Giorgios gave us a 10/10 experience, I don't think I can fully put into words how amazing our wedding was and working with the entire team. The entire process was made seamless from prompt communication with all of our questions. The venue is absolutely stunning and the bridal attendants Jean and Tara did a great job setting all of our decorations up. They made sure the bridal party was happy the entire time and was very attentive to helping everyone out. I also have to give a shoutout to Nick, Jessica, Jason and George for making our wedding day absolutely perfect and what we dreamed of. Thank you!!

It is almost impossible to put into words how fantastic Giorgio’s is. From the first meeting with Jess, we knew we were in good hands. Jess was so warm and welcoming and made sure to cover every detail with us to make sure we had an easy stress free day. Every interaction with Nick and George, the owners, just solidified how good of a choice we made with our venue choice. Nick knew a cousin of mine personally, and had a very kind conversation with me at their showcase, when he likely had much more important things to do. Every member of this team makes you feel like they’ve known you forever. Alexa was my bridal attendant for the day and she was so helpful and kind all night. She was funny, and made sure I had anything I could have needed. She kept us on time, and was able to give us the space we needed to enjoy our day. We had two Maire’D’s, George and George. This duo was SO GREAT. From taking us around the property for photos and making sure the after party went smoothly, we had a great time. Kevin got us all back to the hotel safely that night on the shuttle. And I would be remiss if I did not mention the food! Literally the best food at a wedding ever!

We celebrated our daughter’s wedding there on a rainy Friday. We had the early arrival package to get ready. The staff was amazing. Our bridal attendant, Brittney, made us feel like a very special family member was taking care of us for the day. She even attended the ceremony which was at Saint Isidore’s in Riverhead. We found the most beautiful church thanks to the suggestion of the owner, George Regini. Guests from both sides told us how beautiful the ceremony was and we have Giorgio’s to thank for that as well. MaitreD, bartenders, wait staff all beyond amazing; we went with such high expectations and they crushed them all. So far exceeded our expectations! Everyone was saying how great the staff was for days. The food was amazing! I had the best espresso martini ever. Giorgio’s is beautiful, the rain I mentioned didn’t matter. They had an area under the awning decorated beautifully for fall it was a wonderful background for pictures. Their staircase made for the most emotional first look for her dad that I had to walk away because I started to cry. It was such a beautiful moment. Our DJ, Barattini Productions, recommended by Giorgio’s, was so much fun! I will say hands down it is the best venue I ever attended!

Words can’t even begin to describe how AMAZING this venue is! I have no regrets in choosing Giorgio’s as our venue. They went above and beyond for us and exceeded all of my expectations! Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception. Every minute of it was pure perfection. We can’t thank George, Nick, Tino, Georgie and Brianna enough for helping ensure we had the most beautiful wedding that I could have ever imaginedu day would be!

Our wedding day was phenomenal, magical! We can’t even out into words how AMAZING the day was. The staff is unreal and make you feel like family! Ashley the wedding coordinator, George, Nick, Tino, Georgie and I can’t forget Bri my bridal attendant (the best one ever) were so easy to work with and made our day perfect! Bri the bridal attendant was absolutely amazing and stayed by our sides helping throughout the day! We LOVED her! It truly felt like a break up leaving her haha! Giorgios will always hold a close place in our hearts! Our guests said it was the best wedding they have ever been to which speaks volumes about the way it is run and the staff that works there!

I can’t express enough how PHENOMENAL this venue and all who work there truly are. Every single detail went above and beyond our highest of expectations. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with multiple locations for photo ops. The cocktail hour is unmatched and food throughout the night the highest caliber. Our guests were gushing each step of the way and our Viennese table dessert room truly felt like we were in Disney World!

Throughout the planning process Nick and Ashley would answer texts and emails immediately and were incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating. We felt so taken care of from start to finish of planning through the actual wedding day. Day of, everything ran smoothly and on time with every potential hiccup being taken care of immediately and behind the scenes so we had nothing to worry about. Having been in multiple wedding parties where this is not the case, I was incredibly grateful and as relaxed as possible on my wedding day.

Our wedding went so smoothly and it was definitely due to the staff that they have here! Brianna is a dream to work with making sure your day goes the best that it possibly could. She did not leave my side and made sure I had everything I needed every step of the way. The venue even tried to move up our time for our outdoor ceremony so we could have it before the rain but the rain did not care and still came anyway. They quickly moved everything inside. All the guests were waited on hand and foot the entire day making it a memorable day for all. You cannot go wrong with them as your venue!

Giorgio's is the absolute BEST venue there is! Seriously, from the day we booked to our wedding day, they made our planning process so smooth and amazing! Our day was more than perfect thanks to the amazing staff they have. They truly know what they're doing and provide the best experience! Ashley was helping us with every question we had (which was many) but was so responsive and always put our minds at ease whenever I was starting to panic about something silly. The day of the wedding, our bridal attendant, Bri, was just incredible. She was with me the entire day and did pretty much everything for me. She decorated our cake beautifully for us, gave us anything we asked for and some things without us even asking, helped prep my dress, get me in it and even fixed it when my bustle broke (she even fixed one of my bridesmaids dresses!) She went above and beyond and I don't know what I would've done without her!! Tino and Nick were amazing, they made sure everything was going as planned an d that us and our guests were happy and having a great time. The bartenders and wait staff also were just the absolute best and our guests loved them all!! And if you don't know Giorgio's, you need to head over there and try out their food because it is the best around, there's no competition when it comes to the food! The chef’s are top notch and there’s nothing bad you can get there, it’s all SO delicious! And of course the venue itself is stunning!! The views from the venue are incredible and you will get the most amazing photos there! We are so so happy we made the choice to have our wedding at Giorgio’s and we HIGHLY recommend them!!

I am so happy I chose Giorgio’s as our wedding venue. They are true professionals starting at the top down. The Owners, Joe the Maitre D, Brii the Bridal Attendant are truly too notch. They made our day so extra special and would recommend them to everyone! The service, the food and the atmosphere are absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t of prayed for a better, more special day. I can honestly write a novel about Giorgio's and how amazing EVERY person who works there is. I cry WAY too often because of how UNBELIEVABLE everything was. My wedding was bigger and better than I could have ever imagined thanks to this amazing place. From Ashley being there every step of the way for me, answering my many questions, to Nick and George welcoming my guests and family, making sure mine and my husbands moms were having a good time and treating us like family, to the wait staff and bartenders - picture perfect, THE FOOD!! THEY ARE NOT LYING WHEN YOU HEAR GIORGIO'S HAS THE BEST FOOD- and last but certainly not least MY BRIANNA. My goodness, from the moment I met Brianna at my tasting, I knew that I was in amazing hands. The morning of my wedding she took control and care of everything, to the point were I had absolutely nothing to worry about with my ceremony and reception. She is the absolute QUEEN of bridal attendants, running through fields to get my lipstick, driving my husband and I to the most beautiful spots on the north shore to get our beach pictures, getting me in and out of my dress, making sure that I went home with everything I came with, she blew me away. Many key memories of my wedding, Brianna partakes in. I will truthfully never forget sitting with Brianna before my husband and were going to our first look. I felt like I was sitting with my best friend, her keeping me calm and talking to me like we've known each other forever. She is such an amazing person and hard worker, I couldn't imagine doing it without her. Brianna taught me and reminded me throughout the day to live in the moment and enjoy it. I will be grateful for her for the rest of my life because I can truthfully say we lived in that moment! People say it will fly by- but honestly, at Giorgio's "time has no meaning when you're in love"

Giorgio's exceeded our expectations!! From start to finish our planning and wedding day was perfect, not a bump in the road. They treat you like family and make sure you have the most amazing day. Ashley was great to run through all of the details with and she is readily available to answer your questions and put you at ease. Getting ready in their bridal suite is the best way to start your wedding day with your girls. Having Breanna by your side on your wedding day is the best gift of all. She is absolutely amazing and helpful. I could not have gotten through the day without her. And Joe the maitre'd is phenomenal. He really watched after my husband and me the entire day catering to our every need and making sure we were having a great time. He made sure everything was in its spot and the day ran smoothly. Breanna and Joe are wonderful, what they do is priceless and we could not have gotten through the day without them. Overall, Giorgio's just does right by their brides and grooms and know how to offer the best wedding from the bridal suite, to the food, to the run of show. We can't thank them enough for a memorable day!!

When you think of getting married you think of the person you love so much. All of the small things your counter part has dreamed of; big or small. All the fine details, the venue the flowers the music, the dresses and the suits or tuxedos. Coming with all those details comes all of the unthought stress that follows it. From the day you start planning to the day/night you are be-wedded. With some of these burdens or pleasures stress can not be avoided and you will , it is okay; it is all apart of the experience.

