Being from Michigan, I was a little nervous that I was not going to be able to do a hair and makeup trial. I was SO SO pleased with my hair and makeup on my wedding day! When Idalis showed up to do our hair and makeup on site and immediately put my hair in rollers I knew I was in good hands! I was so pleased with all of the bridesmaids hair and obsessed with my hair and makeup! 10/10 for sure choose Shannon’s team for your wedding day!

Where to even begin? Shannon was professional and communicative from the start. Her services were included as part of our package at Paradise Cove and she was the first vendor to reach out to us after booking. During the trial that I added on, I asked for a "riskier" hair and makeup look than what I was used to so I could try it out and Shannon was VERY receptive to my notes and feedback. On the day of my wedding, she and her assistant were friendly and fun, and they really made the vibe more relaxing for all of us. Shannon also was accommodating to some last minute changes and add-ons that popped up that I know may have been stressful for her in principle but she didn't show it at all. My hair and makeup were gorgeous and lasted well through the night, even into the after party! I would 100% recommend booking with Faces by Shannon for your wedding or event!

Shannon was great for my wedding day hair & makeup. I wanted something very simple, and needed someone to work with my curly hair and sensitive skin. She made great recommendations during the trial to avoid any reactions, and it worked great on the wedding day! My hair lasted the day (even in the Florida humidity) and turned out perfect for the photos. She has very reasonable prices, and works very hard to make sure she does things exactly as you want! I would absolutely recommend her.

Especially as the first vendor you’re interacting with the morning of your wedding, it’s so important to have people who will keep things light and fun. We worked with Shannon for our wedding at Paradise Cove. Shannon and her assistant Monica did an incredible job with hair and makeup for our diverse wedding party. They are highly experienced and needed very little direction to understand what each person was looking for and were very open to feedback and direction when offered. They were truly experts in their craft, ensuring that everyone looked beautiful and they were happy with their final looks and also keeping everything running smoothly and perfectly on time. Some of our wedding party were people who did not ordinarily wear much makeup or feel comfortable with elaborate hairstyles and Shannon and Monica understood immediately how to adapt, with perfect looks that our party members felt comfortable with. On the other hand several of our wedding party members had really clear direction in what they were looking for and Shannon and Monica took that and ran with it and really delivered. At one point I was concerned that the curl on my hair was too much, and Shannon did a great job lightly adapting my look and assuaging my concerns. Everyone's hair and makeup held up great throughout the night and the after party, and we were all so happy with the final results. On top of that, Shannon and Monica were a pleasure to spend time with and super fun to hang out with and we really enjoyed spending the day in their company. I would recommend Shannon and her team to any wedding party, they are very talented and able to cater to a diverse range of individuals.

I purchased a destination package in Orlando and added on hair and makeup and Shannon was who they contract with. I was nervous was I didn’t research much of what I wanted let alone much about her and her business.
She nailed the look I was going for and even was able to accommodate two others in my party.

I showed Shannon my favorite magazine photos and looks for my special day; she nailed it! I felt so beautiful and I could still recognize myself in the mirror! The makeup was glamorous yet romantic. My hair looked like I has extensions. She arrived early and was extremely polite and professional. She does it all- why hire two? She is amazing!

Shannon is an absolute rock star! She is so cool and she got my vibe and vision right away! She came right to our Airbnb and got everyone done in 4 hours!! She made us all feel so beautiful! She is fast too and completed full hair and makeup on 4 of us and even offered to style 2 sister in laws’ hair. I wanted to wait until we had our professional photos back but I also wanted to get an excellent review up for her!! I would definitely work with Shannon again and hope that I can again soon!
