Kept it going!

Danny showed up and showed out! He hit all the marks. Played the correct songs. He kept the party moving and we were dancing. He announced everyone and really made our night special. He had a setup at the ceremony and the reception as well.

Danny did the entertainment and was the MC for my wedding reception at Inverness Country Club back in June 2016. Not only did the event go exactly as we had hoped, but Danny thought of a lot of great things to make it even better. He was very professional and delivered a top quality product. I would recommend Danny for any event as he clearly has the talent and versatility to pull off any event! Also, I was overseas while trying to arrange this. Danny worked with me on short notice at some odd hours to pull off all the planning. A+ all the way around.

BEST DJs ever!!!! They made out wedding SO much fun! I have been to so many weddings and all the DJs are a blast and get everyone on the dance floor.

Our experience with Feel The Beat Entertainment was top quality. Raul was our DJ and he was amazing! From the very beginning he went above and beyond making sure our reception would be fun and personalized. Raul was super flexible and worked with our schedule to get in a couple of quick Skype sessions before the big day. It was incredibly reassuring to have someone take on the same excitement we had (if not more) and take all the pressure and stress off "choosing the music" and more focused on getting a feel for who we are, what we like, and the kind of vibe we were looking for. We heard from our wedding planner that Raul arrived SUPER early the day of the wedding to set everything up and help out with other vendors when he was finished. We couldn't believe how many little details he surprised us with throughout the night that were solely because he did the homework to make them happen. Super cool. We had so many comments from our guests how great our DJ was, so much that my husband's boss hired him right after for their big holiday party. In short- we got 10 folds what we paid for with Feel the Beat. Maybe it was because of our DJ, Raul... maybe not. Regardless we wouldn't have changed a thing... and gained much more than a good DJ for one night, but someone we now consider a true friend.

Brandon was awesome! He was so much fun and played exactly what kind of music we wanted. Feel the beat has a great online program that allows you to give them detailed information about yourselves and your wedding. You can also make a list of songs you want or don't want played. We met with Brandon about a week before the wedding and went over our timeline and all the details to make sure he knew everything that was going on. He also totally got what kinds of music we wanted played and he rocked it at the reception. He even got out there and danced! Everyone kept saying your DJ is so fun and that they loved all the songs he was playing. Feel the beat also provided the uplights since we didn't want overhead light, just a soft candlelit glow. I highly recommend getting the lighting package, it really helped set the tone for the reception.

Brandon with Feel the Beat Entertainment made our wedding even more of a night we will never forget! My husband doesn't dance and Brandon had him, along with a ton of guests, out on the dance floor! He was very interactive with the crowd and hardly ever stayed behind the dj table. We received so many comments about how wonderful Brandon was after our wedding. He definitely exceeded our expectations. We are SO pleased with our decision to use Brandon to make our wedding complete! I would definitely recommend him and Feel the Beat Entertainment to any future brides!

We loved having Joe from Feel the Beat entertainment! He took the time to get to know us and what kind of couple we were. He read the room incredibly and created great energy for our reception! I even had guests asking if they could stay after we left so they could keep dancing. Our reception was incredible because of Joe. Feel the Beat also provided uplighting, which really transformed our space once the sun went down.

Brandon did a fantastic job with our reception. He was responsive, helpful and communicative during the planning process. At the reception itself he was professional, fun, engaging and interactive, listening to both what we wanted as well as requests from the guests to get them dancing! We would highly recommend him to anyone!

Feel the Beat Entertainment made my wedding a dream come true! Brandon Dunn was our DJ, and he did such an amazing job. Our guests were on the dance floor all night long, and he kept them entertained. He played all of the songs we wanted, but made sure to have a variety of genres. He even was out in the middle dancing with us and our guests, which we loved! Our guests still talk to us about how much fun our reception was and how much they loved Brandon. He was also super involved with everything and wanted us involved with the entire planning process. We met with him a couple of days before the wedding and talked about each little detail about our reception, and gave us suggestions as well, which was great. We also had the photo booth set up at our reception, and our guests had a blast taking photos and being able to take them home as a keepsake. I would definitely recommend Feel The Beat Entertainment for your wedding reception, especially Brandon Dunn!