With that being said my wife and I have ran that road; and was so impressed with the satisfaction and joy that was given to us by gorgios. When people see movies or tv shows and you watch these weddings you figure in your head how could these pre-conceived expectations be met. Well to answer your question it has been. From the moment we walked in the door and sat down with Nick to the organization and planning part with Ashley, and then of course to the big day with Joe and Brianna.

Amanda: what you do takes a great deal of your day at work and from what we have seen also your personal life. You have sacrificed hours on video conference for my wife and I so the planning portion was to the T exactly on paper as it was in our heads. From food options to the seating chart and everything in between was nothing short of professionalism and a honor for us. Thank you for taking the massive weight off our shoulders and deploying your skills to advance our ideal wedding to the most perfect wedding anyone could ask for.

Joe: From the moment we walked in the door Joe was there to greet us. Not just us but anyone rather i should say had you walked through that door Joe was there ready to put a smile on your face, client or not. One of the most genuine people i have ever met; and a absolutely incredible personality to shave off any anxiety you may have leading into your big day. Going into my wife and I’s big night Joe with great ambition and audacity took care of myself and my groomsmen like we were family he hasn’t seen in years. The amount of love and passion he has towards what he does for a living and who he is working with is by far one of the most incredible features that i had the privilege of witnessing. His hand was there if you needed to get up while making sure at the same time your most important guests had the same experience. To have carry such demeanor while working so hard in what some call a stressful environment Joe thrives in. If you have the privilege or chance to meet this guy, do so. And if you already have i am sure you could say the same.

Brianna, you carried the weight of every Grooms night on your shoulders; Handling Our brides. I am sure every bride you have worked with feels the same however those who haven’t should know. Your determination to make sure the Diamond,(Bride) is shining. Making sure she had a smile on her face her dress was perfect, her hair wasn’t falling apart seems like a task any casual can do but is far more complicated then you could even possibly imagine. Your will and determination to be the best of your ability seem’d to be effortless. The introduction to the sit down at the cocktail hour was spot on and allowed us to really understand your desire to ensure our night was nothing short of a fairy tale. Putting the bridal party on your back handling 6 crazy women and maintaining your desirable positive attitude is inspiring, and you should be extremely proud of yourself.

Together between both Joe and Brianna was the key to our success and am confident in saying if for mine then genuinely yours as well. Post ceremony we were taken to the back to sit down presented with a incredible display of food followed by a walk down of what was on the plate. The team work end to end i couldn’t even exaggerate that is how well we were taken care of.

The Venue, when you hear gorgios we all know the stature the venue brings to the table. High end events, the service the food. While sitting down for dinner you could have sworn you were watching a episode of hells kitchen. 147 plates put down hot ready to go placed in-front of every guest almost synchronized. The amount of coordination that takes screams pride and their are not many venues that can match that energy.

My husband and I were one of the first couples to have a postponed wedding in March 2020. We finally had the reception of our dreams in January 2022 at Giorgio's Caterers. It was worth the wait! Giorgio's exceeded our expectations and it was a night we will never forget. It was seamless, flawless, and the staff is amazing from start to finish! Joe is the best Maitre D to make your night the best it can be! Bri is the best bridal attendant to make sure you have everything you need!

My husband and I got married here on 11/20/2021. Let me just start off by saying how amazing everyone was! Brianna, my go to girl. You will not find a bridal attendant anywhere like her. She is on top of everything and anything you need through literally the entire night, even if it’s her birthday. She is absolutely an incredible human being and I wish I could use her for all my events. You can tell she loves what she does. She was just such a blessing! Joe, oh Joe what can I say. Between him and Brianna there is no way you aren’t eating the night of your wedding. Just like Brianna he is there to make sure you are happy the entire time. He is just such an awesome human being and you can’t beat that. Knows how to keep everything together and is just such a happy guy! He’s been in the wedding industry for many years. Nick is an incredible owner. He will do anything and everything no matter what needs to be done. He puts on the apron and starts helping with serving food, cutting the cake everything! The bartenders and especially a shoutout to John. Holy smokes what great drinks they make. You will definitely be partying!! And last but not least, Ashley who was there through the planning process from start to finish. Always easy to communicate with her. She is always just a text away and never fails to respond. Thank you to everyone at Giorgios for making our night so special!! If I could do it all over again, I would always choose Giorgios!

Don’t even know where to begin… We booked our wedding with Giorgio’s in 2018 for 2020, throughout the entire process the entire team was no more than a phone call away to answer the most insignificant question. We made it to 24 days out before NY closed down, we were devastated, everything was done and we had already waited two years for our day! They were so supportive in rescheduling and doing their best to accommodate day of the week/year/season. We went from April of 2020 to December 2020, well surprise surprise a week after changing to December my husband and I found out we were expecting and my due date was the DAY AFTER our new wedding date. Well I called Ashley in tears because this obviously couldn’t work, she was calm the entire time and told me she had me and we would figure something out and I just trusted her. So they thankfully changed the date again to February of 2021, well come that time weddings were still restricted to 50 people and we wanted our day live we envisioned so we moved the date AGAIN, to Sept 2021. Between February and September I must have text Ashley 3-5 times a week, that woman is a saint and I didn’t deserve her, no one does for that matter. FINALLY OUR DAY CAME. Joe was our Maitre’d and there are no words to describe his dedication and diligence in making our day more than we ever could have imagined, there was nothing we could have wanted for that day that wasn’t thought of for us and brought to us. We unfortunately had rain on our day and our ceremony wasn’t able to be outside but they literally let me make that call two hours before and put it in my hands, gave me the choice to have a quick standing, to roll the dice or call it and come inside. I went to Joe and told him I wanted the ceremony in the terrace room so the ballroom had that “wow” moment when our guests came into the reception because obviously the ballroom is a total 'WOW" moment. The terrace room was full of tables and chairs all set up and he cleared them all out without hesitation. All night Joe was there checking on us, I can not imagine how the night would have gone without him. Briana was my bridal attendant and she was My GIRL, so sweet and on top of it! Cocktail hour was incredible, you think by looking at the menu you understand truly how much food there will be but it’s truly unreal, many of our guests thought that was dinner! Dinner was equally delicious and plentiful! Obviously Giorgio's is gorgeous inside and out! There was never a doubt in my mind that we chose correctly for our big day and now that it’s happened I can’t imagine having it elsewhere. Thank you to the incredible team at Giorgio's that made it so incredible!

I got married here last Friday and it was the best day ever! I would give Giorgios 100 stars if I could. I had high expectations based upon the amazing things I heard from other people, and they still exceeded those expectations. They were so amazing, and went above and beyond! From day 1 of planning they have been so accommodating , especially when I had to reschedule due to Covid. Besides the place being absolutely beautiful, the staff is beyond incredible, and made my guests and I feel so special. Joe is such an incredible Maitre D. His exuberant, vivacious, and energetic personality was felt by everyone through out the reception room. He made sure the day went as smooth as can be, and my guests can not stop talking about how much they loved him! My bridal attendant Brianna was beyond phenomenal. I had 0 stress that day because of her. She was so knowledgeable on everything, so sweet to everyone, and was there every time I needed her. She cleaned my dress before I walked down the aisle, and fixed my dress every time to bustle became undone on the dance floor. You can tell she loves her job, and boy does it show! I can’t thank her enough for making my wedding day the best day ever! Book Giorgios they won’t disappoint!

My husband and I had our wedding here last weekend and words cannot express enough how amazing Giorgio’s was and has been to us. I honestly never knew I could feel this way about a catering hall. Besides the breathtaking views (the grounds, the beach, the windmill) the staff (from waiters-shoutout to Jason- and bartenders, to bridal attendant-shoutout to Ariana to matre D-MAJOR shoutout to Joe he is unbelievable -to Ashley in the office who is also unbelievable to owners-George and Nick who we met with personally on multiple occasions) to food, everything is absolutely phenomenal at Giorgio’s. The entire day was just perfect and our two big Italian (and critical) families were raving about everything from service to food to elegance. They absolutely won over our guests and we are all from western Nassau. Our guests never had to go to the bar to get a drink as every glass was refilled by every waiter or waitress all day long. The service and energy of the staff is truly immeasurable. You can feel how passionate each and every staff member is about their jobs and you can see how well-trained they are. After working in catering for five years, the difference really is in their details. They are unbeatable.
On another big note, due to the pandemic, we had three dates booked with Giorgio’s by the time we had our big day. I heard horror stories from friends and families about other catering halls, but Giorgio’s was absolutely amazing to us through the whole process. Their kindness, compassion, understanding, and willingness to work and meet with us through the confusion and wild process of changing dates made me love them even more than I thought I could. They were completely transparent, and not only responsive, but reassured us every step of the way. And they did this all while they were receiving mixed messages from the government about the latest guidelines and regulations. I will go back to Giorgio’s every chance I get. You NEED to book your wedding here no matter how far you live.

