Working with Mark was the best decision I made! He was so helpful and kind. He was the perfect MC. He spent 2 hours on the phone with me ironing out all the details I missed. The picture wall he offers is 1,000,000% worth it. I saw it for the first time when I was doing my first dance and the emotions I felt seeing the walk down the aisle and my guests point of view was priceless. I can't recommend him and his team enough. He also snuck a few pictures himself and they were amazing to see right after the big event. Truly the best of the best! We had Mark Hardin as our wedding DJ and MC and I cannot say enough great things about how amazing he made our wedding! Not only did he keep the party going for the whole night, but DJ Mark also checked on my husband and I throughout the night to make sure we were having an amazing time and not worrying about anything. He was incredibly easy to work with, very professional, and upbeat! We appreciated that he paid close attention to all the small details that we put in the planning app, and it made our wedding day that much more special to us. DJ Mark and A Big Ticket Sound Experience were so amazing to work with and I cannot recommend them enough for weddings or your personalized events! They're the best of the best for a reason. DJ Mark is a one-of-a-kind DJ and will make sure that you don't worry about a single thing, so that you and your guests will have the best night of your life! -

The Best!!! Highly Recommend!
We were extremely happy with Mark and his Team. He was highly recommended from our friend where he DJ’d their wedding about 6 months ago. His experience and attention to detail was a pleasant surprise as I am a planner. We had several zoom meetings, which made the experience so easy! He took care of everything for us down to the minor details. One of the things we enjoyed most was putting together our Playlist in his app before our wedding. He played each song exactly when it was supposed to be during the ceremony and the events of reception and was such a fun MC! Mark and his Team are the absolute top professionals. From the start of our fist meeting, he saw our vision, listened to our concerns, and gave us great ideals that we had not though of. His wedding planning app was a great time saver. To be honest, the planning app was fun for me and Taylor. We both are geeks and love new technology.
On our wedding day, Mark and his Team arrived at our venue early, and let us know when he was leaving. He also shared his location with me, so I would not worry. We both thought that was over and above our expectations.
For the ceremony, this was completely flawless. All of our music was perfect, and everyone said that they heard every word of our vows.
Our reception was beyond AMAZING. All of the formalities were exactly how we planned, and Mark kept the floor packed the entire night.
We had the best experience with Mark and his Team, and it truly was our best decision out of all of our vendors. We believe our wedding day would not have been the success it was without him. We both highly recommend A Big Ticket Sound Experience for your wedding PERIOD!!!

Mark Hardin is the best DJ around. He Dj’d our wedding back in 1999. He also DJ’d our sons wedding 5 years ago. He made our 25th anniversary event so much fun ! He is our DJ for life !
Very personable, very professional, very organized
Light show amazing and the sound and equipment are the very best. We highly recommend him. -

When it comes to events, the fun factor is what you remember. It is so true when they say you get what you pay for. Big Ticket Sound Experience was hands down the star of our event. They were easy to communicate with, helpful with all planning, and provided sleek professional equipment. My guest LOVED the interactive life-sized photo booth, texting pictures in to see them on the big screen and also using the QR code for song request. The DJ was helpful ensuring that the ceremony went well, music was played at the right times and everything was just perfect! I am a planner and I didn't have to worry about any of it the day of, because I knew Big Ticket Sound Experience had it all taken care of! No one will remember the food you served, what the desert was, what people were wearing... but they will remember how much fun they had! If you want to ensure your guest have an event of a life time then booking them is a must! I could not recommend them anymore as they will not disappoint!A Big-Ticket Sound Experience's reply:

Working with A Big Ticket Sound Experience for our wedding was such a pleasant and reassuring experience. Mark and Demetre are professionals who have been in the DJ’ing business for decades, which was incredibly helpful seeing that we did not have a lot of wedding experiences behind us. From the initial “get to know you” zoom meeting with Mark, to the check-in phone calls with Demetre (where he listened and gently suggested tweaks for a smooth-running wedding) we would highly recommend this DJ vendor to anyone who wants to work with flexible, kind, responsive, and quality DJ’s. Even though there were a couple itinerary changes on the big day, Demetre rolled with it. Overall, they both did an amazing job and played such vital roles in making our wedding special and intimate. It’s a 10/10 for us!!

Mark was the best DJ we could have asked for. He was so helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to help make the day special. We hired him for both our ceremony and reception and he really helped make our wedding more entertaining. I cannot recommend him enough. Mark has been so incredible through the whole wedding process. He was the DJ/MC for our daughter's wedding. I have never been to an event that has been so seamless and timely with everything. We have had continued calls for many days complimenting us on the wedding. Mark goes above and beyond. He even showed up for the rehearsal ceremony and had some great constructive ideas. There was never any stress or anything to worry about. He created a QR code at the reception where people could upload their photos from their phones and he would display them on his screen instantly. Lights and sound were amazing. Thank you Mark. He even helped us find our special dance songs. He kept the party going the whole time, he was a great MC and I could not have asked for anything better. Mark did a fantastic job at our wedding as both DJ & emcee. He had the utmost professionalism during our booking process and was transparent about his pricing and packages. As a DJ, he kept our dance floor groovin' the whole night; even mixing in some custom edit songs and custom song orders that we provided. He was also an exceptional emcee and kept our guests informed of the evening flow and brought great energy to our bridal party and speech announcements.
