No words can describe how amazing Frank is. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. He is worth every single penny and he was by far the best money we spent on our wedding. We will never forget everything he did for us and we will always be fans of him and his work. We cannot recommend him enough. Other planners might be cheaper but I promise you, you aren't getting the knowledge you'll be getting when you go with Frank. That knowledge and that experience are exactly what you are going to want to be relaxed and have trust in someone on your wedding day. Frank will be the best money you ever spent.
From the first conversation I had with Frank over the phone, I knew I wanted him to be our planner. About a month after getting engaged, we set out to find a planner and Frank was one of the first to reply to our email. We had originally just planned on having a planner for the day of the ceremony so that we could enjoy it but Frank's amazing knowledge and the comfort in his voice were the two things that set him apart. It was clear he knew what he was doing and then some. More than anything, I immediately trusted him and his advice. We hired him on the spot to be our planner from that day forward and it was the best decision we made in all of our planning.
My husband and I both live out of town but chose to have our wedding in Chicago as I am originally from the suburbs and have always wanted my wedding in downtown Chicago. Frank made working from a distance extremely easy. Even more so, he always made time for me when I was in town, even when he had another wedding that weekend. Two of the weekends that I was in town for planning, Frank met with me and my family to pick out invitations and flowers, to meet with the stylist doing my hair and makeup and for our tasting. He always made time and room for us no matter how crazy his schedule was.
The only regret I have in all of my wedding planning was that I did not hire Frank right away. We did a lot of the "big" things on our own - venue, photographer, DJ, etc. Then we hired Frank and I wish we had done it the other way around. I know Frank would have had some great insight into all of those decisions and maybe we would have avoided the difficulty we had with our photographer. In the month leading up to our wedding, a lot of things went wrong - we had to replace our photographer, my dress was delayed, our priest had to bow out due to personal reasons and a lot of other things that added up to a lot in "crunch" time. Frank was always there to listen and to fix everything. I always was worried until I called Frank and then all my worries went away. He truly knew exactly what to do and how to remedy every situation.
The day of the wedding, Frank had everything under control. My husband and I and our parents literally never worried about a thing. He told us where to be and when and everything went right on schedule. I have heard a lot of people talk about how they didn't have time to eat at their own wedding or other things because they were so busy and running around everywhere. My husband and I were able to sit down, relax and enjoy every single moment of our perfect night which was all thanks to Frank. We will forever remember and cherish our wedding day because of Frank and his team
