How many photographers do you work with?
Three different photographer for back-up or as second shooters.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Absolutley!
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No, once you secure your day I'm all yours.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
YES! I would NEVER leave anyone in a bind on purpose, who wants any undue stress on the biggest day of their life, so we have a few well trusted professionals that we work with "just in case".

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
Yes.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
Usually hourly, we do have a day rate as well though.
Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?
Overtime is allways available. $150/hour for one photographer and $185/hour for two, this also comes with an image guarantee with proofing (album) included.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
Typically, we do not take breaks, there is too much going on we just don't want to miss! Meals are appreciated for longer events but not required.
Do you charge for travel?
Only for 40+ miles from our office so Flagstaff, Sedona etc...
How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?
Typically, we can get your digital proofs posted in about a week and a half.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
You get to choose your own book, coffee table style or a custom designed hardcover art print album with a book jacket (or wrap), they are REALLY cool, my brides love them.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Online and you receive a preview CD to keep as well as a slideshow of all your images.
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes, I hold the copyright however you own your images for personal reproduction and use.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Only with your permission for my business purposes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
YES!
Will images be available for viewing online?
YES! The online Gallery provides viewing & ordering for your guests! We also supply table cards with viewing instructions for your guests.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Custom designed leather albums, hardcover art albums, parents albums, mini matching albums, LOTS of products and options!!
When will the client get the final album?
Generally about three to six weeks after your event, some of my couples like to take their time selecting their images so, about 3-4 weeks after their selections have been made dependant upon the chosen product turn around time as well.
