An appointment is not required, we will never turn away a walk in Bride. Appointments are preffered to ensure your consultant and a fitting room are ready when you are!

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
Standard delivery is 4-5 Months, Rush options are available as well as off the rack and dresses currently in stock
How often do you receive new dresses?
The owner attends the Market in NY every Fall to order for the next season. We also place orders in the Spring
Do you provide any guarantees/warrantees of any kind?
On the rare occasion we expierence any unforseen issues we make the nessasary corrections.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
We have a talented Formal wear seamstress who works out of our shop and is available to our customers here.
