Authentic Eye Photography, a wedding and portrait photography studio owned and operated by Dorothea Dodds, is located in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.

Thea was great to work with during a very wintry, snowstorm of a wedding in upstate NY! We both traveled over from NH and she was hustle and bustling around battling the elements to get the shots. I would highly recommend Authentic Eye not only for her photojournalistic flair but for her hard work and determination to get the shot and do it unobtrusively.
Working with Thea has been a pleasure. She is as passionate as she is talented. Her gift for photography and love for the planet has made her one of my preferred vendors. As a green wedding planner it is important for me to find vendors that offer products or services that are considered "green". Thea has protocol in place to offer digital photos and recycled photo paper. She is always happy to discuss her commitment to the planet.
Thea's talent for capturing the emotion of an event is really something to see. You really get a sense of people having a great time in her photos, and the personality of the people really comes through.
