Hess Tent Rental was recommended to myself and my husband by our Wedding Coordinator. We had an outdoor ceremony at Lake Williams, and our reception on my husband's parent's property. The fall before our spring wedding Hess Tent Rentals came to the property to discuss with us the space to set up a tent, what type of tents, chairs, tables, lights, and other materials they had, and what would work best for our locations and what we wanted.

Hess Tent Rentals was always prompt to respond to requests, and when delivery and set-up time came they were pleasant to work with. We even encountered an issue with the location for a back-up ceremony space tent (for in case it rained), and they came up with a solution on delivery/set-up day that was even better than the original plan. When I saw the tent set up for the first time - without anything even in it yet - I was excited and stunned. It was so beautiful. Hess Tent Rental materials were all in good shape and working order, everything looked great and beautiful.

At Hess Tent Rental, our primary goal is for the success of your wedding.  For your wedding to be successful, you need to eliminate as much stress as possible.  We will work with you hand in hand to figure out all the details involved and resources you need to plan your outdoor wedding reception.  

*We offer you flexibility.  We know that guest list numbers are always tentative during the initial stages of planning.  You can always call us to update your order with any changes in table or chair numbers, even up until a few days before your wedding.  If your guest list increase or decreases drastically, then we discuss if whether the initial size tent that was ordered is still the right size for you, or if a smaller or larger tent should be considered.

*We want you to call and email us numerous times...we understand that changes to the original estimate or order will come up, or you may have questions before or after you've confirmed an order with us.  We are always here to answer those questions in a timely manner or send you updated estimates or orders if you need to make changes.  We welcome these phone calls and emails because it allows us to keep in touch with you in the weeks and months leading up to your wedding, and ensures that we are both up to date on your wedding planning.

* We'll Meet with you and Take Your Measurements - Our experienced staff will help you decide what size tent you need for your event. We'll even come to your location to take measurements ahead of time and provide a free consultation with you to discuss your wedding ideas in more detail or present to you additional pictures of weddings we have provided our services for in the past.

* Clean, Well Maintained Equipment - We keep our tents, tables, chairs and accessories in top-notch condition and we assemble everything you need on time, every time.

* Competitive Pricing - All of our rentals are competitively priced.  We also work with other tent and wedding/party rental vendors in the area.  Having developed these relationships is ideal for when you need to utilize the services of multiple vendors.

* Large Service Area - We are based in South Eastern Pennsylvania, but proud to serve Northern and Western PA and surrounding counties.