5/5, honestly 10/5. Giorgio’s never ceases to amaze us. Planning a wedding during COVID was a nightmare to say the least however the team at Giorgio’s worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and comfortable with our decision to move forward with our big day. Even before COVID when we were simply looking at venues we went to Giorgio’s and we were blown away by the venue as well as the staff. Each of the staff members were genuinely happy to be working there. Each one saying hello to us and making us feel welcome (unlike other venues we saw and the staff didn’t even acknowledge us) We made it to the parking lot after our appointment and marched right back in five minutes later and secured our date. The day of our wedding ran so smoothly, between the flow of the day and the bridal attendants being there the second I looked like I might need something. Every detail was carefully thought out. Our bridal attendants made sure we actually ate, we had drinks, and they even helped me change my shoes when my feet were sore! Everything was beyond beautiful and the food of course was to die for. The staff made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the night. We also did an after party and utilized their shuttles for transportation. Each of our guests has said they have never been to a more beautiful wedding! We cannot thank Giorgio’s enough for making sure our day was beautiful especially after the chaotic few months that lead up to it. They made us feel like we were family! We truly cannot thank Nick, George, and the rest of the Giorgio’s family for the most amazing day of our lives, honestly tearing up writing this! I highly recommend Giorgio’s to every couple that is looking to have a memorable, breathtaking special day where the staff truly cater to you and your loved ones. Planning a wedding during a pandemic brought unforeseen obstacles. Week after week, new challenges arose and just a few short weeks before our big day we were left without a venue. That is until we came across an Instagram post advertising Giorgio's new Micro wedding package. It is hard to put into words how grateful my husband and I are for finding Giorgio's that day. Giorgio's & the entire team were a godsent to us. 6 weeks later we had the wedding of our dreams, complete with 5 star service (Joe is the real MVP!), unforgettable food (top quality + quantity!), breathtaking views and memories to cherish for a lifetime. As my husband and I start our life together, we can only hope to celebrate many more of life's milestones at Giorgio's! They truly are the best of the best!

We originally booked Giorgio’s before the pandemic started. When restrictions changed they were willing to accommodate us how we wanted to go forward. Instead of postponing we decided to go forward with the new guidelines. Ashley was especially helpful on updating us on any changes they that would have to be made. She was there whenever we had any questions and made sure we had all of the final details in place before our big day. They made us feel safe to still be able to celebrate our wedding with them. I would like to start off by saying I have walked in over 20 weddings and been to at lease 60 weddings so far including being a child. I have been to weddings all over from Oheka, fox holow,crest hollow,jericho terrace, pier 60 in NYC, Larkfeild manor, flower fields,swan club, etc.... high budget to city hall. We went to Giorgios for a wedding in 2011 and than another in 2014 and both time we had the best time at that venue. When I got engaged in 2019 we both chose Giogios because they had everything you could ever want!! We called to make an appointment and we booked what date they had left because they were filled!! The owners Nick and George are beyond amazing they are family for life!! Nick and George made sure our day was what we wanted and more!! Ashley is one amazing women! she always answered my calls ,emails, text so fast and was there all the way to the end!! Brianna my bridal attendant was fantastic!!! being a bridal attendant is not easy. you meet the bride the day of her wedding with an army of people. Bridal attendant making sure she pleases all of them is no easy task!! Brianna was up and down, fixing , fluffing, cleaning and reminding me when it was time to do things and made sure I had everything i need right next to me!! from venue to beach and than ceremony, reception she was great!!! I also have to thank the CHEF!!!!!!our wedding would be nothing without him!! and the team back there making all the delicious food every guest raved about and now mad at me because they ate too much!!hahahah we also had a seafood hour. JI wan to thank John our mixologist/bartender he was so sweet and knew how to make the best drinks for us all!! the staff was on point the whole night and Nick made sure everything ran smooth!! I can not thank them all enough!! George and Nick went above and beyond for us and we will be forever grateful!! I hope any bride who reads this visit your venue and book with you!! After months of heartache, due to covid and another horrible venue, my sister and her now husband were finally able to have there wedding at Giorgio’s! It was the perfect intimate “micro” wedding! Every single part of the day was amazing! The staff there was amazing! From the owner to the bridal attendant and the waiters! The bartender was the best!!! I felt safe seeing them constantly walking around cleaning all frequently touched surfaces! Hand sanitizer was readily available! It was an all around beautiful day! We were so discouraged from how our family was treated in the past but Giorgios was fantastic! If you are looking for a wedding venue or any venue to host a party I would HIGHLY recommend Giorgios! The most gorgeous venue on Long Island!!!

Yesterday was my wedding at Giorgios Baiting Hollow. We had our wedding postponed 4 times since our original date in April due to COVID. Our venue canceled our last date for 7/31 and we were about to give up with having a wedding all together because we refused to reschedule for the 5th time. I reached out to Giorgios and they told us to come in and see the venue. I immediately fell in love not only with the venue but words can not express how amazing Ashley, George, and Nick are. All three welcomed us in as if we were family. They made our dream wedding happen - even though it seemed impossible. Due to gathering requirements of max 50 people, we were torn about cutting guests off that we really wanted to celebrate with. They came up with this idea to do 2 weddings in one day. We had a day time wedding of just family with 50 people - and then a wedding later in the night with just friends. It was truly the best day of our lives. The food was absolutely incredible. The owners George and Nick were there throughout our whole wedding and helped us every step of the way to make sure we were having the time of our lives. Where else can you go that the owners there all night? We cant even describe the gratitude we have for them for making this happen for us. Im writing this to give hope to all the brides going through this right now. We felt absolutely hopeless about getting married. And then we found Giorgios and they changed our whole attitude. Instead of our previous venue giving us bare minimum information and impersonal emails .. Nick and George's attitude was "Lets make this happen!! whatever we have to do, let's do it!!" They were just as excited as we were. They literally texted and called me and my husband personally multiple times a day. Everything was beyond perfect. Nick, George, and Ashley - Peter and I love you guys so much and will never forget what you did for us. This will be the best story to tell for the rest of our lives. Back in 2012 my sister and her fiancé were in a search for a wedding venue. I went with them to visited Giorgios where we sat down with George Jr. From that point on I knew I wanted this place to be my venue when I got married. Fast forward to 2017 my fiancé and I were looking for a venue. Although I truly knew I wanted to book Giorgios I had to make sure there wasn't any other venue that could compete. We toured over 60 wedding venues and saved Giorgios for the last stop. When we went to Giorgios we knew this is where we wanted our wedding. Nick and everyone at there was beyond welcoming every time we visited. Ashley answered every email quickly and was beyond helpful. Four months before our wedding I developed a anaphylactic allergy to gluten. If any of my food touched anything with gluten in it my face will swell and my throat will start to close. I was very concern I would have a reaction the day of my wedding or I wouldn't be able to eat. On our menu appointment Ashley assured me I will have food. The day of our wedding on December 14th everyone at Giorgios was extremely professional and welcoming to our family and guest. Vicky, Nick, George, and Joe made our day a dream come true. Our friends and families loved everything about our wedding and can't stop talking about how good the food was and how amazing the service is. We were treated like family from the second we booked and can't say enough good things about them. We recommend all our friends and family members to have their wedding there. As Ashley promised the day of the wedding I had no reaction and had plenty of food. It was truly the best decision we made.

Giorgio’s is absolutely phenomenal. My husband and I knew from the second we walked in there doors that we wanted to get married there. Giorgio’s proved us right! Could not picture having my wedding anywhere else. I am still receiving compliments almost a year later from our guests. I grew up in the area but am no longer local. Giorgio's was the perfect choice, I wanted somewhere that was low maintenance on extras that I needed to do and this venue is so gorgeous on it's own I did not have to do a thing. I am still in awe of how perfectly and smoothly everything went, I honestly never hear of a wedding without at least one hiccup but everything went perfect. The staff at Giorgios was the most exceptional part, they were amazing, I don't know what I would have done without the day of help they provided, Joe and Gabbi were so professional and made our day just that much more fun. I also think their pricing is great for everything they provide, if you want a venue that is less stress on you and almost guaranteed for a flawless day than I 100% recommend Giorgios.

When I visited Giorgio’s in baiting Hollow I knew right away I would book with them because Nick was amazing, he never rushed me into booking with them, he gave an amazing tour, and it felt like he was family. Two weeks later & our guests are still raving about the amazing time they had at Giorgio’s! Giorgio’s made wedding planning easy & fun! Ashley worked with us every step of the way & Joe our matre d was PHENOMENAL!!! Joe was there leading our first look, pictures, easing bride nerves by giving updates about all the decor & ran such a beautiful wedding!! The food was delicious & as bride & groom there was never a moment we didn’t have food of our choice or drinks in our hands. Our ceremony was moved indoors due to the awful heat (best decision ever!!) and it was such a beautiful ceremony. The decor looked gorgeous and everything was perfect! Giorgio’s brought all of our wedding dreams to life & we are so thankful we partied hard there all night!