Brandon was our DJ and we were so pleased with his work! In our pre-wedding meeting he was so much fun and positive and caught our vision for the atmosphere and music we wanted. Everyone had such a great time at our Wedding and danced til the end. He incorporated some fun ideas for us to break up the night with variety of entertainment. We are so glad we hired Feel the Beat and got to work with Brandon. He was great and we would hire him again! Great guy and lots of fun and very professional. I can't say enough great things about Feel the Beat and our DJ, Brandon! The evening was fantastic from beginning to end! Brandon's manners, professionalism and energy made the reception simply the best! The best value for the money! He just "rocked" the place! He made a "little star" of my great-niece. My daughter and fiancé met with Brandon and she told me I would love him and she was right. The website is set up so you can easily enter your requests and he honored everything! I did not live in the area of the wedding so what a relief to know that the reception was taken care of by a professional company. Book Brandon today and be ready to enjoy a suburb evening!

We could not have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! We had Brandon Dunn and he was WONDERFUL! He wasn't cheesy or corny like a lot of DJ's can be, and he was an Auburn man which was perfect since my husband and I and about 90% of our wedding guests were Auburn grads. I seriously can't say enough great things about Brandon. Our entire experience with Feel The Beat was very professional and organized. We got to select every detail that we wanted including every song we did and did not want played at our wedding. I was very impressed with the entire experience and recommend Feel the Beat and Brandon Dunn to everyone I know who's getting married! A year later everyone is still talking about how much fun our reception was.

We used Brandon, a.k.a. DJ WellDunn, for our wedding Dj, and let me just say it was the BEST experience we've ever had with a DJ. The most impressive part about working with Brandon was how much enthusiasm he had and how much he got into it at the wedding. He got all of my guests up dancing, laughing and having a great time. He is very interactive with the crowd, which is a huge plus in my book! His performance at my wedding was FLAWLESS, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone for his DJ services. He is truly passionate about what he does.

Absolutely perfect! My husband and I initially wanted a band, but after finding Feel the Beat, we knew they would be the perfect fit for our wedding. We had an extensive initial meeting with Danny, who was able to set us up with the perfect DJ for our day and customize the package to our needs. Lee was our DJ and he was incredible! Every song, every announcement, and all of the timing went flawlessly. The price was very reasonable, especially for the quality of product. Lee was able to work so well with all of our vendors that the whole night flowed from beginning to end. Thank you so much Feel the Beat, definitely a top vendor!!

Jeff was our DJ at our wedding and he did an amazing job! I knew that whoever I chose for music/entertainment would be a big part of how the reception would go and I knew a lot of DJs have different personalities and styles of doing things, but Jeff was perfect and he had us dancing all night! Brandon from feel the beat did an awesome job at out wedding!! He kept the dance floor packed all night long. Feel the Beat was the DJ at my daughter's wedding at The American Village. Our DJ/ entertainer/MC was Chuck. He kept the wedding guests informed and kept the wedding moving along. I have had all ages commment on how much fun the wedding was... feom Aunts and Uncles, to young kids, to young professionals. It was great. Chuck is the best!

Absolutely love this company! We had Jeff and he was awesome! SO funny and kept the crowd dancing all night which is exactly what we wanted! But unlike some DJs, he was not trying to make himself the star of the night - I would highly recommend him & this company!

Danny Brewer and Feel the Beat are awesome. They provided the DJ services, the lighting, and the photo booth. All three were fantastic. The lighting was the 'icing on the cake' in making the reception stunning. The guests, young and old, had a blast in the photo booth, and Danny at the mike kept the reception flowing smoothly!!!

You have to have these guys for your DJ! WOW! What an event to remember and it was all because of FTB! Great pre-planning that really gave them a feel for what we wanted. The music was great and there was definitely personality to the DJ!

