Calamigos Ranch offers a wonderfully rustic, and beautiful natural settiing. Their staff is accomodating, experienced and very professional! I have officiated in each location and each has something unique and special whether you are looking for a small intimate setting or one that can accomodate a large party, you will find what you are looking for at the Calamigos Ranch.
I love working at this location. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is on it. It's always nice when a location can help set the tone for an event just by the way it looks.
You can’t get more spectacular natural surroundings then Calamigos Ranch. You’ll feel at right at home with the warmth that this venue gives you as soon as you step foot on the grounds. The tranquil, romantic ambience is the perfect place for your wedding. The service and staff is very accommodating and great to work with. They make sure every little detail is tended to. As a vendor, Calamigos is really one of my favorite venues to work. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies in the office for your continued support over the years.
They are a great Location, their variety in rooms provide an amazing setting for any wedding. Staff is courteous and they are very accommodating. How many people does the space *comfortably* accommodate? From 75 to 600 guests or more!
How does your venue determine the cost of the space? Calamigos Ranch offers "Complete Wedding Packages" priced per-person, based on your estimated guests count.
Do you offer any special services? Optional: Fabric draping, chiavari chairs, Premium Liquor Bar, Custom menus, Overnight accommodations, Brunch, Rehearsal Dinners, etc....
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners? Rehearsal Dinner packages are available for couples who book their wedding/reception at Calamigos Ranch.
Do you offer an on-site wedding consultant? Yes
Do you offer additional items for the ceremony? Complete wedding package include a single standing microphone, outdoor speakers, altar table, white aisle runner & white garden ceremony chairs.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware? All Tables, Chairs, Linens, china, glassware & silverware are included in our complete wedding packages.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio? One staff per 20 guests.
Do you require brides to use a specific list of vendors? Clients may hire any professionally licensed vendors for their event.
Do you require the wedding party to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is there an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians? Any licensed musicians are okay.
Do you have any special side rooms that can be rented out for the occasion? Babysitting or Overnight rooms may be rented, based on availability.
Do you have cooking facilities? Private Kitchens are available at each event location.
Do you provide your own catering? If yes, can a bride opt to use an outside caterer if she prefers? On-site catering provided. Outside catering may be allowed for off-season or weekday events (based on managements discretion).
Do you have a liquor license? Full Liquor License!
Can the bride provide her own alcohol if desired? Client may provide additional beer, wine or champagne (corkage fee will be applied).
How many power outlets does the venue have? Ample power is available at all ceremony & reception sites.
What restrictions are there (if any) on decorations? Nothing may be nailed or stapled to walls, etc.....
What restrictions are there (if any) on music? All amplified music must end by 11:00pm.
What restrictions are there (if any) on noise levels? All amplified music must end by 11:00pm.
Do you have liability insurance? Full Liability insurance is provided.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one wedding at a time? We typically have multiple weddings on any day of the week, but with over 130 acres, each event location is completely private & secluded from any other visitors.
Do you offer security, if requested? On-site manager is included. Private security may be arranged at client's discretion.
What is your dress code? No dress code.
Can you provide a coat check? Coat Check may be provided for an additional fee.
Describe your bathroom facilities: Full bathroom facilities provided at each event site. (Average One restroom per 50 guests)
Describe your parking facilities: Compliementary Valet Parking is included in our complete wedding packages. Parking is available for up to 4,000 vehicles.
