Ashley put together the most beautiful florals for our wedding. I sent her a reference photo of a bouquet I liked and she ran with that to design a gorgeous arrangement for our chuppah, my bouquet, and our reception space. My suggestion to brides -- don't micromanage your florist. We loved not knowing exactly what we were going to get and honestly would not have been able to plan it better than what Ashley provided. We wanted flowers that were joyful, fun, and vibrant and she DELIVERED. Could not have been happier with them on the day of and they are stunning in all the photos. Very grateful, thank you, Ashley! -

There aren’t enough wonderful things I can say about C&A Event Planning! From the moment I contacted Ashley about hiring her to do our wedding florals I knew I was in good hands. They took my mood board and recommended the most perfect blooms to fit the whimsical yet romantic vibe I was after in the perfect color palette to match our theme! Working with them was lovely, from day one throughout the whole process. Ashley made everything so simple for us! The bouquet she created and loose blooms she recommended were the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever seen! I loved them so much I saved as many as I could and had them pressed and preserved so I can enjoy them for years to come! Working with C&A Event Planning was such a joy and I truly cannot recommend them enough! Stop looking for a planner and florist, hire C&A Event Planning if you want an incredible experience with lovely ladies! -

I used C&A Event Planning for floral and decor help and I am SO glad that I did! Ashley was simply amazing to work with. She took a lot of time to create a vision board that matched all of my requests and executed it perfectly. My florals exceeded my expectations and were one of my favorite things about the day! Ashley also did a great job decorating my venue. I knew I did not want to stress about this the day of, and with minimal instruction, Ashley made the venue look perfect. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for floral and planning help! -

We used C & A Event Planning just for their florist services, and working with Ashley on our wedding florals was an absolutely joy! We told Ashley our budget and she helped us come up with so many different options and arrangements for us to get the look we wanted without going over budget. She graciously answered my million questions and proposals throughout the wedding planning process, and worked together with my wedding coordinator to make it all happen. All of the flowers turned out absolutely stunning! From the ceremony arch to the bouquets to the table arrangements - everything was so gorgeous and exactly what I was hoping for! Ashley was fantastic. We worked with her for the middle tier wedding planning option and for florals. She was super helpful throughout our planning experience and we loved that we had unlimited emails back and forth! She always got back to us quickly and had great recommendations. She was incredibly helpful as the wedding got closer and we were putting all the finishing touches on everything. She also did a fantastic job with our florals. We had a barn wedding and she nailed the vibe. Highly recommend working with Ashley! -

I highly recommend using C&A Event Planning for your wedding day florals! Ashley was fantastic to work with. My husband and I were on a tight budget, but she took the number we were comfortable with and put our vision to life! She was quick to reply to emails, easily adjusted our proposal when we decided to change routes and made us feel comfortable every step of the way! Ashley is highly consultative, organized, communicative, supportive, and an overall fantastic and affordable florist! She made my vision come to life. Everyone, and I mean everyone at our wedding, commented on how beautiful the flowers were! Ashley always responded in a timely manner.
Her digital floral forms helped me shape my ideas fully throughout the process (which honestly... planning a wedding can be quite daunting without some kind of clear guidance as to what you need and where to start). She was also open to working with me on pricing and changing things around as needed throughout the entire process, including working with me to move the flowers from the ceremony to the reception tables.
I can be picky and sometimes hard to please, and wanted to hire vendors that I could implicitly trust. And let me tell you - Ashely did not disappoint!!! She went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Thanks again! -

Ashley and team are amazing at what they do. Not only will your florals be exactly how you envision them coming to life, but you’ll have a team of professionals with you every step of the way. My wedding was complicated, we had a church wedding with florals following by a barn reception 30 min away with more florals and a custom seating chart. Ashley and team made my dream come to life. They created a custom seating chart with photos of all my guests and also helped transport the florals from the church to the venue to help me save on costs. Ashley always asks a ton of questions to ensure she gets your vision right. She will be super quick to respond to emails and professional every step of the way. Thank you Ashley for all of your hard work in helping my vision come to life! -

