Kalyee is simply amazing. I had my recepption for my wedding at the Hilton on a Saturday morning. I was able to come in the night before and decorate. The staff was so helpful and attentive. The food was delicious!! The Hilton team went above and beyond to serve us on our wedding day!

The staff was warm and welcoming and did everything they could to accommodate us. Even our guests noticed how wonderful the staff at the hotel were. The hotel worked closely with us on everything - booking rooms, selecting menu and drinks, visiting the ballroom to plan and decorate, responding with answers to questions in a timely manner, etc. Our contact, Kalye, was fantastic!

I must say Kalye Rodriguez was fantastic! I was a last minute walk in, I didn't realize how late it was and Ms Rodriguez was in the lobby saying she was leaving right when I walked up. I asked the front desk about getting a tour and right away she put her stuff down and let me know she was happy to help. I felt bad keeping her, I know how frustrating it can be to stay late for someone, but she was very kind.
I let her know that we are expecting to invite about 85-100 people, and would want a dance floor and finger foods. The first room I saw was on the upper level. The view was amazing, but the overall feeling was a bit tired. The carpet looks older, and it was dark and sort of musty smelling. We went back to the lobby and to some other front of the hotel rooms, which smelled better, so that was a start. It really lacked a view, and felt a little more like an oversized meeting room with pretty chandeliers.
I do wish the property wasn't so outdated, the location is great, the staff is very helpful, and the
entry feels grand. It wasn't my cup of tea, but I appreciate the effort Ms Rodriguez made! I'll keep in touch for maybe a small bridal party in the restaurant.