My husband and I got engaged in Fall of 2017 and I spent many months reading the reviews of Giorgio's. Some sounded way too good to be true and I wondered if they were actually real.... After having our wedding at Giorgio's last week, I can tell you, they were!
Every single detail of our wedding was pure perfection. Their incredible staff handled everything so amazingly well. Our guests are still raving about the grounds, the food, and of course, the staff. Each person treats the guests as though they are the most important person at the party. My mother-in-law's neighbor was a guest at our wedding, and he has an allergy to seeds. Unfortunately, all the rolls had seeds so he wasn't able to eat any during dinner. The waiter heard about this and told Joe (the most amazing maitre d of alllll time!) and they sent someone to the grocery store for seedless rolls. I know that seems so silly, but the guests felt so welcomed by the staff, it was just so nice to know we were all being taken care of.
If you're thinking of booking with Giorgio's but you're on the fence, I urge you to meet Ashley and Joe. Two of the kindest, friendliest people you will ever meet. Ashley instantly eased my mind and made me feel like we would have the most epic wedding (which we did). When my husband and I first met Joe, he was setting up for another wedding. He stopped everything and introduced himself and we immediately felt like we were in good hands. He made our wedding into a masterpiece. He made sure we ate, and most importantly, enjoyed ourselves. We will never forget Joe for all he did for us. If we could do our wedding over again, we would forever choose Giorgio's.

Although I did not book them for my wedding they were #2 on my list! I loved the experience the staff gave me on our tour. I got to try SO much food and drinks and see the entire venue. It was a great experience and I recommend checking this venue out especially if you want an outdoor wedding!

The North Fork of Long Island is a special place to my husband and I. We got engaged there, and when we heard such amazing things about Giorgio's, we knew we had to see it! We were blown away by how gorgeous the outdoor space was, and after seeing a few more venues we knew that nothing was going to beat it. Over the next year and a half it was so easy to communicate with the staff for our various questions. Emails were always answered within a few hours. Everyone was always a pleasure to work with during the planning process.
June 8, 2019 was our big day and Giorgio's exceeded every single expectation. So many of our guests say it was the best wedding they had ever attended, the best food, the most extensive cocktail hour, the best service, the most beautiful ceremony space and ballroom. We had heard that the staff goes above and beyond, but you don't really understand what that means until you see the things that Nick and Joe do for your guests--Things that you don't even know that they did until your guests rave about afterwards. During cocktail hour, my family member who uses crutches to walk thanked my husband and I for reserving a table for her. In reality, I wish I had thought of doing that. It was the staff who saw her at the ceremony and knew that she would need a seat. My family couldn't believe how attentive and observant they were. Joe and Nick knew all of our parents' and grandparents' names. They always checked in with them to see if they needed anything. Nick kept things running smoothly and effectively from the time we arrived at 4:30pm, through our ceremony at 6:30pm, all the way until our after party ended at 2:30am! He is incredible and his efforts did not go unnoticed by any of our 185 guests. When we were booking our wedding, the most important thing to us was the food and the space. We picked Giorgio's because we knew they checked those boxes. What we realized, however, is that the most important part of our wedding was how the staff treated us, our bridal party, our families, and our guests. It's what we're all going to remember forever, and it's what I'm going to talk about when people ask me about Giorgio's. They truly are the best of the best. We're so thrilled that we had our wedding here.

There’s really no better way to put it than to say that George, Nick and the entire Giorgio’s staff are absolutely second to none. My wife and I went and toured a number of venues, and foolishly didn’t look to Giorgio’s at first because we were afraid to make our guests travel out east.

From the moment we walked in for our tour we were both completely sold. George showed us around and was so laid back and conversational. He wasn’t trying to sell us (he lets the beautiful location, grounds, and ballroom do that). Instead, he showed us around, answered all our questions and just further made us feel even more confident that this was the perfect place for our wedding. When he showed us around, the wait and kitchen staff were on hand preparing for an event. Each and every person we passed greeted us with a warm hello and a smile, and this remained consistent each time we visited the venue during our two year engagement, right up through the day of our wedding.

In the lead up to our wedding, any time either of us had a question we didn’t hesitate to reach out to George or his partner Nick directly. In fact, Nick even gave my wife and I a direct contact number and was emphatic that we not feel funny about reaching out at any time about any concern or question we may have. When the day of the wedding arrived, our bridal attendant Gillian and maitre’d Josh were never far away. They were in the background ready to take care of our every need, and kept us completely on track to make sure we enjoyed cocktail hour with our guests, while still making sure we seized the perfect moments for photos, and yes, even get to sit down to eat and enjoy the amazing food. As if that wasn’t enough, George and Nick were both on hand to greet us and our wedding parties. In fact Nick donned a chef’s hat and manned one of the cocktail hour stations, and George himself drove us and our photographer in the Giorgio’s shuttle down to the beach so we could capture some photos we’ll treasure forever.

I could go on forever because I haven’t even truly scratched the surface of what makes Giorgio’s so amazing. But everything I said above can’t be overstated. It comes down to the people and the service. You will not find better people and service in the wedding business on Long Island than George, Nick, Gillian, Josh, Ashley the office manager, every single bartender, server, and everyone else under the employment of the Giorgio’s.

And finally, last but not least, the food. Remember when I started this review talking about how we were concerned about making our guests drive out east? First, the drive really isn’t bad at all. Second, the area and grounds are so incredibly worth it. And third, there is no drive too long when at the end of it you’re going to be eating food like this. We’ve been married nearly a year now and people are STILL talking about the incredible spread Giorgio’s put out for us last July. Every single item at cocktail hour, every single entree, every dessert at the Viennese table was of the highest quality and best tasting food you could have anywhere! Not great “wedding” food. Great FOOD period.

When you get married, you want it to be memorable, you don’t want regrets, and you want the people who love and support you to have the best time possible. We saw a lot of places as we sought out the perfect place for us. We’ve been bless to go to a lot of amazing weddings at some amazing places. The family-style service, incredible atmosphere and food at Giorgio’s absolutely cannot be beat.

My husband and I can't express enough how AMAZING Giorgio's Caterers are. Our wedding was spectacular! The day couldn't have been more perfect and having Giorgio's Caterers as our venue, was our best decision. Aside from terrific service, we loved that Giorgio's hosts one wedding at a time, it helped make our day feel more intimate and romantic.

From start to finish, I can truly say the service was OUTSTANDING!! Giorgio’s truly blew away every venue we looked at and I will say, we looked at many. When I first contacted Giorgio's, I spoke to Nick... he's without a doubt phenomenal. His response time to phone calls and emails is the quickest of all the venues I have seen. When he took us around for a tour, we were so impressed with everything they had to offer. The outside grounds are elegant and beautiful and above all, the view is breathtaking. This was the first venue I was able to envision myself walking down the aisle to my husband. We loved how the venue overlooked an attractive golf course, had a stunning vineyard patch and stylish fountain, they were absolutely perfect spots for our photos. My husband was in awe, he said he felt like he found his wedding dress!! The ballroom is very spacious and can complement any type of wedding theme. The chandeliers and the up-lighting gave the room a romantic and indulgent feel. We got married on site and the whole ceremony area was perfectly set up for our guests.

There are not enough words to describe how absolutely amazing Ashley is!! She is the WONDER WOMAN of Giorgio's!! She is organized, efficient, competent and above all, so sweet. She's on top of everything and was fantastic at getting back to me every time I had a question, no matter how small or big. She has a remarkable set of patience and her cheerful personality and smile are infectious. Ashley truly made my planning so much easier.

The day of our wedding, we had Nick and Josh as our maître d's. Our guests were amazed at how proficient and organized the staff worked as a team, they were in sync with each other and everything ran smoothly. Nick and Josh are two truly talented and exceptional people. Thanks to them, we stayed on time and there were no hitches that day. Anything and everything we needed, they did!! They were like two ROCKSTARS flawlessly running the show and definitely made sure everything went perfectly. Josh is truly the man, he got our whole bridal party out and set up on time for the ceremony and orchestrated a perfectly timed processional to a tee!

Even though we missed most of the cocktail hour, my husband and I were escorted to our own private cocktail hour. Josh made sure we sat down and had something to eat! Everything happened so fast, so it was wonderful to finally take a moment to reflect on our day and relax as husband and wife before our reception started. We were so grateful and overjoyed that Giorgio’s makes sure every bride and groom sit's down to eat and has a moment to themselves.

