Feel The Beat Entertainment’s staff are some of the best trained entertainers in Alabama.  We can say that because we study each event we work and review the details to see if there was something that could have made it better.

Feel The Beat’s staff meets monthly and we review play lists from events, listen to new music and pick the new hits that are going to be played at future events.

In addition to that, we attend national Disc Jockey association meetings each year and meet with DJ’s from all over the country to educate ourselves to stay on top of the latest trends in the entertainment arena.  We learn new ideas and get to study the top DJ’s in the country and bring their ideas back to Alabama to make our events the best!

Frequently Asked Questions for Ceremony Music
What is your usual attire?
For Weddings, it is a Tuxedo or a tie and vest combo. However if a bride asks us to dress down, we will accommodate their wishes.
 
Do you offer live sample performances or CDs?
No. We do not invite potential customers to another customers private events. Nor will we invite a stranger to your event.
 
How much time do you usually need for setup?
For a typical wedding reception, we can set up and be ready to go in 30 to 45 minutes. For lighting design, add another 30 minutes to 2 hours to get lighting fixtures in place and secured.
 
How much space do you usually require?
A very small place can be used for the DJ. However, please do not place the DJ away from the dancing area. If staging is going to be used, please make it at least 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep.
 
Do you charge for travel expenses? If yes, how much do you charge?
Travel within the Birmingham, Alabama area is free. Outside the Birmingham area is $15 per hour per vehicle needed to fulfill the event requirements. Hotel and air flight are also charges that will be paid for by customer. Our staff does not stay in un-safe areas of flea bag motels.

Yes. Unless there are extreme circumstance, there will be a face-to-face meeting. For out of town brides, we will discuss details over the phone.
 
Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?
We can accommodate any type of event.
 
What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes. Absolutely.