Danny did a fantastic job as DJ for our wedding. He was more than just a DJ. He kept the evening flowing smoothly from event to event with a professional manner while injecting fun throughout the evening. He was in tune to the tone that we wanted to set for the evening and directed all activities smoothly so that the family did not have to worry about anything other than enjoying this special occasion.

Danny was great! So personable and fun to work with! He really personalized our ceremony and worked the crowd. You can tell he loves what he does. We also liked the Feel the Beat was a profesional company and not just a random guy. We did the photobooth too with Feel the Beat and we weren't really going to spend the money on favors but I'm so glad we did. I will cherish those pictures of my guests!

Danny Brewer from Feel the Beat did a fantastic job entertaining our guest at the reception on our big day! Most of the planning process is very convenient and easy to do through their website. I'm so glad we went with Feel the Beat. The DJs there really take the time to get to know the bride and groom. We had a pre-event meeting with the owner (our DJ was sick and unable to come) and he got to know us and our tastes. I emailed with our DJ and he was very responsive. At the reception, the DJ really listened to the crowd and catered to the people who were dancing. He did a great job and we were very happy with the service. Also, it was a great price. For under $1000 we got four hours of DJ, basic lighting, and basic MC services. It really was a great deal.

My wedding reception was a great success in large part to the ability of Danny from "Feel the Beat". My father was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor in October of 2008. He told me from that time his goal was to be at my wedding. My father was at my wedding,he was even my best man. Then about 10 minutes after the wedding my father passed away. I learned of my dad's death when I reached the reception venue. Danny(DJ) after consulting with us, adjusted our previous playlist and schedule to accomodate our situation. For about an hour and a half of our reception he played very light easy listening music, until the rest of my family returned from the Hospital. As soon as they arrived he played our first dance song; then the Father/Daughter song; then my mother and I danced. This part of the wedding was full of emotion. Danny seamlessly transitioned the music back into our planned reception playlist. His ability to control the emotions of the room amazed us both. Even though we had experienced such a difficult event we wanted to go on and have a fun reception. The reception ended up being both a healing experience and a really memorable party. My entire family and every other guest ended up being able to find Joy even in a difficult situation, this is in a large part due to "Feel The Beat". I would reccommend them to anyone in need of entertainment for any type of event.

At first, my daughter and her fiance were wanting our live group to play longer, but we could only get them for 2 hours. However, they were not disappointed. Danny played in between the live group's sets and then took over for the last 2 hours of the reception and he rocked! He had the crowd on the dance floor, singing, participating on the stage and including personal song requests that were special to the bride and groom. I cannot say enough about Danny and so many others at the reception agreed. I heard many comments like "This is the best DJ I have ever heard". Don't worry that a DJ will not be as much fun as a live band- Danny was better!

We found Feel the Beat entertainment and Danny by chance via a random email prior to our wedding and we are so glad we received that email!!! Danny was great and such a blessing to work with. Not only did he provide great music for the reception, he also had some neat ideas about lighting and creating ambience for special dances and events. Feel the Beat really helped us and our guests have a blast at the reception. Also, we were living 12 hours away from our wedding location while planning and Danny really made securing the services of his company a breeze! It was fabulous!!!

Our DJ was Jeff D and he was awesome! We were nothing but fully satisfied and pleased with our experience with the company! I confidently recommend Feel the Beat for your wedding or any other special event!

They are extremely helpful with planning out the reception. I know as a new bride, I had no idea how the reception was supposed to go, but Danny went through a timeline with us and asked us what we would like have at the reception. From beginning to end, they were very helpful and let our story a couple shine through. Everything was personalized to us, it wasn't just a cookie-cutter service. I would highly recommend them to any couple in the Birmingham area. They had very reasonable pricing and were very flexible depending on individual circumstances. They receive an A+ from my husband and I!

