Fireseed Catering truly went above and beyond for our wedding day. The communication was impeccable right from the start—Dave and Dawn were always prompt, clear, and incredibly organized, which put our minds at ease throughout the entire process.

Their dedication and passion for what they do were evident in every detail. The beautiful grounds of Fireseed provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception, creating a magical atmosphere that our guests are still raving about. The food was INCREDIBLE, and we have had multiple people sharing how great it was. Dave and Dawn’s love for their craft shone through, adding a personal touch that made our day unforgettable. Dave and Dawn are absolutely incredible to work with! Due to Covid, we changed our date … too many times. They were extremely helpful, flexible and understanding. I am so thankful we got to have our big day at Fireseed! Every detail was perfect and stress free. Our guests are still raving about the amazing food and cake! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but our day went so smoothly and nobody had to stress about any detail or timeline. I would absolutely recommend Fireseed to anybody! Staff was exceptional, food was incredible, scenery was stunning. Thank you endlessly, Dave and Dawn!

Fireseed Catering is an absolute dream venue and staff to work with! Our wedding was everything we wanted and more- the grounds are gorgeous (we heard it described as a 'fairytale' over and over), Dave is so responsive and helpful during planning, Anna and Dawn run the day-of perfectly, and the food was the best I've had at any wedding! It's amazing that you get the venue for the whole weekend too- it makes it so easy to decorate on Friday, have everything you need at the venue on Saturday (hair and makeup, photography, etc), and then clean up only your own items on Sunday. I can't recommend Fireseed enough!

Dave and Dawn and the whole Fireseed team helped us bring our dream wedding to life. I can't imagine having worked with a more responsive, accommodating, and reassuring team when we had to delay our wedding by a year due to COVID. From coordinating rentals, vendors, and the day of run of show, Fireseed does an amazing job to make planning a wedding with them seamless and fun. On our actual wedding day, they handled all of the details so all we had to do was enjoy our day.

There are so many things that make Fireseed special, but here are a few things that really stand out:

1. The venue itself is STUNNING. The grounds are covered in flower and vegetable gardens. If you want to show off PNW beauty, this is your place. Our guests had so much fun exploring. The barn where we held the reception is also gorgeous, and we really like that it had a separate lounge and bar area where our guests could sit and chat away from the dancing. I really cannot emphasize enough just how beautiful Fireseed is.
2. You will not find better food than at Fireseed. Dave and Dawn are professionally trained chefs, and everything from the passed hor d'oeuvres to pies were to die for. Most of the produce is grown locally on site, so everything is super fresh. Do not miss out on the ice cream sandwiches!
3. The staff provided outstanding service. Our day of coordinator Anna was so on top of every detail and made us feel so special. They took all of the stress out of the day so that we could just enjoy ourselves and take it all in.
4. Dave and Dawn! They are so easy and fun to work with. All of our vendors also love working with them and were very excited to be able to return for our wedding. They helped keep us organized and on track with planning and went out of their way accommodate last minute changes. We truly cannot thank them enough for helping us pull off a dream wedding we thought might never happen due to COVID.

Fireseed is a truly special place, and we are now on a mission to convince all of our friends to get married there so we have an excuse to go back!

We had a truly incredible experience with Fireseed Catering. Dave, Dawn and their whole team took care of us from start to finish. They are responsive, flexible, knowledgable, and intentional. They want to provide an entire experience, not just an event space. We feel honored to have had our wedding with Fireseed and we would recommend it to anyone!

WOW! I think I left a little piece of my heart at Fireseed after our wedding. This place and the atmosphere that Dave, Dawn, and their team create are truly special. If you're considering visiting, make the trip. If you're considering booking your wedding, do it now. I could ramble at length about everything I loved, but I'll try to organize it as a Top 10 (and honestly, there are more), in no particular order:
1. People: The team at Fireseed is incredible. We primarily communicated with Dave until our wedding day, when Dawn took over as the most effective day-of coordinator I’ve ever seen in action. She was assisted by Anna, who was amazingly level-headed and efficient, and a great group of catering and bartending staff (Wendy took care of the head table and she was awesome!).
2. Preparation: Pouring rain? No worries, they have 150+ golf umbrellas, plus fancy umbrellas for the couple. No power for 14 hours before the wedding? They have two big generators. You didn't bring the right bucket for the sparklers? They have one.
3. Food: I am hoping I have friends get married at Fireseed just so I can go back as a guest to have their amazing food again. We got countless compliments on the food, and it wasn't just lip service--it's genuinely delicious.
4. PNW vibes: As two born-and-bred Washingtonians, we wanted our guests to experience everything we love about the PNW. I can't imagine a place that does this better than Fireseed.
5. Thoughtful touches: As one example, the Fireseed team laid out two of each appetizer and two of each drink for us in the bridal suite for a private moment after the ceremony, and it was such a thoughtful touch that created a special moment of stillness for my wife and me.
6. Responsiveness: In the weeks leading up to our wedding, we were sending nearly daily emails with questions, and Dave always responded quickly and cheerfully with the perfect amount of information to answer our question and calm our nerves.
7. Constant upgrades: Over the course of our long engagement and several postponements, we got to see several upgrades and additional features added to the Fireseed property, including a new patio and a corral for their adorable mini horses (which they bring out for photos)! If it wasn't clear already, they are not phoning it in--this place gets better by the year.
8. Grace during COVID: My wife and I had to postpone our wedding twice, and I know the Fireseed team was juggling many moving dates while forgoing a full year of revenue. Despite this, they graciously moved our date from 2020 to 2021 and then later in 2021 with no additional deposits needed, and they kept us updated on COVID protocols and requirements throughout the pandemic. I can only imagine their stress, and yet they never let that affect their interactions with couples, and instead they calmed our nerves about how things would work out.
9. Flawless execution: Everything went SO well. Like, shockingly well despite a power outage the night before, rain, and a pivot to an indoor ceremony. This was a testament to Fireseed. I never felt stressed once the wedding was underway because I knew we were in such capable hands.
10. Coordination: I loved having the rentals from CORT coordinated by Dave, as well as the catering in the same hands as the venue. It removed a layer of coordination from my task list, which was hugely helpful during wedding planning.
All in all, I cannot recommend Fireseed strongly enough. We are still glowing from the atmosphere they helped create on our wedding day.

