Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?
Epoch Productions is a husband and wife team. We work with one vision and a common goal in filming your wedding day. Another advantage in hiring Epoch Productions is that when you hire us, you get us. We don't send replacement videographers or anyone other than ourselves.
Do you offer demo DVDs for potential clients to look at?
Demo DVDs are available upon request. Additional demo material is also available through our website and upon request.
What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
Our Storteller Highlight Edit and our Wedding Day Edit are examples of high quality edits that put together eye catching videography to tell her story.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
Our goal is to interfere with your day as little as possible. For this reason, we use high quality cameras that record extremely well in low-light situations. When the need for supplemental lighting is needed we can use small on-camera lighting.
How many videographers do you work with?
All of our packages include two videographers and we will bring along a third videographer and/or assistant when needed for higher demand filmings such as a Wedding Day Edit.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Absolutely! You meet us, you hire us, you get us. We feel this is the key in hiring the videographer that is the best match for you!
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Knowing that schedules can change at any time with weddings, Epoch Productions does not book more than one event in a day.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Epoch Productions would only become unavailable in the case of an emergency. If this were to happen then yes, we will always make sure that a suitable replacement videographer that is familiar with our style will be there to capture your special moments.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Having a backup plan is extremely important! For this reason we will typically bring extra equipment for anything we know we need, as well as anything we could possibly need. This includes extra professional quality cameras, tripods, lights, audio recorders, microphones, batteries, recordable media, cables and adapters, audio mixers, etc.
Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes, Epoch Productions comes prepared for just about anything. Sometimes we even have a "backup for the backup!"
Do you charge overtime?
We will only extend our time with your pre-approval. Epoch Productions never sends you "surprise" charges.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
While Epoch Productions takes pride in our work, we understand that it is very personal and private to you. If we ever have the need or desire to use your video in the future for any use whatsoever, we will ask for your permission.
