How many videographers do you work with?
Two videographers will be present at each wedding.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
We love to meet with the bride and groom before the wedding. It is suggested that a meeting take place at the location of the ceremony. Each bride has a unique vision of how her wedding day should look and we want to capture those beautiful memories for her, the groom and families.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Yes. If a dire situation arises where Creation Images cannont be present, another videographer of equal or greater capability will be present. Details such as these are explain in our client service agreement form.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
No. Creation Images will give careful attention to only one bride per day/weekend.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes. If a dire situation arises where Creation Images cannont be present, another videographer of equal or greater capability will be present. Details such as these are explain in our client service agreement form.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
Two video cameras, tri-pods and audio equipment.
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for promotions, contents, etc.?
Yes. Creation Images reserves the rights to use each filmed event for future promotions.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
Newly married couples will receive their customized wedding video in 4-6 weeks. Depending on the time of year, completion of the video may take 2-4 weeks.
