Do you offer a tasting for potential clients?
No, unfortunately I do not. It is hard to make samples of my menu.
Are you also able to provide the wedding cake?
I have a lady who makes beautiful cakes. I have a portfolio of cakes she has made and when doing a contract I get all the cake info I need from the client, I then take it to her and she gives me a price which I take back to my client.
If a bride decides to bring her own wedding cake, do you have a cake cutting fee? If yes, how much is the fee?
I usually don't charge a fee, if this is the only dessert she wants served.
Are you licensed to sell alcohol? If yes, where are you licensed?
No, I leave all the licenses and fees to the client to get and pay for.
Do you allow outside alcohol? If yes, what is the corkage fee?
I don't charge a corkage fee, but the bar tenders she has hired might.
Do you provide rentals for items such as linens and flatware?
Yes, I order rentals from another company. I charge a 10% fee for ordering and setting up and returning. Alot cheaper then the rental company, for the delivery and pick up.
Are you able to provide your own wait staff?
I provide staff according to the size of the function. My ratio is 1 server for every 30 ppl for a buffet, and 1 server for every 20 ppl for sit down.
