We are a full service event planning and coordinating service. Whether you want to plan your entire event and have us come in the day of and orchestrate or if you want to sit back and relax and have us plan from beginning to end we are here for you.

• Collection of any wedding items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on wedding day, such as favors, programs, guestbook, place cards, etc.
• Management of the entire event: From the moment you are in the make-up chair to when the last vendor leaves
• Wedding Emergency Kits - if a need arises, we probably have the solution in one of our kits; we come prepared with everything but the kitchen sink!
• Supervision of service providers, including load-ins, setups, strikes and load-outs
• Oversee vendor commitments
• Unlimited Day of Coverage

WIth a theme of Simple Elegance held in an outdoor garden venue, Breath of Fresh Air and Frankie were amazing at bringing vision to life.
Because I am not good with logistics or decor, I was feeling so lost and a little hopeless at how to begin. Encouraged by and drawn to Frankie’s energy, we moved ahead. How incredibly grateful we are to have come across Frankie and her team Breath of Fresh Air! Using an online detailed planner, frequent communication, lists of vendor recommendations, she guided and advised us through all the prep, answered our questions and concerns, solved problems, helped with contract negotiations, and worked with our personal contributions. Every single need was met.
The evening of the rehearsal, I was distressed running very late in meeting her staff member to hand off wedding items and props. I could not believe her staff was so patient and kind, waiting for me and receiving the items.
We were pleased with so many things, including a discount on the videographer; help with ceremony logistics, timing, and programs; the perfect tent rental. Wedding day went just as promised–like we were guests. Decor and setup were beautiful, tasteful and elegant; surprised us with an upgrade on tablecloths; and communicating with the venue regarding delayed access resulting in getting some money back.
We were left astounded with their quality of work, professionalism, how skilled, experienced, detailed and efficient they are. We want to spread the word of how excellent and proficient Frankie and Breath of Fresh Air are! They are wedding planning whizzes!

Frankie & her team are amazing!
Frankie and are team are absolute rockstars. We hired Frankie as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding. She was beyond helpful and allowed us to be guests at our own wedding. There's so much stress in general with weddings and it was such a gift to not have to worry about the little details. I also used BOFA for our flowers and decor which was such a great decision. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful and their pricing is super reasonable.
Not only is Frankie worth every penny, she is an absolute joy to work with. On all of our calls, we were always laughing and having a good time. She brings the energy that is necessary for any big day!! Thank you so much for everything, Frankie! We adore you!! C&J
