Do you charge for trials?
I do not like to do trials. I consult with the Bride and get her views and ideas and we come up with what is best for her hair. However, if the bride is set on having a trial I will sometimes make an exception. Up Do styles are unique, and never turn out the same each time they are done, in my years of experiance, doing a trial on the bride usually ends up with a little bit of disappointment because the style is not exactly as the trial. Very close but never completely the same. Trials are based on difficulty and time.
Do you travel to the client on the day of the event? If yes, is there a fee?
Yes I travel to location. There is not a fee unless I am traveling out of town or over 50 Miles.
How many customers can you serve at one time if the bride were to book her entire bridal party? Are there discounts for doing so?
Yes I can accomidate the entire wedding party, usualy 4 by myself that inlcudes the bride, over that and I bring an assistant.
How far in advance should clients book your services?
As soon as possiable, wedding seasons book up quick.
What is your cancellation policy?
I have a none refundable deposit at the time of contract. I have never had anyone cancel. But everything is listed in my contracts.
