Can you accommodate the hearing impaired?
No
 
Are you willing to perform a ceremony at a non-religious site?
Yes. As long as your site poses no danger to our safety, we will gladly perform your ceremony at your chosen site, be it a private home to a lavish ballroom or a romantic garden.
 
Are you flexible in the wording used throughout the ceremony, including the vows?
We pride ourselves on making YOUR wedding ceremony, just that. Wording unless it is vulgar/offensive is not an issue.
 
Do you allow the couple to write their own vows, if desired?
Yes.
 
Do you have a list of readings pre-selected, from which the couple must choose?
We have a selection of wedding vows, however the couple is encouraged to personalize any of them, mix and match, or write their own vows. We can also create a wedding vow just for you.
 
Do you require that premarital counseling be done?
No, that is not required by us or the state. If you are however willing we can assist you in getting a class.
 
Are you willing to perform pre-ceremony rehearsals?
Yes we do offer that service, however there is an additional fee.

Additional Questions and Answers
What do I need to apply for a marriage license? 

Both parties must come to the Clerk’s office to apply together.
Each party must show a valid driver’s license, a valid Florida State identification, a valid passport or valid Military identification.
Both parties must provide their Social Security numbers.
If either party has been previously married, the party must provide the date his or her last marriage ended.
Couples who reside in the State need to provide a certificate of completion of a premarital preparation course. If couples do not provide the certificate, the effective date of their license will be delayed three days.
Couples are required by law to read a handbook supplied by the Clerk and sign a statement acknowledging that they have read the handbook before applying for the license. This can be done the same day as applying for the license.
