What music genres are in your collection?

What is your usual attire?

Formal, unless the client says otherwise

If you do not have one of the songs pre-requested by the client, do you require that they provide it?

no. If the couple have special song which we don't have in the collection we will get that song for them, no extra charge. If we are unable to buy or get that song we will call the client.

How many other DJs do you work with?

10, some DJ are more specialized in interaction we also have Spanish Bilingual DJs

Is the client able to meet the DJ before booking?

If the bride/couple wish to meet with the DJ in person, the DJ will meet them at the bride/couple home or easiest place for the client. The client can also meet with the owner, by appointment, about general and travel information.

Do you specialize in any ethnic or international events?

We have a large music collection from the 40's to Today's hit and most ethnic music.

Can the client submit a do-not-play list?

Yes, in fact we provide a sheet with both the preferred play list and do not play list for the client.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, and there is also back-up equipment with the DJ, if one item or the whole system goes down they will still be able to entertain.

What (if any) special equipment, such as disco balls or lighting, is offered with your service?

Lighting-at all celebrations, no extra charge. Mirrorball, specialty light,etc can also be provided if requested.

How much time do you usually need to set up? Do you require that the site or client provide a table for you to set up on?

We will be to the event location an hour and a half ahead but the client is not charged for this time. Please call if you have any questions.

Do you have any extra space requirements?

Do you usually emcee the event or talk between songs?

We are low key and will talk when needed.

How would you motivate the crowd if no one is dancing?

Interaction if the client wants it. Line dances, conga line, and other professional and tasteful fun. If the client just wants us to play music and a request from a guest is not a hit we will change the song. There are many ways in which we can motivate a crowd and if you want to see a DJ in action you can request to go to a live event.

What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?

The client is not contracted to provide us with a meal.

What is your backup plan in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?

If a DJ is unable to come to your celebration due illness or other reasons the client can call our 24 hour answering service which has a direct number to the owner. We always have a DJ on stand by.

What is your overtime rate?

Our artistic staff will digitalize your entire wedding video, and custom-edit your day. This is "Your Wedding Video", if there is anything you need...let us know or leave the process to our professional editorial staff.

Q.) Travel: Should I get travel insurance?
A.) Yes, it does add to your cost but if your plans change, or weather prevents you from going, you will get most of your money back.

Q.) What is the best way to buy gifts on cruise ships?
A.) Traveler’s checks are great! You are able to cash them on board the ship. Be sure to take only ones and fives with you for tipping purposes. It makes it easier when trying to find change.

5 Reasons why you should have an entertainer at your celebration over your ipod/MP3 player:

1. You love music and you love the music on your player but will your guests enjoy it? Yes, it is your day but you still want your guests to have fun and most of the music on your player is most likely for listening not dancing.

2. Each song is recorded differently at a different volume. An entertainer is able to adjust the music not only volume-wise but also they can determine what songs go best together. You don't want more work by having to run over to the ipod/MP3 player and change the song or volume.

3. What if the player freezes? Yes, some DJs use computers to play music but if it crashes they have back up with another computer or CDs. If you just have an ipod and it dies the party will be over.

4. The all-in-one master of just more than music. Our entertainers can do introductions, set-up formal dances
or other special dances plus play music plus interact with line dances (if you want) plus coordinate with the hall.

5. Priceless. Yes, you already own an ipod/MP3 but music and entertainment can make or break a celebration. Most of your guests will come to you and say how great the music was and how much fun they had. The shuffle mode can't do that!
