The Historic McCullough Price House is an affordable & elegant venue offering unique southwest style & charm for small special events. The House offers two gorgeous outdoor spaces for ceremonies & receptions: a beautiful Courtyard and our North Lawn. The House also provides an indoor gallery for receptions & rehearsal dinners. Opened in June 2007, the House serves Chandler & the Southeast Valley as a special event facility. Built in 1938 by winter resident William McCullough, the house is a beautiful example of Pueblo Revival style architecture.  In 2001, members of the Price-Propstra family donated the House to the City of Chandler. The House is located on the southwest side of Chandler Fashion Center, conveniently located off the 101 freeway & Chandler Blvd. In summer 2009, the House was added to the National Register of Historic Places!
