happy I made the right choice in booking this venue for several reasons. I have been to other weddings and the food was always cold and not very tasty. This venue had warm delicious meals and I received many complements. I also had many nieces/nephews at my wedding and the location (Crystal room) was extremely accommodating. By the end of the night the kids (about 25 all under age of 7) got a bit out of control and were running/dancing around the room, but the staff was very patient and never said a word. The room was the perfect size. At the end of the night, many of my guests said this was the best wedding they had ever been to as it was family friendly, a beautiful location, great food, and a very welcoming/accommodating environment. I would recommend this venue to family and friends. A huge bonus, the venue takes care of so many little things and you don't have to worry about all the a la cart. What else can you ask for??!!

It's taken me a while to get to my review of Villa Bianca, because they were absolutely amazing to work with! I had to find the right words to express how wonderful and relaxing it was to work with Greta. From the moment my husband and I met with Greta, we felt right at home at Villa Bianca. Greta, was flexible, responsive, and an absolute dream. Anything I had a question on, she had an answer. Anything my husband and I asked for she made it happen. We live in New York and could only make it to the venue a few times before the big day. Every single time, we fell more in love with the venue.

Our wedding weekend feels like a blur, but Greta and her team executed every single detail we asked for flawlessly. Our guests felt happy, comfortable, and at home in the venue. We could not have been happier with our venue choice and our guests were enchanted with the wonderful holiday decor, the delicious food, and helpful staff.

Thank you Greta and Villa Bianca for making our New Year's Eve Wedding memorable and perfect. You all were a dream to work with!!

We decided to use Villa Bianca since we were having a winter wedding and they gave us a great winter price. Greta took care of us and was AMAZING. She responded to every email within hours. Every detail was figured out in a very non stressful way. To be honest The Villa Bianca was the least stressful part of wedding planning. Everything was spot on and the food was delicious. The day of our December wedding it was very cold and they accommodated that myself (bride) and my bridesmaids take several pictures in their suite upstairs. It was lovely and heated so we loved having that option. The chapel was perfect as well since we had a handicapped family member and having everything there was exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to have a beautiful wedding at a wonderful price.

Villa Bianca was absolutely amazing during our wedding process! Jessica, the maitre' D was so attentive to all of our needs and even made sure we ate during our reception. The whole staff made the wedding planning a great experience, and the bridal suite is simply amazing!

The Inn and Villa Bianca is the place to get married in CT! Karen was so helpful in answering all of our questions and scheduling times to meet with us throughout the whole wedding planning process. Carla and Jessica were the ladies that were on hand during the wedding day and words do not express how thankful I am for them. They went above and beyond to ensure the day went off perfectly. Carla was calming and got anything my family and I possibly needed while getting ready on the day of the wedding. She made sure that everything was done on time and was there whenever I needed anything. She is the best! The ceremony was at Villa's Chapel which is absolutely gorgeous with the exposed wood beam ceilings. We had our reception in the Regency room, which has a separate bar area which is fun for guests to mingle in during the wedding. My guests cannot say enough good things about the service or the food. Villa Bianca takes care of all the small details for you, so that you are able to enjoy your wedding. I would highly recommend Villa Bianca to anyone getting married. It is the perfect place!

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding. The entire staff were SO professional and extremely helpful. They made sure everything went smoothly (from beginning to end) and that our guests (and us) were taken care of. I literally did not have to worry about anything. I just had my wedding reception at The Villa Bianca this past weekend and I can’t say enough nice things about the Villa Bianca and their staff. I can truly say the bartenders, my maître dee Leostina, and the owner Tony could not have been more hospitable, thorough, patient and on point for Everything. I gave the staff detailed instructions with my head counts, menu selection, seating chart, signature cocktail and pictures of how I wanted my centerpieces and minor decorations set up and they made it all happen. It helps if you are organized and provide them with this information and they give you a packet to write this all in but I also included a typed list hitting the highlights and they appreciated it. Our guests loved the venue (we had the outdoor pavilion) and everyone commented how amazing the food was. Comparatively we spent much less than several other venues we checked out and the Silver Package at the Villa came with 6 horderves, a cheese vegetable tray, wine at the tables, bread, salad, soup, pasta and guests got to choose from 1 of three fine course entrée selections that came with our choice of vegetable and starch, a 5 hour open bar and 3 hours of limo service! We ran late at our ceremony which pushed everything back and everyone at the Villa was very accommodating to this, especially our maitredee Leostina, who kept everything on point and flowing as it needed to be. They cleaned up all our decorations nicely and communicated with us to make sure we had what we wanted to take with us at the end of the night, and what we would like to pick up the following day. When we picked up all the leftover decorations the following day it was all there, packed nicely and neatly. I’m so happy I chose this venue for my special day, thanks to everyone there for making it a phenomenal experience.

