In planning for a destination wedding I found it hard to get people to respond to my inquerys; that was until I found Kim and her staff at Dine by Design in Florida. Within ten minutes of sending an email I recieved a call back and we began planning a menu that would please the masses.
We started our planning way back in March and at one point I was worried that Kim was gunna tell me to get lost because we kept changing everything around week to week...but that wasnt the even close to what happened! Kim never ceased to amaze me in her willingness to help out and make sure that everything was absolutly perfect!
The food was to die for. From the hour derves to the entrees everything was just perfect. We ordered a lavish fruit and cheese display, shrimp cocktail and loved the fact that the tails were already taken off (much easier for clean-up), crab cakes, and my favorate the chicken cigars. After the cocktail hour, I was thinking how can it get any better...Well it did! We had a wild island boar, jerk chicken, a black bean and rice salad, and a tossed salad that had my taste buds going crazy!!!! All of our guests were pleasently pleased, as some of them are hard to lease I was excited that Kim got it right for everyone.
I also want to give a big hand to her staff. I have worked in the food and beverage industry for almost ten years now and I have never worked with a staff that truly just had it all going on! I would love to mention names, Kim knows who they are!
All and all I dont think that you can go wrong in any way shape or form with going with Dine by Design! From the very beginning of planning stages until the staff cleaned up (leaving the kitchen cleaner than they found it), everything was perfect. Kim and staff we thank you so very much for all that you did inorder to make their special day all that more special and less stressful!!