Let me tell you about the food!!! O.M.G..... The food at Giorgio is amazing. The guests raved about the cocktail hour and said it was absolutely off the hook. I have been to a few of the bridal showcases and can say with confidence, the food is delicious. I have food allergies, and they were on top of that and made sure they triple checked with me what I was able to have and made it stress-free. I never order salmon, and I loved it, it was cooked to perfection and I had seconds. They give more than the usual amount of choices of entrees, which was remarkable for those who were picky. All our guests kept coming up to us during our reception and telling us how fantastic the service was and how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I still hear at family functions how amazing our wedding was and how our wedding is compared to others as being the best!

I had Gabby as my Bridal attendant. She was excellent!! She was on top of everything that day for me. Every time I turned around she knew what I was thinking and anticipated my every need. I was able to relax and enjoy my special day. She even carried my lipstick and eye drops without my even asking and had my flip flops ready to go when I needed them. She was so perfect and I can't thank her enough for making me feel like a princess. Every bride would be lucky to have her as their bridal attendant on their special day

The staff is truly talented at what they do, the hard work and dedication each staff member puts into making each wedding a fairytale is like none other. Words can't describe how appreciative we are to have had such a wonderful team helping us and to have gotten married at such an incredible and beautiful venue.

Let’s start from the beginning. My husband and I looked at so many different wedding venues on Long Island. Giorgios was by far the best. It is centered right off of rolling hills of golf fields with beautiful scenery. When we first arrived to Giorgios we were taken back by the beauty of this venue. The piano, the staircase, the over all place was AMAZING. We were greeted with a glass of champagne and welcomed to look around the enormous cocktail room and wedding hall. Then we met Nick and the rest of the employees and that was it. Nick and his staff were so kind and blew away the other venues’ customer service. He’s funny, great personality and best yet— a “get things done” mentality. Everything you want in a maitre d'. We trusted him from day one that he would make our wedding one to remember. When we were leaving, Nick gave both our mothers a bottle of wine and thanked them for being a part of choosing a venue with my husband and me....and that was it-Giorgio’s took the cake. Everyone there was amazing. Ashley and Susie helped us so much along the way making sure to always answer our questions no matter how many we threw at them and Nick stayed in the picture till the very end (even though he became part owner halfway through my engagement). We appreciated that so much. We really did. And then our wedding. Oh my beautiful wedding!! We had booked their newly renovated bridal suit to get ready in. Victoria was our bridal attendant. She was there from 8 am until we left at 11pm. Victoria was amazing, on top of our needs before we even asked. She made the day so easy for me and I cannot thank her enough. Then there was Joe, our maitre d'. Joe, just as Nick and Victoria, is AMAZING. He went above and beyond for us for everything. If you are looking for a venue that has impeccable service, you need to book here. I promise you it is worth the money. During our engagement we were given a lot of advice and things to watch out for. Everyone told us we would never be able to eat because we would be too busy. That was not the case at Giorgios. When we got to cocktail hour, my husband and I were escorted to a private room for our own cocktail hour. They served us cold and hot appetizers, water and drinks! Giorgios made sure to give us that time to relax with each other and soak in the moment. We were so greatful for that. Everyone kept coming up to us during our wedding telling us how amazing their service was- how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I attribute a lot of that to the service at Giorgios. I cannot express how thankful I am for choosing this venue. Thank you Giorgios for helping to give me an unforgettable day to remember and the dream wedding I have always dreamed about since I was a little girl. If you’re still looking, do not second guess. We had our wedding at Giorgio’s last weekend and could not be happier with everything from start to finish. Nick and Ashley were great with helping us with the numerous questions we had leading up to the day. They were also very flexible with everything which was helpful due to us planning this from out of state.
The venue is immaculate, the staff was friendly and efficient. Everyone got their dinner in a timely manner and everybody was raving about all of the food.

My now husband and I got married at Giorgio's this past Saturday. When I say it was perfect I mean it. When we were looking for a venue we probably saw about 25 in a month, Giorgio’s (for whatever reason) was the last venue we went to see. When we went outside I literally cried, the view was beautiful and felt like you were upstate, not on Long Island. Throughout the year of planning they were nothing but accommodating and amazing to us. When I had a nervous breakdown about my vegan option and my shuttles Ashley, George and Chef Mike acted like it was no problem at all and came up with solutions that were amazing. The day of the wedding was absolutely amazing. Our Maitre D Josh was a superstar, he kept us on track and made the whole day run like a well oiled machine. He reached out to our vendors when they were running late (due to a breakdown), kept us in the loop of everything that was going on, and made sure that he was never too far from us, so if we needed anything, he could get it for us. Our bridal attendant Gillian was FANTASTIC, she made us feel like celebrities. There was never a moment my husband and I were without a drink or something to eat. During photos she would pop in between us with a glass of water to make sure we stayed hydrated and checked in with us to make sure our signature drinks were made to our standards. She made sure we were as happy as could be and we couldn’t have asked for a better attendant. The entire staff at Giorgio’s made us feel like family and we are almost sad that the wedding has ended and they’re not working with us any longer. When we first picked our venue and told people where it would be we heard nothing but absolute positivity and also “Oh, the food is amazing!” Now that we have had our wedding, I can say without a doubt that what you hear is completely true. Also, the vegan dish that Chef Mike came up for our wedding was such an incredible hit. I asked for butternut squash ravioli, and gave him complete creative libert

We were married on February 17th & Giorgio's was amazing!! From the day we went to tour the venue to the day of our wedding, all of the staff was nothing but wonderful! George, Nicholas & Ashley were helpful with all of the small & large details, even if we had questions about other vendors. Brian was with us from the moment we arrived, offering drinks, food & privacy any time we needed. There was a small issue with our cake & Brian offered right away to fix it for us. We couldn't have been happier with the results! My bridal attendant, Susie was fabulous!! She was kind, caring & willing to do anything to make our day special! She took care of anything & everything we needed...she even cleaned my shoes to perfection after I sunk in the grass while taking pictures! We have received nothing but compliments about the food, drinks & service from our wedding. We cannot recommend Giorgio's enough, they truly make one of your most special days even better than you imagined!

As soon as we walked through Giorgio’s we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Everything was absolutely breathtaking-both inside and out. The main room really elegant, I loved all the windows looking out to the remarkable views. The grounds are spectacular-overlooking the golf course and having the vineyards right there. Sometimes it didn’t feel like we were on Long Island! I couldn’t imagine finding a more beautiful place to get married. Another really big plus was we would be the only wedding going on. My husband enjoyed the fact that he got his own groomsman suite. Nick and Ashley were really helpful during the planning of it all. Suzie was our bridal attendant. She did an absolutely phenomenal job. Brian, our matrie’d ,went above and beyond making us feel so special the entire time. All of our guests raved about the staff’s professionalism and outstanding service. Now let’s talk about how good the food was and how much there was of it! The cocktail hour is unbelievable, some of our guests thought it was dinner! They have plenty of options on the dinner menu. Then to top it if off the wait staff walks around offering everyone seconds! We decided to make use of the really cool after party room they have. That was one of my husband’s favorite things about Giorgio’s. Our families are still talking about what an amazing wedding it was, saying it was one of the best weddings they have been to.

The minute I walked into Giorgio's I knew this was going to be my venue. I got married there this past October and couldn't have picked a better place. It was absolutely gorgeous, there was more food than I have ever seen in my life and my guests are still talking about how incredible the food & service were! The place is breathtaking and everyone there was genuinely nice & helpful. Ashley was my go to person and got back to me very quickly and answered all my questions. My matrie d's were Brandon & Alaina and my family fell in love with them! They not only helped myself and my husband but our families too. Brandon was hilarious, professional and thanks to him, my husband didn't get a hangover the next day! Alaina was absolutely wonderful and I wanted to take her home with me! Jill was my bridal attendant and she was incredible. Words can't describe how thankful & grateful I am to have had them helping me and to have gotten married at such a great venue. Your search is over- this place is amazing. I not only had my Friday night wedding here, but I was also a wedding guest for a Saturday morning wedding. Biggest word of advice- you want to have a venue that looks good night or day, rain or shine. This is that place. It poured on my wedding day, but it put no hamper on the experience. You are the only wedding and they are incredibly attentive to all of your needs. BRIAN is absolutely amazing as well as the entire staff. It is beyond gorgeous. Throughout the planning process George, Gabby and Brittany were beyond helpful in securing every detail for our big day. When the day arrived, Nick and Brian were attentive, helpful and thoughtful. The night was seamless because of them. Elaina, our bridal attendant was on point with everything we needed throughout the day. She was so great and I am eternally grateful that I had her by my side throughout the day and night.