Beautiful venue for our wedding. They worked with us the whole way to help us reach our vision. Food was amazing... Exactly what we were looking for. Maître d service was very helpful throughout our whole wedding. Ceremony outside was amazing... We got some really great photos. Reception was so much fun!

The food was remarkable our guest said it was the best Prime Rib Ever! The matradee (Jess) we had was the best ever. Everything was perfect including the rooms at the INN. The chocolate fountain was a beautiful touch. The bridal party was catered to the chapel was beautiful. I don't have one complaint and that is unusual for me.

Our wedding was beautiful. Tony did an amazing job from start to finish. He helped with details, organizing the menu, making some changes for us. We enjoyed EVERY single moment of the wedding. The bridal suite was spacious, the penthouse we stayed in after the wedding was beautiful, and the grounds gave us some truly amazing photographs. It was a wonderful experience I wouldn't have wanted anywhere else. And the value, can not be beat in CT.

Jessica and her staff made Alex and I feel so relaxed on our special day. The chapel and the reception room were set up exactly as we had previously discussed. The staff was very attentive from start to finish always checking in with us to make sure things were going well. The food was great as well. Couldn't have asked for a better day. Villa Bianca was our wedding savior 2 years ago! A week before our wedding Hurricane Irene hit the coast of CT resulting in our wedding venue to be without power and we had no choice but to find another venue 2 days before our wedding. Villa Bianca was more then accommodating, they heard our situation and said come on in. They were more then helpful, professional, and above all friendly. The last thing anyone wants to see is a bride to be in tears, well I was definitely emotional and the people at Villa Bianca put mine and my fiancé's worries to ease. We had the wedding of our dreams, it was the perfect evening to be outside in the pergola and we all had the time of our lives. The wedding is still talked about to this day! Thank you Villa Bianca

My husband and I were married in the Chapel at the Villa Bianca followed by a reception in the Pergola. It was perfect from the decor, to the food to the service. We did not need to ask for a thing the day of our wedding. It was all done before we asked. They seemed to anticipate our every need. I would definitely recommend the Villa Bianca! They were very flexible adding guests VERY LAST MINUTE!!

I have to say that I love, love the fact that I choose Villa Bianca to host my ceremony & reception. Tony, Devon and Freda treated us with such respect and were so helpful in helping us plan our wedding. I was concern that it had started to rain the day of my wedding and my reception was going to be held outside. Tony called me to offer me a room that was available inside even though my guest wouldn't of had gotten wet outside. I thought that was so great on his part to offer us a room indoors. I didn't need to assign anyone to decorate the chapel for us because Freda took care of all the decorating for us with the decorations that we supplied them with and did an awesome job. Overall my experience with the food, and services that I got at Villa Bianca were wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone for a wedding or any other special occasion.

My wedding went perfectly at the Villa Bianca! The staff was friendly, helpful, and did everything to make sure my day went off without a hitch. The food was absolutely delicious. In fact people still say to me, when I see them, that my wedding was the best they have ever been to! They comment on the beauty of the venue and the amazing food. I highly recommmend this venue to engaged couples looking for the perfect place to have their wedding!

Villa Bianca was wonderful during the entire planning process all the way though the end of the wedding day. Christine Manager/Coordinator was wonderful, from our 1st meeting all the way though, she was there, anything I needed, any
concerns that I had she was too quick with everything.

Day of we had Kyle as our Matire 'D he was the best (I wish I could take him home with me....but I don't know if my husband would be to happy about that) anything we needed or wanted he was there, right down to fixing my train before I walked down the asile, b ecause everyone else forgot. Everything went off without any issues, I had the day I allways dreamed of.

I loved this place. They were very helpful and professional, and the food was AWESOME!! More than awesome! The guests commented on how great the food was over and over. Years later we'll be talking about someone's wedding and people still say the food at our wedding was the best they had ever had anywhere.

