I am father to the 4 best boys ever, and I am happily married to a much better woman than I deserve.

After a successful career in computers, I began a passionate study of photography in 2004. Since then I have learned from some of the best and most successful photographers in the world. My work has appeared on the covers of magazines, I regularly conduct workshops teaching other photographers the art of lighting for portraiture and weddings, and I am incredibly fortunate to be able to provide for my family by making great photography of the great moments in peoples' lives.

STYLE

My style is a cross between discreet Wedding Photo Journalism (WPJ), and dramatic, magazine-style, professionally lighted formal portraits, and one-of-a-kind fashion portraits that have been described as "Stunning!" "Amazing" and "Gorgeous!."

On the day of your wedding, with the exception of the hour or so we spend creating family formals, I will actively, discreetly seek out the real moments naturally unfolding throughout your event. Using discreetly placed, small strobes, I will gently light even the darkest venue to make sure that you look your absolute amazingly best.

FORMALS

The formal portraits I do have been described as "amazing" and "stunning" because they pop. Using portable studio-quality lighting in the field we create dramatic, magazine-style portraits that set you apart, and capture you in all of your fabulousness.