Giorgio's knocked it out of the park for my wedding! The venue is absolutely breathtaking! The inside, as well as the outside, is just stunning and gorgeous. People said they felt like they were in Europe! The second I walked into the venue I couldn't contain my excitement because I knew it was the venue for me! My fiancé had to tell me to relax and play it cool lolol. Throughout our entire engagement, the staff at Giorgio's was super acommodating, responsive, and professional. The day of the wedding exceeded my wildest dreams. The service was impeccable. Each table had their own server and kept people's drinks coming all night! The cocktail hour WAS INSANE! my fiancé and I chose to not do any extra stations and guess what, we didn't NEED to at all. My family and friends said the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD and that they've never seen anything like it. The dinners were a homerun also and the servers actually walked around again and asked people if they wanted seconds!!!!! So people that ordered the steak got to then eat the salmon after! This venue can't be matched. Whenever I told people where our wedding was , their eyes lit up and they said "wow, that place is so amazing!" Nick, Lexi, Brian, and Gabby, you guys rock and are amazing! A special thanks to you all! You all treated us like KINGS and QUEENS and I am so grateful for your hospitality and service! So many people that night and since my wedding said that that was the BEST wedding they've ever been to!!! I am so sad that it is over and I would love to relive my wedding again and again! My husband and I got married at giorgios June 9th 2017. I can not say enough about how amazing our experience with giorgios was. It didn't hurt that we had the most beautiful weather and were able to get married outside overlooking the beautiful grounds. They were beyond accommodating and very flexible. I was able to arrive nice and early to make sure I got all the pictures I wanted to get. My guests are still raving about the food and the attentive staff. I am so happy that I made the choice to have our wedding at giorgios. They did not disappoint!

Giorgio’s was amazing through the entire wedding planning process. They were always there to answer any questions I had no matter how easy or little. They never made me feel like I was a bother. Because of all my food allergies, they were able to redo the menu for me. They didn’t simply take things off that I couldn’t be around, they replaced the items with other food. This really made me feel like I was still getting the same amount of food as everyone else who books there, even if it was a little different. Nick as our maitre'd and to put it simply, he was the BEST! When I got sick during the reception, he made sure everything was perfect for the guests and most of them didn’t even realize I wasn’t there for about an hour of the reception. Brian was also a big help getting everything to run smoothly especially when I got sick. He was ready with a chair for me to sit and water to drink. My guests couldn’t stop raving about him! Jessie was my bridal attendant and to say she went above and beyond was an understatement. She was so on top of her game that night I was never without a drink or shoes or anything. I was so overwhelmed the whole day with people and being sick, the whole team at Giorgio’s really made all the difference. The rest of the staff were SUPER friendly also, they would always stand and chat if I looked like I needed a breather from the guests coming up to me and they always had a smile for us. Aside from the staff, the venue itself is truly beautiful and the food is AMAZING! All of our guests came up to us saying they had never had such amazing food at a wedding! I recommend everyone get married at Giorgio’s and if you’re not getting married then I recommend having your next event there!

My Husband and I can't thank Giorgio's enough for the amazing experience they provided for our wedding and throughout the planning process. Giorgio's was the fourth location we visited prior to selecting a venue. As soon as we walked into Giorgio's we knew it was the right choice for us. From the very beginning we were treated like a priority. The staff was always knowledgable, friendly, professional, responsive and genuinely cared about hosting our day. They were very accommodating to any requests made and a pleasure to work with. The venue itself was reasonably priced, clean and beautiful. As Giorgio's only hosts one event at a time, we spent the entire day at the location. We utilized the bridal and groom's suite for getting ready during which sandwiches and salads were provided, we used the grounds for pictures, held our ceremony against the windows, had an hour and half cocktail hour followed by a 5 hour reception including a full Viennese table. The bridal attendant, Jen, and the maitred's, Brian and Nick, were extremely attentive and made sure all was organized. The ceremony and reception was set up exactly as instructed and everything was beautiful. They coordinated with the DJ, photographer and officiant to make sure all went smoothly. They always were checking in to ensure we didn't need anything and truly provided an exceptional experience (down to surprising us with hot chocolate after taking photos outside)! Throughout the night they made sure we were able to try all the food (which was outstanding) and always had a full glass. Our guests were also treated like family. Second helping were offered and the wait staff was attentive without being overly pushy to clear plates/fold napkins. We cannot express how greatful we are that we went with Giorgio's for our wedding or express how truly thankful we are to them for making our day truly special and exceptional.

We had an incredible night at Giorgios celebrating our daughter's Sweet 16. The food was incredible and the staff was beyond professional. Nick and Brian ran the show and took care of every single detail with a smile. We had so much fun at our own party because there was NOTHING to worry about. We set the bar very high for all to follow by celebrating at Giorgios. Highly recommend this reception hall for anything special you will be celebrating. The atmosphere, the decor , the food and the staff not only met our expectations but exceeded them. The service we received was WLL worth every single penny. We felt like we were family and even made some new friends. AMAZING !!!!

Bride to bride, if you are thinking about getting married at Giorgio's, stop thinking about it and book them!! I don't even know where to begin, they were absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. My wedding was unreal, I got married in June and I am still getting compliments on it. We got married on site, and they were so accommodating in every way. From them alloweing my makeup and hair girls come REALLY early to get ready, to moving around my ceremony outside to accommodate a outside cocktail hour, to even allowing my boys to get ready in the downstairs "after party room." Shout out to Nicole, Brian, Nick and George ... you all are amazing and I can't thank you enough! Nicole literally sat with me the monday before my wedding for 4 hours to go over everything and I was so grateful!! Brian, I mean you are superman! He was everywhere all night long. My parents and in laws were complimenting him as well, saying how they were always being asked "is there anything I can do for you." He was also a genius with setting up my tables (which they accommodated to long gallery tables for my bridal party of 16 and one for my mothers side of the family of 16 people). Nick - answered every possible question a bride could have and met every demand I asked for. And the food, oh my! The food is outrageously good and the Viennese hour, wow!! I am so grateful we choose to get married here!

What can I say about Giorgio's? I don't think one little review can truly capture the essence of what Giorgio's is. I never wanted a traditional style venue. I never wanted a wedding hall...but the moment I wanted into Giorgio's, I literally caught my breath. It was anything but a "traditional style venue." The staff worked with me about everything from planning to budgeting to simple little random questions I had throughout the year. Everything was absolutely and completely amazing the day of. Giorgio's not only set up beautiful rooms for the bridal suite and the groomsmen's room, but their amazing staff was on point with their creative juices flowing from the moment we walked in the door. I went up to get ready with my hair and makeup and dress....and Jen took on all of my dozen of DIY projects from centerpieces to signs to guest book to memorial table... everything. She set up everything up beautifully. I was stressed thinking that I would have to tell her what everything was, but I gave her a short breakdown and she went to town. She even made a suggestion about my centerpieces and it was a beautiful idea! She helped me with my dress more than once throughout the night and between her and the Maitre'D, Brian, they constantly asked my husband and I "do you need anything?" Even at the end of the night, when I was walking out and crying my thank yous at the most wonderfully amazing reception I could have asked for, he still went and got me some water. I would recommend Giorgio's to any couple looking for an elegant and beautiful venue to dance the night away. Thank you Giorgio's, thank you George, thank you Brian, thank you Jen and, of course, thank you Giorgio. You made my special day absolutely unforgettable.

My husband and I got married at Giorgio's August 2016. When searching for a venue, the staff at Giorgio's made us feel so comfortable and made us feel that they genuinely cared about us and our wedding. In our initial meeting to see the premises, they spent over 2 hours with us, getting to know us and discussing all of the options for our wedding. They didn't make us feel rushed and did not pressure us to commit. Throughout the planning process, they were extremely flexible in meeting our needs. For example, I really wanted gold linens for the tables. Giorgio's went out of their way to order the gold linens in time for my wedding and at no additional charge. They allowed me to come in multiple times so that I could see where I wanted to set up my décor, preview how my centerpieces would look, etc. They responsible to all my emails and calls in a timely manner, and with all the information I needed. At the actual wedding, the service was exceptional. There was a waiter assigned for each and every table, and they would go so far as to the bar to get drinks for guests so that the guests didn't have to get up. For example, my mother in-law asked one of the waiters for a glass of champagne and he brought over an entire bottle for the table. The wait staff also made sure that during pictures my bridal party was fed. The bridal attendant did an outstanding job - we always had a full drink waiting at our table. The food was amazing - my guests were absolutely thrilled that Giorgio's come around with second servings so that guests have the opportunity to try multiple entrees. Most of my friends and family said it was the best wedding they've been to, and I couldn't agree more. I am so grateful to the staff at Giorgio's and am thrilled that I chose them for my wedding. All of my expectations were met and I truly feel that they are best in class. Thank you to Nick, Gabi, Brian, Kelly and the rest of the staff at Giorgio's!

