Dishwashers, servers, attendants, coordinators, Maître D’s. We’ve worked every position, and that changes everything about how we operate today.

It begins with Giorgio, who came to the United States from Italy at 16 and started his culinary career at the Waldorf Astoria. From there, he built a reputation for excellence in New York City, eventually owning and operating multiple respected establishments. His standards for quality, service, and detail became the foundation of everything Giorgio’s represents today.

That legacy eventually became the East End estate we call home. A place designed to bring elegance and warmth together, where every celebration is treated with care and intention. Though Giorgio is no longer with us, his presence is still felt in everything we do and the way we approach every wedding.

The team carries that same spirit forward. Many of us have spent decades in the industry, working every role along the way. That shared experience creates a rare kind of unity and understanding.

Family time is what grounds most of us. Many of us grew up in hospitality, so work and life have always been closely connected. Days off usually mean being with family, sharing meals, and slowing things down a bit.

What we enjoy most, though, still connects back to what happens here. Seeing people celebrate, hearing laughter from a packed dance floor, and watching families come together. It never really feels separate from who we are.
