Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We can accommodate lighting for dimly lit events, however we believe in non-obtrusive service where we capture the spirit and beauty the day as it unfolds. Our cameras do a great job in low light.
How many videographers do you work with?
We have a team of two regular camera people and three part time shooters.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
We do not need to meet the bride before the wedding, however for the brides comfort, we are more then happy to set up a meeting before the special day.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
We guarantee our presence at the actual event.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Yes, we book ourselves for more then one wedding in a day or weekend, our company is big enough to accommodate more then one wedding and deliver our full attention and quality. At least one of the owners will be present at your event.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
The company is owned by the two main camera people, then we higher professional, high quality shooters for the second camera man.

Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?
We check our camera's the day of the event to insure there is no risk of equipment failure.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

Do you charge overtime?
Yes we charge overtime, but we let you know when your going into overtime so that you can decide if you want to continue or not.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
We reserve the right to use a video for our website.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
3-4 months.