I was married at Villa on April 8, 2017. From our first meeting with Greta, we knew Villa was the place we would have our wedding reception. Not only did we have our wedding reception there, but we also utilized the chapel for our ceremony. We honestly can't say enough about Villa. It started with Greta. Simply amazing. Always there no matter what. Whether it was to answer a question, accommodate any of our needs and request and set our minds at ease that our day was going to be everything we dreamed of and more, and it was exactly that. The staff at our wedding was amazing as well. Tina is irreplaceable. She made us feel and know that everything would go off without a hitch and she made sure it did. Ryan was just as good. Both of them were there throughout the night making sure Kyle and I were well taken care of. The staff couldn't be better. We really had an amazing day and we couldn't have done it without all of you! We can't thank you all enough!

My Husband and I were recently married at the inn at Villa Bianca and we are extremely happy with the venue. The services we received from Tony, Deb, Karen and Peggy in the planning process was always top notch and on point. Everyone was extremely accommodating and kind in answering my many questions and quelling my concerns. The venue also made many special accommodations for us during the planning process which helped us to have exactly the package we wanted at a price point we could afford. The Villa Bianca also recommended all of the vendors that we used, who were all awesome. The weekend of our wedding, our Maitre d Jessica was fantastic. She met us for our rehearsal at the chapel and made sure our ceremony went exactly as planned (although our ceremony was a little different from the norm). She set up everything in the Chapel and our reception room the way we wanted it, anticipated what we wanted before we could even ask and assured that everything went smoothly. All of the guests we spoke with told us that they had an extremely good time at our wedding. Many said it was one of the best weddings they had been to. They commented on how beautiful the venue was, how delicious the food was as well as how well planned the menu options were (we had a five course meal, 6 passed Hors d'oeuvres and a chocolate fountain). We put a great deal of time, money and thought into our wedding and found that The Inn at Villa Bianca far exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this venue to anybody.

We choose Villa Bianca for our 6/4/22 wedding. Greta was amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was so attentive and quick to respond to any questions that we had. I was a low stress bride because of her.

The grounds of Villa Bianca are absolutely beautiful- perfectly landscaped. Our ceremony was in the garden and our reception in the pavilion. We stayed in the estate house and penthouse the night prior and used them for photos the day of. We can’t wait to get our professional photos back. The pictures that we’ve seen from guests all have beautiful backgrounds.

The food was so good! We served buffet style and our guests keep telling us how delicious everything was- the hors d'oeuvre’s (the crab cakes are to die for), carving station, and buffet- all amazing.

Lastly, our Maitre’D’s (provided by Villa Bianca) Tina and Carla were so professional and fun! The entire day ran so smoothly because of them. They were able to round up our rowdy crowd and were so accommodating, always making sure my husband and I had food or a drink in our hand. They set up our reception perfectly, even better than we would have imagined and then packed everything up for us at the end. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of them.

A wonderful wedding at a wonderful venue

Just got married at the Villa Bianca this past weekend. I could not think of a single way that our wedding could have been improved. Greta and our matradee bent over backwards the entire time to make sure everything was perfect at all times. The matradee in particular ran the entire show organizing coordinating with the photographer and the Dj. The site was beautiful and the food was fantastic. Which I was concerned about because the tasting left a little to be desired. We did get the big package at ~120$ a person but I would do it all over again. Music in motion Dj service did both the ceremony and the reception. And had all of the weird music requests (A lot of punk and video game music). While the photographer Tina Marie knew exactly what she was doing. Both of them are preferred vendors recommended by Greta and made the entire wedding experience one of a life time.
Now our entire Bridal party also booked rooms at the villa which allowed us to host a nice after party without making a noise complaint as well. Some people did complain about the shower water pressure but as someone who had the penthouse suite it was an excellent experience.

They also hosted our rehearsal dinner for a very reasonable cost and made us a custom menu of our choice. I would highly recommend them for a wedding.

Villa Bianca out did themselves with my daughter's wedding. They made sure it ran smoothly in every way. The food was excellent. The place is beautiful and the chapel wonderful for the ceremony. Unfortunately it is being sold, so don't know how the new people will run it.

I would absolutley give this venue a 5 of 5 had we started with the wedding planner we worked with in the end. She was absolutley amazing, she was on top of everything, the venue is gorgeous, and the food was spectaculer. The only difffaculty we ran into was actually getting to that planner. There was a high staff turnover and we went through 5 different planners before we finnally started working with Peggy. Once we started working with her our experience was wonderful. She was on top of everything, able to make professional recomendations, and made sure eveything ran absolutley perfectly!!! Not to mention the value was incredible. I would absolutley recomnend using the Villa.