Giorgio's was a dream come true for our Sunday, July 31, 2016 wedding! I don't even know where to begin- George, Brittany, Nick, Bryan, Gabrielle, and Gabriella were point people for us leading up to the wedding and the day of the wedding- the team is wonderful, responsive, attentive, organized, and caring in every way. We appreciated all that they did for us to make our smaller summer wedding a success and event to remember. Where do I begin? Giorgios cannot even compare with any other venue in NY! My son got married on 6/18/16 at Giorgios. The level of professionalism, the perception to detail, the food, the beverages, the catering staff.....a perfect 10!!!!!! Brian, the Maitre D was on top of his game all night, no drink unturned, no guest unhappy! The entire day was a dream come true for my son and his wife (Bryan & Dana). My guests have been calling me daily since the wedding saying it was the best wedding they have ever been too! The cocktail hour was extraordinary......food and drink everywhere. The setting was spectacular .....up on top of a gorgeous golf course with a spectacular view. The landscaping was exquisite. I could go on and on, but I think I have given a review that will have people knocking down your doors! Thank you Giorgios for a day the Johnson Family will never forget!

George Jr, Brian, Brendan and Gabby as well as Nicole and the desk staff truly make you feel like a member of the "Giorgio's family". There wasn't a second I turned around on my wedding day that I couldn't find Brian and/or Gabby there with whatever I needed before I even knew what I needed! They truly are amazing! My guests are still raving about the food and how beautiful the venue is. I had decided an hour before the ceremony to have my ceremony inside due to rainy weather, and they made the space absolutely beautiful. The reception space, just breathtaking! I could not have a more perfect of Wedding day. The staff at Giorgio's at Fox Hill took all the stress of planning a wedding away. From the moment we came there to view it as a potential location we fell in love with Giorgio's. Set up on a beautiful hill overlooking a golf course with sweeping views of wineries and the prettiest sunsets it was the perfect backdrop for our outdoor ceremony. my hosts Melissa and Brian took care of not only myself and my husbands every need but somehow they also managed to take care of every guest as well. My guests are still raving about our wedding...we had the wedding of the year, of the decade of all time...according to our friends and family. Melissa and her staff set everything up for me so beautiful my only regret is that I didn't have more time to see it all over again. They also packed us up so the next day had all my wedding items and even food, flowers and cake from the reception. Working with Nick and George to plan and budget our affair was so smooth and they took care of every request. I can't wait to go to a wedding at Giorgio's so I can experience this again. I would recommend Giorgio's to anyone looking to have the most beautiful perfect day of their lives. That's what we had and we are so lucky and blessed to have found Giorgios.

We just were married at Giorgio's this passed Sunday, November 1st. Every minute of our wedding was amazing. We weren't able to see our cocktail hour because we were taking pictures but everyone told us how amazing it was. We had multiple people also tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Just as an example of how accommodating they are here, they went out and got pumpkin ale beer for one of our signature drinks and even added the sugar rim :) We had the best wedding day and I am so happy that we chose Giorgio's as our venue!

We had our reception at Giorgio's this past September, and it has been described by many of our family and friends as the event of a lifetime!! Giorgio's is simply the best! You feel 100% at home from the minute you walk through the doors for your initial appointment through the entire wedding process. The food is phenomenal, like out of this world good! Guests are still RAVING about the venue and the food months later. The venue is truly gorgeous and the gardens and vineyard are just lovely (they made out pictures completely stunning). But it is the staff that makes your event. Brian and Nick are nothing short of amazing, they cared for every detail, they never stopped making sure that our day went exactly as it should. They truly cared for our guests, in anything that they needed, and for that I cannot begin to thank them enough. Melissa, the bridal attendant, is PHENOMENAL!!! The best advice I can give you is to listen to her, whatever she says, no matter what. On our wedding day we made it though the ceremony and most of the pictures without a drop of rain, our last stop was the beach right next to Giorgio's. We were ready to go until Melissa gave me a look and said "If you want to go, i will take you there myself I will make sure you get the best pictures of your life, but you WILL be full of sand and it WILL rain, so just be prepared for that" . I took her advice and no less than 10 minutes later, there was a downpour. She saved my night. Rather than being soaked head to toe and full of sand I was partying away at my cocktail hour, which BTW is an 1.5 hours of godliness at Giorgio's. She read my mind the entire night. She made sure I looked perfect, that I ate all the amazing food, that I got to dance when I wanted, and ensured that my husband and I had so much fun at our wedding!! People often say that their wedding day is a blur, I can honestly say that I remember ever ounce of happiness, and it was Melissa, Brian, and Nick ensured that! Thank you Giorgio's

Where can I start about this beautiful venue!! When we visited Giorgio's last year we were blown away by the venue, both inside and outside. The attention to every single detail is incredible. Everyone we met from the owner to every worker was incredibly nice and polite - this went very far with us! George Jr. took great care of us and allowed to get exactly what we were looking for in our price range. Everyone who attended the wedding said it was one of the best venues/weddings they've ever been to. There were countless compliments on the quality and quantity of the food - everyone left feeling more than satisfied! Finally, I cannot say enough amazing things about Melissa the bridal attendant! She made my wife and I so comfortable and whether it was my tuxedo button that fell off, or bringing me a chilled town to wipe my face every five minutes, she did everything to make our wedding night the most special night of our lives!! I would recommend Giorgio's to everyone getting married - you do not have to worry about anything and can just have the time of your life!

I can not say how much I loved Giorgios for our wedding reception! We were treated like Kings and Queens the night of the wedding and way back when we showed an interest in booking with them. Melissa, our bridal attendant, is so fabulous! She was so sweet in helping us and our bridal party with everything we needed! I still can't get over how she came with our drinks on the dance floor so we didn't have to stop dancing! Brooke, was fabulous with all the scheduling and pre planning! Our family is still complimenting is on how awesome it was!! We love the whole Giorgios family and sincerely hope that we are lucky enough to attend another wedding there so we can enjoy it again. There are no words to describe how amazing Giorgio's was for our wedding. Everything about the venue was absolutely perfect, the food, my signature drink, etc..but my favorite part was how the staff treated me like a queen from the second we got there till the second we left. There was not 1 single negative part about Giorgio's-complete perfection!!!

My Husband Nick and I had our wedding reception at Giorgio's on May 1 and we couldn't have imagined a more perfect day! Everytime we see anyone who was at our wedding they tell us that it was the best wedding they have been to and how amazingly beautiful Giorgio's was! The staff is absolutely amazing and they go above and beyond. We had a few guests that have a gluten free diet, and without us even asking we were told the chef personally prepared something for them to accommodate their diets. They also took special care of my grandmother and Nick's aunt who both use walkers and needed throughout the night. Now if you have read ANY reviews you have to know that as a bride, the BEST thing about Giorgio's is the fantastic bridal attendant Melissa! She is beyond exceptional! From the second we arrived at Giorgio's she was there to welcome us to our wedding with her amazing energy and smile. The entire night she was just a step away and anytime I needed anything, she was there before I even needed to ask. She also added the sweetest little touches throughout the night to help us remember our perfect night! Our maitre D' Nick was equally as great as Melissa! As I was starting to tell Nick how great Melissa was, as she was with me the entire night, he said Nick was doing the same for him, always just a step away! He was also there the entire night making sure everything flowed smoothly from our first dance to the cake cutting to the last dance. These two make an exceptional team. I cannot leave out Brian, who my parents said greeted them the minute they walked in and took care of them in the best way until the end of the night. I cannot have imagined having my wedding anywhere else, from the moment we visited Giorgio's for the first time I knew it was where I would have my dream wedding. I cannot thank the Giorgio's family enough for making my dream come true! I can't wait to go back from brunch!

If we could give Giorgio's 100+ stars we would! After looking at tons of venues from east to west we were having trouble finding that one venue that made us say us WOW we can really see ourselves get married here. We met with George Senior with over a year to go to our wedding and knew we found our perfect wedding venue. Nick showed us around and he couldn't have been more helpful. We called the very next day to secure a date. Our wedding was June 13th and it was the most picture perfect day. Melissa, Brooke, Brittany, George, Brian and Nick were all INCREDIBLE they made sure every need was met and that my husband and I were able to enjoy our day. We could really describe the day as being our perfect fairy tale wedding. Our guests can't stop talking about how amazing the food was from the cocktail hour to dinner. We wish we could get married at Giorgio's every weekend!!

Cannot even begin to say how amazing Giorgio's was for my wedding! My husband and I were married over a month ago, and we STILL have guests raving about how amazing Giorgio's was! From the minute we stepped into the venue for a tour, we have been swept off our feet with impeccable service, gorgeous surroundings, and food that's to die for. For everything leading up to the wedding, Brooke has been absolutely amazing with answering my millions of questions, clarifying any information, sending reminders for when things are due, etc. and she did it all while being sweet as anything. For the wedding itself, I cannot thank the maitre d's Nick and Brian for not only making all of our guests feel as if they were all VIP, but for making both the ceremony and reception run as smoothly as possible. And as for Melissa, the bridal attendant, I don't even know where to begin. She is so calm, reassuring, and proactive, she literally made the day flawless for my husband and me. Literally down to spoon feeding me lemon sorbet on the dance floor because I was starting to get warm- that kind of attention. I had a large bridal party and she handled everything with ease. All in all, having our wedding at Giorgio's was worth every single penny and would do it there again in a heartbeat. All of the staff were extremely professional and amazing in every way- thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!

