We are a Rustic Gourmet Catering Company who can create wonderful menus and dishes for any group!

We are fortunate to have Marty Wells serving as our Executive Chef (he is also a co-owner).  Marty is a highly skilled chef able to prepare a variety of different cuisines in addition to his excellent BBQ.  Marty and I want to leverage those skills and those of our highly trained culinary staff into a catering experience different from our standard BBQ. We will now be able to offer you the finest BBQ in South Orange County as we always have, and a new option to experience the more varied menus that Marty and I will develop that will please the most discerning palate!   In both cases, we will offer the highest standard in full service catering.

 

Our goal is simply to be the most dynamic catering company in South Orange County, offering the finest foods and first-class service.  We have catered many wonderful events in the last year, including Weddings, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Holiday Functions, and School, Community and Corporate Events.  We can serve your client’s needs too and can now offer a diverse catering menu. We also are able to rent your clients everything you would need for a full service event: tables, chairs, linens as well as tents and heaters.
