No, I try to only book 2 weddings a month to make sure I can give the Bride & Groom their photos in a reasonable time frame.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes I do.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
I bring 2 slr cameras, 2 flashes, 14 GB in cards, and lots of batteries
Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes I do
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Both, I have packages for 4, 6, 8, & 10 hour days.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
I am available for overtime. I never plan anything the actual day of the wedding.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Just the break for dinner.
Do you charge for travel?

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Two to Three weeks
In what format are the initial proofs offered?

How long can the client keep the proofs?
The proofbook is your to keep.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes I do, but I give you a release to get them printed at the stores.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
They are included in most of the packages I offer. Or you can add negatives to any package for only $300.
