Event Design Coach is a mobile floral & event styling firm that brings services right to your home or office. We are passionate about designing events and do best when we can draw from your inspirations… We specialize in designing flowers for events with 500 or less attendees and we can provide event design and management services for events with 5,000 or less attendees. We know that in this information age, our clients are using the leading wedding blogs, pinterest, twitter, instagram and more to find great ideas that can be implemented at their own event. We pride ourselves on giving you just what you see and love at the price you can afford.

Who is Our Client?

Every wedding has a story. Our client wants her story to be “I saw it - I loved it - I must have it!”. She’s focused on hosting an intimate event with less than 400 guests. Our client wants to be helped with pulling together the elements of event design to make her day perfect, without hiccups!

What are you selling?

Event Design Coach is a floral and event design concierge. We do all of our own floral designs. We offer a number of elements of decor. We have partnerships with a number of party rental companies that offer all the things we don't offer from chairs, tables, linens, lighting, drape and more. When you contract us, it is a easy 1-2-3 process. We identify the best design for you based on the images you have provided. We will contact all of our partners to get bids for the services and provide you with three quotes -- which includes our floral design and any other elements for which we will supply. You will receive the top three bids from our partners and you can make a quick valuable decision on which will work best for your budget.

Do you work with clients who don't know what they want?

Absolutely. In fact, we have designed a special service catered to assisting clients who have little to no vision for their weddings. We offer an event design service package that is complimentary to brides who hire us for floral design & mention Wedding Wire!

Any guarantees?

We pride ourselves on helping clients to recreate or embellish the wedding of their dreams in 21 days or less. Why is this important?? It usually takes us only 14 days, but in an effort to make sure that we get you the best offers from vendors who offer the design elements we don't offer, we give ourselves and you a few extra days to make vital decisions....

What is Our Design Style?

We are as passionate about flowers as we are about providing exceptional service to our clients. We work closely with each client so that our flowers, hues, vases and designs represent the individual style and more importantly the venue selected for the occasion. Because every bride and groom is different, we believe the look of their event should be as well. Our goal in desinging your event is to make your vision become a reality. And if your vision needs defining, we are happy to guide you throughout the process until we have created the perfect floral and décor plan.

Yes. We have been professionally involved with weddings and special events since 2000. We have planned corporate events since 1995. We have a passion for bringing together the concepts of lighting, drape, flowers, stationery, linens and furniture/decor rentals to develop a spectacular aesthetic for our clients and their guests. We have established great relationships to offer our clients what we don't offer.

What are your rates?

Now that question requires a phone call:) We are happy to develop a few quotes for you to get you to where you want to be, but it is hard to say that without knowing the colors you want, types of flowers, number of flowers needed for your bridal party, centerpieces, etc. We would love to hear from you to discuss your upcoming event.

The flower arrangements that were provided for my event were beautiful. The added value was that I didn't have to provide any design-specific input. I gave a brief overview of my style and gave color preferences and let the chips fall where they may. I was not dissapointed at all. I gave some of the arrangements to guest after the event and kept some for myself. The flowers were perfectly radiant for at least 4 days following the event. I'm sure they would been radiant longer if I tended to them properly.

Shimona was extremely professional. She offered creative ideas and went above and beyond to make sure that all details were taken care of. She interfaced well with others who supported the event (caterer, cake/dessert caterer, etc.). Shimona was available, flexible and accommodating.
