Book Erica! She is THE BEST wedding coordinator in the Huntsville area. She is thorough! She sends timelines, often and she is very, very detailed. She always responds to her texts and emails. She even responded to our questions when she was on her beach vacation! She is so helpful in every step of the process! Our wedding started on time, all events happened on time and the send-off happened as scheduled. If there were any issues or mishaps, we did not know about it because she just handles everything for you! You cannot get a better wedding coordinator!!!!

A Friend in the Awaiting to Make Your Day Special
Eric was a God sent when I chose her to be my Wedding Planner, she was very professional, insightful, providing great ideas and leading us away from bad decisions. We picked the One Month package prior to our Wedding, which was perfect for what we needed. We had several meetings up until our Wedding Day and she truly guide us on the right path to ensure our wedding went smoothly as possible. She warned us of issues that may come but in all it was a perfect day, with amazing family and friends with no issues, and with all the possible outcomes that could of come - God was there to make sure it was a perfect day with the help of my good friend, Erica. She is direct, compassionate in what she does, and will listen to you regarding your concerns/worries. She has become a friend for life through this experience and she will make sure your wedding day will be a success to the best of her abilities. Erica is the woman behind all the magic that was our wedding day! She listened to everything we wanted and made sure it happened. We did the "month of/coordinator" package, so we had to book the vendors ourselves and communicate with them until the month of the wedding when Erica took it from there. She was easy to talk to, very communicative, and asked lots of questions to make sure there was no detail that hadn't been covered. We seriously wouldn't have been able to do it without her. She gave us suggestions for vendors and everyone she suggested was top notch and professional. Erica was a God send and she make our day run so smoothly, on time, and without any hiccups that I was aware of (she probably didn't tell us so we did not stress haha). Do yourself a favor and have Erica be your right hand woman...you won't regret it!!!
We have worked with Erica a lot through the last few years and it is always a pleasure!! I know if our client has hired Erica the day we arrive for an event we have nothing to worry about and our event together is going to be flawless! Erica is always on top of things, VERY ORGANIZED (as to which a coordinator should be) and VERY PROFESSIONAL.
