Haute on the Hill has been the preferred caterer for the United States House of Representatives since its inception in December, 2002 and has recently been awarded the exclusive catering contract for the New Pentagon Conference Center.  As the sister Company of Ridgewells, the premier caterer serving the Washington Metropolitan area for over 75 years, Haute on the Hill Brings the same unsurpassed planning, high level of quality and creativity to every detail of full service catering.

Haute on the Hill caters to a variety of events, be it corporate boxed lunches, continental breakfasts, buffets, formal dinner receptions, social affairs, Bridal Showers, Wedding Receptions.  From designing and preparing gourmet menus that delight both the eye and palate, selecting fine linens, crystal or silverware, our staff readily insures the success of every event from a Union managed company both on and off the Hill.

Venue Hunting - When selecting a venue always look at their rules and regulations.  If your venue is open to the elements always have a back up plan incase of bad weather.

Food Selection - Put together a list of foods/cuisines that you and your fiance love to eat. Take this to your caterer to have a custom menu created for your special day.
