Working with Mark was the best decision I made! He was so helpful and kind. He was the perfect MC. He spent 2 hours on the phone with me ironing out all the details I missed. The picture wall he offers is 1,000,000% worth it. I saw it for the first time when I was doing my first dance and the emotions I felt seeing the walk down the aisle and my guests point of view was priceless. I can't recommend him and his team enough. He also snuck a few pictures himself and they were amazing to see right after the big event. Thank you Mark you're AMAZING!

We absolutely loved having Mark as our wedding DJ. From the start, he was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the night unforgettable. He met with us multiple times before the big day to get a feel for our music preferences and was incredibly flexible and thoughtful in incorporating a wide range of songs—including some traditional tracks from our cultural background. On the day of the wedding, Mark shared his location with us, which made us feel more relaxed as we could see exactly where he was and when he’d arrived at the venue. He arrived early to set up and double-check all the sound equipment to ensure everything was perfect. For dancing, his transitions were smooth, his timing impeccable, mixing was lit, and he kept the energy going from the first song to the very last dance. The dance floor was never empty. Mark Hardin was so great! We even had some guests tell us it was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding! He listened to what we wanted but also gave us really helpful advice in the planning process for the timing of everything and for picking out our music. We had a couple planning calls with him as we got closer, which really helped. We gave him a few specific songs we really wanted, then told him to feel the vibe for the rest. He did a great job feeling the vibe. There was barely any room on the dance floor! We had a blast. So much fun, we even had a couple guests break out and do the worm.

My venue recommended working with Big Ticket Sound and now I see why. From the start it was so easy to communicate with their team and be able to go through DJ options. And once you hired your DJ they had this super easy and detailed planning app for you to run through, which really helped us in our planning process. Then, came our DJ Mark. We absolutely loved getting to work with Mark. He was so AWSOME! Mark also edited our first dance song for us to practice to, answered all my questions, added in guest song request from our RSPS, and of course kept the party going until the very end. The only thing I regret is not getting even more time to party with our friends and dance to the perfectly curated songs for me and my eclectic husband. Our friends and family still talk about how much fun the wedding was and a huge part of that is thanks to Mark. Thank you so much Big Ticket Sound for being a part of our big night!!!

Mark is just the best! Dancing was the most important thing to me for my wedding day and he delivered 1000%. We allotted over 3 hours for dancing, and the floor was filled the entire time. Mark was genuinely interested in learning what was important to my husband and me, making the planning process fun and easy. I really need to express how easy the planning of our wedding was. We planned our whole itinerary with his new planning app that was truly the absolutely BEST thing EVER!!! He also helped us make decisions in areas we were less confident in and made our vision for the party come true. He was the DJ for 3 of my friends’ weddings so I absolutely knew he was the best out there. I know everyone thinks their wedding was the best party ever – but I think mine wins, and it was all thanks to Mark and his Team!