From start to finish Villa Bianca was there every step of the way. Our guests complimented ALL the food and the Decor. The only guest complaint was that a couple of the waitstaff were hard to track down for condiments but the other waitstaff catered to every guest at their assigend table. So it seems to be a 50/50 review of wait staff service. But all agreed the overall venue, and food and drink, and atmosphere and organization, was outstanding! I hope to use them again for parties and our vow renewals.

One of the questions for the review is: Would you recommend this vendor to a friend? I clicked Yes... but there are definite things a couple NEEDS to know before booking with the Villa Bianca.
We had a great experience in the booking/planning process with the Villa Bianca. Deb is awesome and Jess was our maître d’ and she was amazing. She decorated the chapel/pergola exactly how we wanted and was very attentive to our every need throughout the night.
My husband and I were extremely lucky that we were the only wedding booked on a Friday night. I Was told the following day had 3 weddings during the day and 3 at night. There was a rehearsal going on the night of our wedding and even that got in the way of many of our pictures. I was so RELIEVED to hear we were the only wedding booked that night because I feel like that can really take away from the night. The wedding party had a private cocktail hour in the house behind the chapel. Champagne was provided and cold drinks… but it must be noted with plastic cups. Our wedding party had our first toast with plastic cups. And all drinks throughout the wedding was in plastic cups. I’ve never been to a wedding with plastic cups so it just caught me off guard. The price was definitely good, but as the night progressed I realized there was a reason the price was so low. All in all our night was wonderful and we had a great time! The staff was attentive, I just think the owner cuts corners and it’s noticeable.

We had such a nice wedding at the Villa Bianca, our Maitre'd Frieda was great she took care of everything we needed. The owner Tony had a room available for us indoor just in case it rained, since our reception was in the pergola. They even gave us the penthouse suite for our wedding night. The food was a bit late but we had such a fun party that I don't think anyone really cared.

Greta and Tina are fantastic, packages aren't perfect, however

Greta and Tina are amazing at what they do. There's no denying that. They both genuinely wanted us to have one of the best days of our lives and succeeded in doing such. Professional, kind and willing to work with you to make the day perfect. The only complaint I can think of is that the value of the packages isn't great. Even after purchasing the Ultimate Package, we had to pay a lot out of pocket to get features that we feel should have been included for the cost. Other than that, utterly perfect.

We had an amazing wedding day thanks to Villa Bianca. Everything was flawless. They coordinated the event just the way we wanted, taking care of all the details the way we asked. The staff was very attentive to our needs, treating the both of us like royalty. EVERYTHING was taken care of for us, but we had been very explicit about what we wanted. Food was great. We had wanted a very vegetarian friendly buffet. Tony created multiple dishes not on the normal menu to give us more vegetarian options. Our coordinators John and Chris did a great job! We had a Hindu/Jewish wedding which required a lot of flexibility by Villa Bianca. They were willing to meet all of our requirements and needs. Our guests were very impressed by how well the evening flowed. Food was served on time, the buffet line was managed very well, and there were no complaints. We would HIGHLY recommend Villa Bianca.

Our wedding was at the Villa on 10/15/16 and everything was great. Ran smoothly and just everything we wanted. Karen and Greta in the office were such a help along the whole way and never made you feel like a bother- no matter how many times you emailed/called them. Wouldn't have asked for a better venue!

Response time on most things was a little lacking, and we met with someone different pretty much every time we emailed/called/stopped by and got different answers on things depending on who we talked to. Based on other reviews I was nervous as to how everything would turn out, but I wouldn't have changed a thing! Everything came together perfectly and I was so impressed with how smooth everything went! All our guests raved about the food, and the venue itself (the pergola) saying it was the absolute perfect set up and space for a reception. The set up for our day was just absolutely PERFECT!

There were many amazing things about this place and many downfalls. They scheduled another ceremony right after ours which we were told specifically they did not do that. Our pictures were rushed because of it. A few small things went wrong which were forgivable but my friends car was broken into.

My wedding occured on the hottest day in June during the heat wave. The maiter D was awful and very slow in getting anything we requested. It was so hot out that the hall was so warm from everyone in the hall and the air conditioner was on high. It was a good value for my money.. would I recommend it? Ehh... you have to check it out for yourself.

