Do you charge for trials?
We do charge for trial runs. A trial is $65.00 for Hair and $55 for makeup. We feel this is a really important experience for a Bride! This gives us an opportunity to go over you face shape skin tone and make sure we do the right style to complement your beautiful face and use the right colors to accentuate your eyes and skin tone! Reassuring the Bride she will be at her most beautiful state on her most important day!
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
We do travel on site! There is a travel fee of $25.00 for every 25 miles. There is not a travel fee for anything under 25 miles.
This gives the bride the opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy her unforgettable day!
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
We have done wedding parties as big as twelve! If we need to accommodate more it would not be a problem!
How far in advance should clients book your services?
It is really up to the bride! We usually get them in six months to a year. But if it is a last minute thing and we have an opening we are more than happy to accommodate your last minute needs!
What is your cancellation policy?
We would love to have at least a two months notice so we could use someone from the waiting list.
