Do you have liability insurance?

Yes

Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

I've worked in all situations. Comfortable in bright sunlight, to dim light banquet halls. I have years of photography training in all types of lighting.

Is your media preference film or digital?

I photograph in digital. You get the benefits of my creativity that way.

How many photographers do you work with?

I always work with a highly trained 2nd photographer. For events requiring more coverage we can add a 3rd.

Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?

All weddings you book with me, I will be there!

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

I have an emergency preparedness system in place for all events. I'd be happy to explain. However, so far, I've never had to use it.

What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?

Two camera bodies, 3 Flashes, 5 L-series Lenses, and a ton of extra goodies.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

We always have 3-4 cameras on site with us at each wedding.

Do you charge hourly or full day?

All packages include 8 hours of coverage, however additional hours can be added to any wedding day.

Are you available to shoot extra hours? If yes, how much do you charge for extra hours?

Additional coverage is $250 per hour, including both myself and 2nd photographer.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

We usually prefer to eat when your guests are served. That way we don't get any awkward food moments.

Do you charge for travel?

No additional travel for all events within 2 hours of the Bay Area.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

Wedding photos are released 5-6 weeks from your wedding date.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Online viewing and ordering, and additional proofing choices in each package.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

yes

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

yes

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?

Digital Negatives are kept on site for 2 years from your wedding date.

Will images be available for viewing online?

yes.

What kind of albums do you offer?

Contemporary Flush Mount Silk and Leather Albums, Coffee Table Books, and Traditional Leather Matted Albums

When will the client get the final album?

Final Books arrive 6 weeks after layout approval. Layouts will be sent 2 weeks after client selection of images.