The place looked gorgeous! Food was amazing.. Only issue was some of the rooms were not fully renovated but yet rented out. Water leaked and fire department came. And a ceiling was caved in. My maitre d was poorly informed of my events information and what time our party ended and even what time the rehearsal was. But it was taken care of and all in all it was gorgeous,,,,

My husband and I were pleased with Villa Bianca. The Chapel is beautiful and the Estate grounds are gorgeous and perfect for photos. Unfortunately their indoor decor is outdated and the food was not as expected, except for the prime rib which was excellent. Our maitre d seemed unexperienced, however, he was very sweet and our experience with the event coordinator was pleasant. She was professional and accomodating to our needs. It was our best option for our budget at the time and we enjoyed our wedding.

I have very mixed feelings about this venue. Peggy and Frita were amazing and the space is very cost effective and beautiful (great deal for the $$)
Ceremony
They overbooked. The chapel was booked for 4 weddings that day, and there was DEFINITELY not enough time in between ceremonies for extra pictures to be done inside. In addition, my guests were unsure if they were in the right spot because the other wedding was still in the middle of their receiving line about 5 minutes before we were supposed to start. This also left almost no time for my florist to get in there and set up...
Reception
They screwed up my table designs and favor lay out. We had very specific instructions for the favors - certain favors went to certain tables in order to maintain our theme (movie theme: each table was a different movie. So the "super trooper" table needed the super trooper favors, Die Hard needed Die Hard's etc...) Luckily, my husband had time before the ceremony to go check on things, and ended up fixing most of them himself. The staff left in charge of that task was seriously disappointing.
However, the food was fantastic! and the bartender was great, despite a lack of alcohol (since when does a "top shelf" bar not include Jameson??) It was chilly, but they dropped the sides of the pavilion down and brought out lots of outdoor heaters (they weren't even that ugly! lol).
The Inn
This is where all of my big issues come into play. We had booked all of the rooms that were on site for the wedding party, and some of the guests. However, it did not end well. In each of the rooms there was (at least) one of the following problems: Dirty/garbage left in the room, TV didn't work, remotes were missing, furniture was missing, no towels. The honeymoon suite was the only one that had been properly cleaned, but half of the light bulbs were burnt out.
OVERALL, I WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE MY WEDDING HERE AGAIN, BUT I WOULD NOT STAY IN THE HOTEL ON SITE!

The promotional deal that was offered to us for February was one that we could not pass up. As a young couple getting married on a budget it was perfect. I have heard good things about Villa in the past (and my prom YEARS ago was actually here as well). While I want to give Villa a good review for trying - this is a very hard one to write. Leading up to the wedding was awful, the person we first signed our contract with ended up being fired (Thank Goodness). He was the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. However, after that it seemed all the way up until about a month before the wedding they seemed to go through office staff like dirty clothes. Every time I called I got a different person and had to go through every detail all over again. Thankfully they temporarily convinced an old employee (who had left for a better career) to come back and help us. This woman knew her stuff and was on top of everything and really put me at ease. Overall for the wedding they were very accommodating and followed all my instructions for table arrangements etc. to the tee and the room was beautiful! They ended up short staffed (maybe because it was the off season?) for the reception and our Limo driver ended up being a server as well. Then, our Matre'D that was supposed to be only for us ended up running around as a waitress as well. Everyone there earned every penny we paid, the poor staff was so busy! We managed to let everything slide and were able to relax a bit and enjoy our night .For every mistake that was made there was someone to make up for it or that tried to correct the wrong that happened, and for that I have to give them kudos.
Overall our wedding reception was beautiful, the staff the day of was on point, the food was delicious, and we were able to let the little things go. I really would recommend Villa Bianca to others, i would just suggest waiting until they Iron out their Office Staff and wedding coordinator positions.