The best choice we could have made!
So here’s the deal folks, turns out getting married is extremely stressful even when it’s the best day of your life! There are so many details that you will inevitably forget or cruise over, this is why you hire the incredible Ashley Paul!
She takes every moment and makes it a memory, she’s efficient and will not drop the ball, if things need to change because of circumstances there is nobody better suited to accommodate, we truly had a dream wedding and I cannot give enough credit to Ashley from start to finish, we are eternally grateful :)

Made our wedding day perfect!
We used C&A Event Planning for their design & coordination services for our September 2021 wedding. Because of COVID, we postponed our wedding from 2020, so in all, we ended up working with Ashley for almost 3 years (!). Ashley was great at making our vision come to life from the design standpoint and pointing us to other great vendors (as well as quickly answering all of our questions as we moved through the planning process!). On the day of, everything went so smoothly and our venue looked beautiful - even better than we ever could've imagined. Cathy was our onsite coordinator the day-of, and we feel like we barely saw her yet she was always magically in front of us whenever we needed anything. She went above and beyond to make sure our guests had a great time. We never had to worry about a single thing and got to sit back and truly enjoy our own wedding day. I highly recommend C&A Event Planning. -

Easy to work with and just over all amazing
Working with C & A event planning was by far the best decision we made when it came to choosing a florist. Ashley did an amazing job bringing my vision to life and I am still in awe over it. Between the flowers, greenery and candle placement our wedding was stunning. We received so many compliments throughout the night and days after wedding. I couldn’t be happier with the way all of the florals looked at my wedding! Ashley and her mom did such a beautiful job decorating the venue; it looked perfect and exactly the way I envisioned it. She made sure to have me take one final look at everything before she packed up and left to ensure I was happy with it. Amazing Experience
Ashley & Cathy were both there for our wedding for day of coordination & florals. The day of coordination went far beyond day of, Ashley helped me through so many questions and issues before and after the wedding. Unfortunately on the day of our wedding, one of our other vendors really dropped the ball but, Ashley and Cathy picked up their slack and made the evening incredible for us. Our florals were beyond beautiful and Ashley and Cathy made sure everything came to life exactly as I imagined. If I had to do it over, I would hire C&A Event Planning again a million times over. -

My husband and I got married October 2, 2020 and I am so glad I was able to have C&A do the florals. I had an idea in my head of what I wanted but didn’t really know specially. Ashley was able to give me an amazing floral proposal that helped me figure out my vision and the end result far exceeded my expectations of what my florals would look like. Their floral designs perfectly fit my style and tied my wedding together perfectly! Everyone was gushy over the florals and I was right there with them. I cannot say enough positive things about Ashley Paul and the C & A Event Planning team. After deciding on having my wedding at Gilbertsville Farmhouse, I hired Ashley for both day of coordination services and florals as she was highly recommended by my venue owner. It was also a great sign that Ashley herself got married at my venue, so who else could know it better? “Day of coordination” is a bit of a misnomer, as Ashley was very helpful throughout the planning process leading up to the day of the wedding. She was very quick to respond to all of my emails and made the online payment and contract signing process very easy. She gave a lot of input about vendors and suggestions about layout and design. She also kept all the documents neatly organized on a shared Google drive. She sent numerous emails throughout the year to help keep this procrastinating bride on top of everything. We did two walkthroughs one about a year before and another a couple months before the wedding, which were both very helpful in planning my vision. Ashley was there for the rehearsal the day before and then worked her magic coordinating all my vendors the day of the wedding. Everything ran smoothly throughout the ceremony and reception. For the florals, Ashley took ideas from my Pinterest wedding board and input from our conversations to make a detailed proposal. They day of my wedding, she was there early to set up the ceremony and reception sites. The reception tables had beautiful garlands going down the long tables. The ceremony site was the most perfect explosion of eucalyptus and roses that I could have ever imagined! My vision (and Pinterest board) had come to life and so much more. I think she added even more florals to the ceremony site than originally planned and it was breathtaking to see for the first time, to walk down the aisle, and to look back upon time and time again in my pictures and video. Ashley was able to make adjustments the day of to my bridal bouquet and boutonnieres, to make everything perfect. My bouquet was the most gigantic and wild bouquet of my dreams and I did not want to put it down! Today, seven months later, my house is covered in the pressed and dried flowers and garlands that I cannot bear to throw away. Ashley was organized, informative, sweet, she was a pleasure to work with, and I cannot recommend C & A Event Planning enough. You will NOT regret hiring her! -