We had the best experience working with Fireseed. It is such a hidden gem! I feel like if all Seattleites knew this place existed, it would be booked for years out. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID by one year. Fireseed was so accommodating and was able to get us rescheduled right away with no added expense. Dave was so great at checking-in and handling all the small details related to planning, that it made it easier for us to coordinate and work through the process. We were in a situation of "we don't know what we don't know", but Dave helped us figure it all out. Dawn handled all of the day-of coordination and was so professional and organized. Working with both of them was like having a built-in wedding planner without the added expense. They took care of set-up, take-down, rentals, etc. Since they only host one wedding per weekend, we were their sole focus and it gave us a lot of breathing room (we could bring stuff the day before and pick stuff up the day after). We didn't even have to think of all of it and it helped the whole weekend feel less stressful. The food was amazing and anytime I mention the wedding to any of our guests, all they say is "that cake was amazing! can we get more?" The property itself was so so beautiful. We got so many amazing pictures, people on social media have been flabbergasted by how nice the property is and the pictures. There are lots of opportunities here. Finally, the price was so incredibly reasonable. While it is customized for the type of food you want, we felt really satisfied with the pricing. Would 100% recommend for everyone! Fireseed helped our dream wedding come true!

As the groom I did not expect to write a review. Dave and Dawn at Fireseed are amazing. When planning a wedding things can get stressful, Dave is calm, collected, super responsive and very helpful with any questions you might have. Dawn helped during the rehearsal and day of the wedding, she helped us look polished and stay organized without being overbearing. The FOOD is amazing, as a big food family we loved their cuisine. The venue is gorgeous. As a business owner myself I can't say enough about this venue and the couple that run it.

Having our wedding at Fireseed was a truly incredible experience. We felt so cared for by Dawn and Dave and staff. The food was INCREDIBLE and they catered to some dietary restrictions with such ease. The venue was immaculate and the service was perfect. My husband and I left feeling like Dawn and Dave felt like part of our family after the event. I couldn't recommend this venue more.

Our wedding at Fireseed was absolutely incredible, and I owe so much of it to the expertise of Dawn and Dave Noble, the owners and caterers. First things first, the venue feels intimate, since there is no one else there apart from your guests and the staff, and the gardens are gorgeous. We wanted our guests, many of whom were coming from out of town, to experience the unique beauty of the PNW, and Fireseed was a wonderful way to showcase this. Also, you have access to the venue starting from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning, giving you plenty of time to set things up and pack everything up before and after the wedding.

Dave handles most of the email communication leading up to the wedding, and he is so prompt with his replies. No matter how many questions I sent to him, I would have a response from him by the end of the day at the latest, and sometimes within the hour. It alleviated a lot of wedding stress to have Dave coordinate the party rentals, since I didn't really have any idea how many tables, glasses, plates, etc. to order for the amount of guests we had, whereas Dave has experience in this and knows how many to order.

At our tasting, despite having my parents there with me along with my fiancé, Dave spoke directly to me and made sure that the food was what I wanted, despite the other voices in the room. Initially, we thought we wanted to have a casual rehearsal dinner at one of the big houses we rented for the wedding party, but the owner of the house said we couldn't have more than 14 people on the property. When I mentioned this to Dave, he said, "Oh, I've catered an event at that house for 60 people before and know the owners! Let me talk to them and see if we can work something out." Sure enough, Dave emailed me a few days later and said that the house would make an exception for our rehearsal dinner! While we ultimately went another route and had our rehearsal dinner at a local restaurant, the fact that Dave was able to arrange that option for us shows how above and beyond he is willing to go for his clients.

Dawn is so on top of coordinating the rehearsal the day before, and the day of the wedding she is a force to be reckoned with (in the best way). She kept everything running super smoothly and was able to wrangle our large wedding party into listening and following instructions. I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding because I could trust Dawn to take care of any issues or answer any questions that came up.

Lastly, the food and service was incredible. Many people commented on how it was such a delicious meal, and many said that the cake was one of the best they had at a wedding. Dave was very flexible with creating the menu and was able to create my specific requests, and had plenty of suggestions of his own when I didn't know what to choose. The servers were kind and helped me have the best time at our wedding -- one saved me one of the specialty cocktails before they ran out so I could have a chance to enjoy one.

Overall, I contribute the smoothness of our wedding day pretty much all to Dave, Dawn, and the staff at Fireseed. Everything was wonderful and I can say it was the best day of my life. Thank you so much to them. I cant recommend Fireseed highly enough!