Totally mediocre. Everything about this venue (except maybe the outdoor pavilion which we did not have for our wedding, and except our maitre d') was mediocre. While it looks cute initially, just an extra look around shows you tired carpets, water marks, and peeling ceilings. Not exactly what I'd consider luxury. The kitchen must have lost our seating chart because a few tables in they started asking people (not confirming...asking) what they wanted for dinner, which caused them to run out of salmon. Several of my guests that originally chose salmon weren't able to have it. We were also served an incorrect side dish and my husband's and my prime rib were cooked totally wrong. I understand not everyone's meals might be perfect when there are so many guests, but to mess up the bride and groom's? That's just a lack of care. I found the staff a bit difficult to work with at times, as sometimes I didn't receive responses back for a few days. Due to circumstances I did have to have my wedding here, but if I could go back I wouldn't choose it again. They're also giving the venue away to whoever writes in with the best entry as to why they should run it, so the owner was obviously checked out already by the time I had my June wedding. I can only hope the new owners are better! I would only select this place if my budget didn't allow me to go anywhere better.

Just had my wedding there a couple of days ago.. My ceremony was at the estate, but neither I nor my guests could not get to it until 5 minutes before my ceremony started because there was another wedding going on up to the last minute. During my ceremony, the music at another wedding was so loud my guests could not hear anything that was said at my ceremony even though we had a mic. The place was waaayyy overbooked, no parking, the food was cold and the presenation of the food was very poor, soft drinks were served in plastic cups. I would not recommend..

First of all my fiancé and I were in a wedding recently(JULY) at the Villa. It was a fun wedding and all went well. The food was very good as I understand that the owner is the chef. We stayed in the inn over night and the room was nothing to be desired I would have much rather stay at a near by hotl next time. Shortly after our friends wedding we decided to book ours there as well. They are planning on just giving the place away in some sort of essay contest? So what I would like to know is how they planned on making sure that all the things we discussed were going to stay in place? I didn't know who was taking it over, if they were going to be able to keep it open, if they were planning on changing anything about the venue and if they were I didn't know if there was going to be construction going on at the time of my wedding. The best part is 3 days after we signed our contract we were watching the evening news and found out from our television about the essay contest and what they were planning on doing with the Villa. As a result I called up and they claimed that they had told me about the whole thing! If I knew what the plans were I would have definitely not planned on having my wedding there!!! So I wanted to let all the future brides who are interested in looking at this place DONT! not to mention it needs badly to be updated and cleaned. Much happier with our new venue

Wedding/reception

We had lay out of what we wanted. I originally booked for all of the rooms for guests and they booked more random people besides my guests and said that I didn’t have all the trims booked. In the reception they were supposed to have chocolate fountain that was not done.

My friend was robbed of her wedding day thanks to this place. There were so many major and little things that went wrong that she left that night in tears. The place was over booked, she had to take her photos in the parkinglot after being promised and.paying extra to use the gardens because the owner booked another ceremony in the gardens. The car she paid extra for wasn't available. Her cocktail hour had nothing she asked and paid extra for. People were using the bridal suits bathroom. The matte d was going 3 other events and was no where to be found. Dinner was served in incriments pasta at 7 salad at 8 sorbet at 9 and then after asking each person what they ordered. Dinner was @ 10. The food was cold and the steak was UN edible and they gave small portions. I warn every bride to not waste your time or money on this place. Even the staff told the bride and bridal party that he does this all the time and ruins peoples big day just to make a profit!

Went to an event here. Horrendous venue. They tried to decorate the main lobby, but it just looks cluttered with cheap stuff that's supposed to look fancy. Why have a bridge when there's dusty leaves there and no flowing water?

Other than the desperate need for renovations inside the venue, this leaves me questioning the food and silverware that is being brought out to the guests, Several guests at my table had plates that were dirty or food that was under-cooked (especially with the meat heavy dishes). The staff ran around like crazy trying to satisfy requests, but it seems like they could never get an answer. I asked for a new prime rib (since mine was under-cooked) and the staff came back speedily and promptly but the food came back just as lousy.

I think the issue here is the lack of organization and the lack of proper equipment. The staff is very friendly and attentive, so that is who the one star is going to, but all other aspects of Villa Bianca are plain awful. The venue needs major upgrades. The decorations are cheap and tacky. Chairs are falling apart, Parts of the table I sat at were very uneven making my champagne glass look like the leaning Tower of Pisa (not appealing when you're trying to eat a meal).

Before I attended my event here I read other reviews on Yelp.com and it seems like I am not the only one with these problems. All in all, the staff is very good, but the quality of the venue is not worth it. Even the newly renovated Estate and Penthouse have major issues already and they are relatively new.

If you're planning to have your wedding, baby shower, or any other special event here, skip it. You are not going to get the quality and luxury you deserve on your special day.