C & A Event Planning
This mother/daughter duo is unstoppable. Besides being out of control awesome at floral designing these two are super organized. From the first email through the entire lead up to our wedding day Ashley(who by the way had just had baby) was so incredibly responsive and patient. We did the whole floral selection via email and she made it so simple to pick and choose. I met Cathy at the rehearsal the night before the wedding for the first time. She was very organized but so gentle and sweet. She was able to keep our rowdy crew focused long enough to learn where to stand and what to do so we didn’t look like a bunch of fools! On the day of the wedding when I saw our wedding venue completed with all the florals I teared up because the space was so incredibly beautiful! Our bouquets and the ceremony arch florals were absolutely to die for.....soooooo beautiful! During the ceremony Cathy was complete angel getting all of us in order and keeping me calm. We used C & A Event Planning for our flowers and I'm so glad we did. I cannot express enough how amazing they turned out! After being told "no" by a number of florists, for our ideas, C & A took the time to listen and explain what would and wouldn't work. They absolutely brought our vision to life. The flowers were more beautiful than I ever imagined. Ashley was super responsive to my emails. She took the colors we liked and picked out the most perfect flower combination. Cathy did a beautiful set-up that was above and beyond everything we expected. Both Ashley and Cathy were very professional, helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. I recommend C & A 100%! -

From the beginning, she was personable, friendly, and put our minds at ease in the day-of coordination of our wedding. Our wedding wasn’t “traditional” in that we hosted it on our own property. Ashley never hesitated with any of the planning and was full of referrals when we didn’t know where to look. It was great to have a friendly and professional team there to work our wedding day. They went above and beyond when another vendor we paid extra to do extra work, slacked off the day of the wedding. She didn’t bother us with these details during our wedding, she just handled it on her own so we could just enjoy our day! She sent a follow up e-mail after the wedding where we were able to handle the situation appropriately. Ashley and her mom Cathy were so great! We’re still receiving compliments on how smoothly our day ran and how it was the best organized wedding people had been to – and we have Ashley and Cathy to thank for that!

Olivia Sent on 10/07/2017We used C & A Event Planning for day-of coordination and florals. Ashley was always extremely responsive to my emails and very helpful. In the beginning of the process, she would check in every now and then to see where I was at and to give vendor recommendations, which was nice. In December, we decided to move our date up almost an entire year and it wasn't a problem at all (other than us making sure we chose a date they were available for)! Ashley went right into it to make sure we were on track with our new date.
The week before the wedding, she independently contacted all of my vendors to check in with them and make sure we were all on the same page. All the mundane, trivial information I emailed her or put in our shared Google folder had been read and formatted nicely. I never had a doubt that she knew what my vision was and how everything would work together.
The day of could not have gone smoother. The hiccups that I was aware of (somehow we managed to lose the table numbers and some votives, oh well!) were small and Cathy & Ashley figured out solutions quickly. We were barely ever bothered by them during the day so we were able to enjoy our wedding, which in the end is what we hired them for!
The florals were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I imagined. Our color scheme was "colorful" which I was afraid would backfire but everything was so cohesive and gorgeous! -

Ashley was incredible from day 1. We used C&A for flowers and month of planning.
For flowers, I could not have dreamed uP more beautiful bouquets, arbor display and overall flower decor. Ashley was extremely patient with me through the process even when I decided to make changes at the last minute. They worked with me to repurpose flowers from the ceremony to the reception which was a huge budget saver. I wasn’t able to take all of my flowers home and C&A worked to donate our flowers to a local hospital!
For planning, Ashley proactively checked-in regularly and was able to help with recommendations when I was in a pinch. They are very familiar with our venue which was also extremely helpful.