They are the most accommodating catering hall and all the staff are wonderful and helpful. The food was amazing, people still talk to me about it. The bridal attendant is amazing she helped me fix my hair,dress, even sewed on buttons that fell of some of the groomsmen's tuxes.

Giorgio's is amazing! We were married a few weeks ago at the venue and celebrated our reception there. Melissa and Brian are the best! They made sure that we as the bride and groom were attended to all night but also our guests. Melissa also made sure to add little details like toasting our forks at dinner and remember the song that was playing as we took our first bite. We have continued this tradition which was a nice touch. Our room was decorated with fine attention to detail and we never missed a beat all night. Nick was amazing as well and even served crepes at our Viennese. I highly recommend this venue and promise they will not disappoint. Thank you for treating us like immediate family. You guys ROCK!

I cannot say enough good things about Giorgios! I got married on New Years Eve and they made my wedding night an unforgettable one for sure! We met with Nick back in October of 2013 right after we got engaged and booked shortly after that. He followed through with us through out the entire course of planning. The night of Brian and Melissa could not have been more attentive and helpful. I have been in many wedding and have never seen a bridal attendant and maitre de as amazing as they were. Melissa not only decorated the entire lobby and place with all the things I wanted but was by my side from the minute we walked into Giorgio's helping me and serving me! Brian was equally as amazing, always making sure our drinks were full and we were having the time of our lives! We cannot say enough good things about Giorgios and cannot thank them enough for making our wedding night picture perfect!

If you want a dream-come-true wedding that all your guests keep ranting and raving about, you should have your wedding at Giorgios. Every aspect of our wedding was beyond perfect and they accommodated every need and want of our guests, treated our family like stars, and made sure the groom and I made time to enjoy our own wedding. My guests keep calling me to comment on the food and atmosphere provided to them that day. Melissa and Brian, the Attendant and Maitre 'D, supported us through every transition during the wedding. Melissa coached me through the whole day so that where many other brides complain their weddings were blurs, I remember so many details and moments and had time to enjoy it. During the Holiday season, the whole establishment is breath taking. There is no other wedding venue that is comparable, and by having your wedding here, you are welcomed into an ever growing family and will always be connected through additional dinner events and brunches. You will leave really feeling loved.

I give Giorgios the best possible rating. Everything from start to finish was fabulous. The place was beautiful, the food was delicious and the entire staff, especially Nick and Melissa were AMAZING! The wedding was perfect in every way possible. I hope to get invited to a wedding just to go back again as a guest. The wedding was a month ago and my guest are still calling to say it was the BEST wedding they ever went to.

Giorgio's was absolutely amazing from the very beginning! They were always there to email me back and accommodate my request, being so flexible and easygoing. When I was stressed out because of other vendors, George was always able to reassure me that they would not fall through. On the day of the wedding they made sure everything went smoothly. Nick and Brian were absolutely amazing in helping to hide me from the guests when we were running late from pictures before the ceremony and they helped usher everyone perfectly into the ceremony.
Melissa was amazing, taking care of my entire bridal party and making sure everything went perfect. She made sure my husband and I ate during cocktail hour and didn't get stuck too long talking to everyone - she kept us right on schedule! When some kid ran off with my husband's mask (wedding was a masquerade), she ran right into the reception and found it in the sea of masked guests and got it back for us right before the reception entrance. It sounds silly but my favorite is the fact that she kept coming up to my husband and I on the dance floor with water to make sure we stayed hydrated throughout all the dancing. I appreciated every little thing she did for us, no matter how small - it all made a difference! I never found a cake topper I liked and forgot about it till I saw the cake and Melissa amazingly whipped up a beautiful topper for my cake using extra flowers from the florists and pieces around the centerpieces from the tables. It came together really beautiful and I couldn't be more happy with how she handled everything to make sure my day was PERFECT.
And to top it all off, my guests have been raving even a month after the wedding still about EVERYTHING. Both dinner & Viennese hour was over the top! Giorgio's really goes all out and seriously, you get your money's worth. I wish I could write more but there's a limit on here as to how much you can write. If you don't choose Giorgio's, you're out of your mind.

Giorgio's was a truly amazing venue! It was absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was so unbelievably helpful! The bridal attendant Melissa is the best! She was there for every little thing my groom and I needed. Our glasses were never once empty! She made sure that we truly took in every aspect of the day and appreciated all that we had. All of our guests have continued to rave about our wedding and it was weeks ago! Everyone said it was the best wedding that they have ever been to! This was an absolutely perfect place to have our wedding and they were so flexible. They made sure we had everything we wanted! Thank you Giorgios! You guys are the best!

Amazing amazing amazing! Beautiful staff from the inside and out! We were the Queen and King at our Wedding! Food was outstanding, scenery was beautiful, everything about it was above and beyond. We are truly excited and so happy that everything was handled the way it was. MELISSA our bridal attendant was like having a staff of 50. She did everything to meet your wants and needs. She an amazing person, beautiful in and out! We cant wait to go back next November for our friends wedding!

If I could give Giorgio's a million stars I would. I had my wedding there last week and it was PHENOMENAL. Nick, Brian and Melissa were absolutely fantastic - the service was above and beyond. I knew my wedding day would be nice but it really was far better than anything I could have imagined. The food was amazing and Melissa and Brian did a great job making sure we ate. Melissa kept making sure my husband and I had drinks in our hand and plenty of water. She was also really great with keeping us filled in on the progress of the wedding and offered us helpful advice to help us from becoming overwhelmed. I really can't say enough good things about my experience! Family members called my parents and in laws the next day to tell them how amazing the wedding was and how beautiful the place was. My friends are still telling me how it was the best wedding ever and how Giorgio's had the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I really can't thank the staff at Giorgio's enough for making my wedding day so beautiful and so special.

Beyond accommodating is an understatement, not only myself and my Husband never went without but our bridal party, family and all guest never went without anything they needed. They were very attentive to detail and everyone's needs. Melissa is unreal and the best bridal attendant any of my bridal party who has been in other wedding have seen. The food is amazing there was no complaints with the wait staff, as well as Brian and Nick could not have been better. I think i repeated myself a few times but again Beyond happy couldnt have ask for anything better.

I attending a co-worker's wedding at Giorgio's this past weekend 9/27/14. The food was amazing, the property and the garden was spectacular, and all of the servers were so pleasant and friendly. My friend who accompanied me has a lot of food allergies. When I mentioned this to Brian who was the manager there that night, he assured me that would be no problem, and so they made a special salad and a unique entrée for her, which she loved! Later in the evening, I saw Nick (Maître Di) with an apron on. Nick came over to my friend to ask how her meal was...... How awesome is that? If & when I ever do get married, Giorgio's definitely will have my business!

Our wedding was simply amazing! People are still raving about the great service and outstanding food. Melissa the bridal attendant was absolutely amazing! She was always there when you needed her and she knew what you needed before you even needed it. Would love to relive this day over again!

I just had my wedding at Giorgio's 9/5/14. It was by far, THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE! There are so many things I want to thank Giorgio's staff for and I have to start by just giving a huge THANK YOU to the bridal attendant, Melissa. She is seriously one of THE MOST AMAZING people I have ever met. She is a complete PROFESSIONAL at what she does and she took care of us beyond our wildest dreams. From the moment we got to the reception hall to the moment we left, she made us feel like a King and a Queen. She made me feel so special as soon as she greeted me outside of the limo we arrived in. Then she just continued to make me feel calm, cool and collected throughout the whole entire reception. She made sure we tried all of the food that was offered, by bringing us to a back table at the cocktail hour, which allowed us to quickly eat the most delicious food we ever had tasted, without interruptions. Whatever we didn't eat, she made sure to box up for us to take home. She was so attentive to my needs and seemed to be able to read my mind. If i was hot, she brought me a wet cloth, if I was thirsty, she brought me a drink, hungry, food, etc. She literally was a life savior and it was so apparant that she LOVED her job and was SO GOOD AT IT. She really blew my mind. Next I want to thank the other maitre'd, whose name I cannot recall, but he also made sure everything was going as planned and was there, looking over every aspect of the reception to make sure it was exactly how we wanted it. AMAZING... AMAZING AMAZING!!!
Now, onto the food--- WHICH PEOPLE ARE CALLING ME UP AND RAVING ABOUT all weekend long. IT was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO delicious. EVERYTHING was so dellicious. My guests were shocked by the quality and classiness of this place. They said it was by far the best wedding venue they have ever been to, and I cannot agree more. All of the staff members here are so pleasant and just love what they do, and it really shows. THank you so much!!!!!!!!!