They did a fantastic job! Customized my playlist to the types of songs I wanted, kept the dance floor strong and entertaining, and had a really nice looking setup as well. I highly recommend them!

Danny is the most amazing DJ you could ever have. His questionnaire sheet covers everything from how the bride/groom met and your likes/dislikes to wedding party and their personalities; doing this ensures Danny knows everything about the couple's personalities. Because he makes the effort to get to know you so well before the wedding, you can be sure there will be no misunderstandings when it comes to music selection.

Aside from his great DJ skills, Danny is a funny, caring, overall wonderful person. He truly wants your wedding to be your dream wedding and will do everything he can to make it that way. He came highly recommended by my planner, and now I highly recommend him to all future brides!

(The only reason I have a 4.5/5.0 on "Professionalism" is because he isn't one of those "business is business" types. He has a great personality that puts you at ease, so I mean that rating as a compliment.)

Absolutely loved Feel the Beat. I enjoyed meeting with them and felt like we were on the same page at all times. My DJ was absolutely wonderful! I feel like he really set the tone for the party. The ONLY reason I did not give them 5 stars is because of the photobooth. The photobooth was wonderful, the guests loved it. However, my husband's name was spelled wrong at first and was quickly fixed (thankfully!). Also, they ran out of film for the pictures to be printed. If I, or any guests, wanted to have the pictures that were unable to print, I had to purchase them. Other than those two mishaps, I LOVED Feel the Beat and will suggest them to absolutely anyone!

Well organized, we were able to select songs we liked online. They had promised that they would help with the schedule for the evening but slacked in some areas.

The DJ we had for our wedding was phenomenal. Unfortunately, feel the beat fired him, before our friends getting married were also able to have him. We had a great experience with the DJ, but a not so great experience with the management company. They have a lot of rules and were not flexible about playing for more time than 4 hours, and also didn't keep track of our final payment. The management likes to fire great DJ's for no valid reason. Look elsewhere.

They made it sound perfect. They were going to personalize my music to what I wanted and talk about us as a couple. So I was willing to pay more for such a high rated great DJ. Too bad they weren't. Me and my best friend booked them for our weddings and both of us walked away very dissatisfied. They played music and did the bare minimum but no more. I said no inappropriate music since I'd have kids there. They did anyway and I had to get them to turn it off mid song because of the multiple innaproptiate words and themes. They played "typical" wedding music even though I took the time to fill out their 8 page survey on what music I liked. They played none of my favorites and played lots of stuff I specifically listed I didn't like. Brick house, YMCA type crap. Multiple guests noticed the music was about at all out personality or style. At one point the DJ even turned off a song I specifically had picked out for the garter toss for something he had tried to talk us into and I specifically had said no to. Wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't splurged for the DJ I thought would be the best. Should've gone with the cheaper one. Maybe would've gotten the same survive but would've paid less than half- what this service was worth. Also upon my review feel the beat did nothing to respond in any way to my displeasure.

My friend went to a wedding and loved the DJ. She hired Feel the Beat to DJ her wedding a few months later. That DJ got fired from Feel the Beat. She picked another DJ from the company, Raul. I went to her wedding and loved Raul. We hired Raul and Feel the Beat. 3 months before our wedding, Feel the Beat fired Raul.

Notice a pattern??

Since our wedding wasn't even in the same city as Feel the Beat and we only wanted to hire Raul we asked to cancel the contract and find another DJ in town. The owner of Feel the Beat, Danny Brewer, really pushed for us not to cancel. He offered to cancel his other event to DJ our wedding. He really wanted us to stay with the company but we did NOT want Danny as our DJ.

We finally got Danny to cancel the contract but he refused to refund our 1st payment (over 1/2 the total cost). He insisted it was in the contract and was very rude over emails. He stopped responding to us, so I finally had to contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to make a claim. The BBB sided with us and asked Danny to refund us. After weeks of following up, he finally sent a check.

But guess what? THE CHECK BOUNCED.

Something is terribly wrong with Feel the Beat company.
