Owner Ashley Paul has always had a passion for weddings. Since childhood, she experienced a thrill every time she attended these once-in-a-lifetime events. Knowing that wedding planning was her calling, she started her business to help couples navigate their wedding planning process and hasn't looked back since.
C & A Event Planning offers planning packages for every couple. From full-service planning and design to day-of coordinating, they can provide support in whatever capacity you need. In addition to assisting with venue selection, vendor management, and decoration ideas, they can provide budget analysis, timelines, to-do lists, and spreadsheets to keep your event organized. They can also travel to weddings across the US and even offer destination wedding planning services.

Ashley was fantastic. We worked with her for the middle tier wedding planning option and for florals. She was super helpful throughout our planning experience and we loved that we had unlimited emails back and forth! She always got back to us quickly and had great recommendations. She was incredibly helpful as the wedding got closer and we were putting all the finishing touches on everything. She also did a fantastic job with our florals. We had a barn wedding and she nailed the vibe. Highly recommend working with Ashley!

I highly recommend using C&A Event Planning for your wedding day florals! Ashley was fantastic to work with. My husband and I were on a tight budget, but she took the number we were comfortable with and put our vision to life! She was quick to reply to emails, easily adjusted our proposal when we decided to change routes and made us feel comfortable every step of the way! The final floral design was absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for better!! This is your sign to hire C&A Event Planning!!

Wedding Day Florals
Ashley did such an amazing job on our Wedding Day! She took my ideas/vision for florals and just exceeded my expectations. Throughout the planning process, I often changed my mind or saw something I wanted added to our wedding day. Ashley was always so responsive and receptive of my ideas, and encouraged me to reach out whenever I had questions or thoughts about my florals. I was absolutely blown away walking into my venue on my wedding day, and it was because of her amazing work in making all my visions and dreams come to life. I can't recommend her enough!!
We have had the pleasure of working with Ashley and Cathy of C & A Events over the past years in Richmond, VA. They are truly a joy to plan events with! Both are extremely detail oriented and work well as a mother/daughter team.
