Great Officiants

Now I know why they’ve got a 5-star rating! Alan was super easy to work with, responsive, kind, open and accommodating. We came from Colorado for a weekend to get married in Malibu and Great Officiants made it beautiful and memorable. Renzo, our officiant, was awesome. He brought the whole package and married us like it should be done! Thank you Great Officiants, especially with your patience!

Working with Alan and our officiant, Mitzi, was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend them. Mitzi was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly easy to connect with. She took the time to really get to know both me and my husband and was very receptive to the personal touches we wanted to include. She also helped us develop meaningful ideas that made the ceremony feel uniquely ours.

During the ceremony, Mitzi spoke so thoughtfully about our relationship—how we complement each other, what we admire in one another, and the moments when we each realized we had found the right person. It was very touching. She has a deep knowledge of Jewish traditions and was also completely open to incorporating some Catholic elements. Since our guests came from a variety of faith backgrounds, she took the time to explain the prayers and traditions during the ceremony so everyone could appreciate their meaning.

One especially meaningful part of the ceremony was including the Mi Sheberach prayer for oa sick relative. It made the moment feel incredibly personal, and Mitzi sang it beautifully. Many of our guests later told us how much they loved the ceremony and how moving it was. We are so grateful for the care and thoughtfulness that went into making our wedding ceremony so special.

I highly recommend Great Officiants. They offer customized wedding ceremonies and take the time to ask what you want for your special day. Alan Katz was my officiant, and he beautifully matched my culture in his wording throughout the ceremony. He is fun and truly great!

They handled our small wedding ceremony at the Cute, Little Wedding Chapel in Long Beach. We could not have been more pleased how it all went.

We had planned an outdoor ceremony but rain moved us inside. Great Officiants didn't miss a beat.

We had an "Elvis" ceremony and he was GREAT!! His entertaining style, singing and all-around fun attitude took so much of the pressure off of us. All of our dozen family attendees were highly entertained and "Elvis" made them part of the event.

Also, we had several distant family and friends watch via ZOOM and the compliments started rolling in.

My wife and I got married in October at Castle Green in Pasadena and Great Officiants was listed on the preferred vendors list on their website. Our officiant, Clifford Broadway was phenomenal! He did such a great job telling our love story and also keeping things light and fun. After the wedding our guests kept telling us how great he was! I would absolutely recommend them to officiate your wedding!

Alan “Al” was amazing from the start. The office guided us through the various options prior to the day with great communication. On the day, we were nervous but Al made us felt right at ease and comfortable with his nature easy-going personality. The wedding itself felt really special because of all the support we were given. Al is the best. The day was perfect thanks to him and his team.

Great officiants was recommend to us by our vendor, and we know why they are trusted. Alan has such an amazing personality and really wants to make each couple special. He has done tons of ceremonies, and no two are the same. Any questions or concerns are always answered immediately. We are so thankful to have met Alan and have him be part of our ceremony.

Roger Lundblade was our officiant for our wedding day. He did such an amazing job! I couldn't have imagined our day going any other way. From the moment we chose our location for the wedding to the minutes before getting married Roger walked us through every step of the way. We planned our wedding together and he made it feel so easy and stress free. He knew all the right words to say and everyone loved him!
